WWinstonzhangFor the price, this hotel really delivers on location, room size, amenities, and service. Honestly, the overall experience feels a cut above hotels in Bangkok at the same price point. However, if you're booking the 'Deluxe Seaview Room' expecting a great ocean view, I'd say it's not worth it. The balcony is tiny and only offers a partial side view of the sea, with a tall building directly in front blocking much of that view. The second picture shows the angle I could see from my balcony; zoom in, and all you see are the surrounding walls. So, if you're not dead-set on a stunning sea view, this hotel is highly recommended for its proximity to the beach and excellent rooms. Otherwise, you might be disappointed.

IIry5006The hotel facilities include a private beach with a children's water park and an on-land play center, which are very child-friendly for children under 14. You can stay and play at the hotel for several days without having to go out. We stayed in a family room with bunk beds, which added a lot of fun for families traveling with older children and alleviated concerns about young children sleeping alone. The hotel provides children's toiletries (see picture). We had a room at the very end of the left wing. It had two balconies, and the 180-degree sea view from one balcony was absolutely stunning. Please note that smoking is not allowed on the balcony, and violators will be fined. It's worth mentioning that perhaps because the hotel is a bit old, the shower water quality was very poor. Fortunately, I brought a filtered shower head; you can see from the picture what the filter looked like after two days of use. I suspect it's due to old pipes. Also, on the first day of check-in, the front desk informed me that the Ctrip price only included two people, even though I had confirmed that the bunk bed room type could accommodate four people. I had to pay an additional surcharge of over 5000🐷 for two nights at the front desk. After I confirmed that the fee included all breakfasts and services, the next day at breakfast, the staff again said that the room only included breakfast for two. This experience was very disappointing. For dining, the hotel has two buffet breakfast areas, one in each wing, on the Ba*****t floor, and you need to swipe your card to enter. They offer bread, salads, fruits, various egg dishes, congee, and hot dishes. Service will end after 10:30 AM, and food is usually cleared promptly at 11:00 AM. You can serve yourself ice cream. Directly across the road from the hotel entrance is a Tops supermarket where you can buy various snacks, milk, drinks, and beer, and it's open 24 hours. In the evening at 7:00 PM, there are food stalls in the alley across the road. I tried a highly recommended one for everyone; with about seven or eight dishes plus beer for 1800🐷, I think I can give an informed opinion. The fried chicken wings were delicious, and the stir-fried noodles were good, though not comparable to those in China. The curry squid was okay. Don't order shrimp or sweet and sour pork, as the shrimp were not fresh, and the pork ribs were very mediocre. Overall, just think of it as a night market street stall by a school, good for a quick fried rice or stir-fried noodles.

GGuest UserI'm not going to add any personal opinions, just state the facts about what happened during our four-day stay at the hotel. 1. **Check-in Process**: The hotel explicitly states check-in is after 3 PM. Our group arrived at 3:10 PM that day and were told one room would be ready in 15 minutes, and the other in 50 minutes. However, by 4 PM, neither room was ready. We finally got one room around 4:30 PM. I'd like to ask the hotel, if it takes an hour and a half to get one room ready, can guests also delay their check-out by an hour and a half? If you're understaffed, shouldn't you increase your personnel in advance? 2. **Mysterious Odor**: From late on the first night of our stay, one of the two rooms had a sewage smell emanating from the air conditioning vent. Over the next few days, maintenance repeatedly came to fix it, but the issue was never fully resolved by the time we checked out. We never found out where the smell was coming from, and the hotel offered no explanation. 3. **Housekeeping Efficiency**: We stayed for a total of four nights. Only on the second day was our room fully cleaned. On the third day, our group went to Koh Larn, leaving the hotel at 8 AM and returning at 4:30 PM. Upon entering, only 0.7 of the two rooms had been cleaned – you read that right, 0.7 of a room. In an entire day, not even one room was fully prepared, despite us informing the front desk in advance about our absence (they asked about our schedule due to the room odor issue). On the fourth day, we stayed in the hotel, resting and exploring nearby. We asked housekeeping to come at 5 PM, but they never showed up. Talk about saving effort. In summary, Pattaya is a city worth visiting a second or even multiple times, but as for this hotel, I'll leave it for others to experience.

