This hotel is a must lovely staff very pleasant & helpful the room we had deluxe sea view for four days fantastic swimming pool great gym 3 lifts no waiting times getting to your room fantastic choice of breakfast delicious & the hotel location is fantastic plenty of car park spaces . We had a great time staying here & we will definitely return in the near future I would go as far to say this would be one of the best in the area

We are in a premium room and has a phenomenal sea view. The room is recently renovated and thus is clear and modern. However, the common areas in the hotel are aged and would require a makeover. The pool is great and makes the hotel a very good family choice, but also because of the same, the hotel tends to be quite noisy and some guests are too focused on their kids, ignoring the normal manner they should pay to other guests. Food is average and would suggest to dine outside. There are plenty of choices.

I'm a repeat guest at this hotel and I liked it so much I returned! The rooms are still in new condition spacious and clean, all with balconies. The staff are polite, friendly and efficient. The location is great, not far from cafes, restaurants, bars and night markets, plus the beach is just 150 or 200 meters down the road. The rooms are quiet too, & well blacked out at night. The buffet breakfast is also plentiful and varied. No complaints from me. I would stay here again.

I wouldn't recommend the rooms on the other side that don’t face the ocean, as they tend to feel less worthwhile.

I recently stayed at Welcom World Beachfront Resort and had a genuinely enjoyable experience. The property sits right by the beach, so the views are beautiful from morning to evening. We really enjoyed our stay, but there are a few nuances worth mentioning. The hotel boasts an excellent sea view, but it's important to book a sea-view room specifically, as the other rooms face the inner courtyard. The hotel is clean, and the staff is responsive, polite, and clearly tries very hard to please. The location is away from the main roads in the area. This means taxis can take a while to arrive, and not all drivers are willing to come out here, which also affects the price. However, if you're traveling with children and seeking tranquility, this is the perfect spot. The sea itself had clean water, but the currents brought a significant amount of plastic, dead fish, and other debris to the shoreline. This was the main downside of our stay. I approached the staff several times during the day to request a cleanup of the beach; they did it once but then seemed to overlook it. This situation seriously impacted our enjoyment that particular day. Another small issue was with the water heater after we checked in; the shower only had warm water instead of hot. This was resolved by the third day, and we had hot water from then on. We understood it might have been an energy-saving measure, but it was noticeable when several guests on our floor mentioned the same thing. The hotel positions itself as a 5-star establishment, but in our opinion, it aligns more with a solid 3.5 to 4-star European standard. This is, of course, our subjective view, and others might not even notice these points. Overall, for the price, this hotel is excellent. Everything else was truly top-notch: the breakfasts, the sea, the sun, the pools, the staff, the cleaning, the cleanliness, the parking, the elevators, the design, and the interiors—I might be forgetting something! It's a place you can and should visit.