LLI XING JIAWe enjoyed the unassuming appearance of the hotel and the quiet atmosphere. It's just a five minute walk to the beach and to the restaurant. The breakfast was quite generous offering both western and Thai food.

GGudajiaoJust wrapped up a family vacation at Dusit Thani Pattaya, and I'm absolutely thrilled with our stay, especially traveling with my parents – definitely a five-star review! We opted for a Club Room this time, and the ocean view from our window was stunning. Watching the sunrise and enjoying the sea breeze from the balcony with my parents was incredibly relaxing. The hotel's environment truly is top-notch; the tropical gardens are maintained like a botanical garden, and the pool is right by the beach. Every day was a joy, sunbathing by the pool and taking early morning strolls through the gardens. I particularly want to commend the service. Seeing us with elderly parents, the staff consistently went out of their way to open doors and press elevator buttons for us, always with genuine, warm smiles. The Club Lounge's afternoon tea was also fantastic, with a peaceful atmosphere and exquisite pastries ❤️

PPATTY PATRICIADuring my stayed i think for this hotel is not suitable for families or couples. 99% of guests are Chinese, large groups, and they're all competing to take photos everywhere. It's quite noisy. The room is big and the view is ok. I like the spa and massage but i don’t think i will go back because there’s so many hotels in Pattaya is more beautiful อาหารเช้ามีหลากหลาย แต่ไม่ค่อยถูกปากค่ะ สปาบริการดีมากสมราคา

AAyoub LaaouejWe had a great stay here , the room itself was great. Very spacious, cozy and modern at the same time. The restaurant offers a huge variety of different options although the breakfast was the only average part. The swimming pools are nice and well looked after and the massage bed beside the pool is a very nice touch. I recommend everyone to try it at least once. The staff was very nice, cheerfull and very much helpful and ready to assist us in any matter. The gym was very underwhelming for me as the equipment is very very limited and it’s not a 24h gym as other hotels around here offer. The hotel is located by the beach so that is a big advantage as well. Overall I enjoyed my time here and I praise the staff for the wonderful hospitality and the smooth service they provided us.

AAnonymous UserFacilities: reasonably well-maintained Cleanliness: good Service: adequate Ambiance: average Upon entering the lobby, you're greeted by traditional Thai architecture. The lobby is spacious and faces directly onto the pool and beach, a design I feel is common in many older, more traditional Thai hotels. After staying for a few days, I got the impression this was once a high-end establishment, evident from the mahogany furniture and mini-bar, bathrooms with bathtubs, a pool friendly to those who prefer shade, and its distinctive Thai-style perimeter walls 😄. However, it seems it hasn't been renovated in a very, very long time. The bedding and linens are quite old and worn. While many of the facilities feel dated, they are generally reasonably well-maintained, giving a better impression than the dated linens. Breakfast is served at the poolside restaurant. The setting is pleasant, but the variety of food leaves much to be desired. There was almost no change in the menu over a week, and staples like congee or noodle soup were missing. It's primarily a Western-style breakfast, but the quality of the ham, bacon, and sausages was very mediocre. The only highlight was the egg station, which offered a good variety of options. The hotel's location is good: two 7-Elevens are just a 5-minute walk away, Jomtien Beach is right across the road, and there are many restaurants and bars within a 10-minute radius. Honestly, though, the Thai food in Pattaya isn't great; for someone from Sichuan, it's far too sweet – nowhere near as good as what you'd find in Bangkok or even Phuket. Remember to ask for less sugar when ordering. For those who prefer a quiet stay and simply want to relax at the hotel, this place is just passable.

WWorldTraveler6000Very friendly staff, very clean rooms, great customer service. Good location right in the middle of everything; the only reason I put 4 stars instead of 5 is because the room was noisy at night from nearby bars. They have rooms that don't face the main street and are probably therefore quieter, but my room was loud. However, overall nice hotel and would recommend.

TTwj_1912The hotel was nice but more for families as on the weekend the beach chairs were always full and many kids around. The hotel has private beach with free kayaking during your stay which was quite nice. Hotel were friendly and kind too. Location is a bit inconvenient but you can book a taxi to go to city center still just not very walkable. Worth the price tho, should stay at least 2days+ to properly enjoy the beach and facilities
