Pattaya Beach Hotels

The hotel's location isn't out of the way; turn left or right, and you'll find plenty of food, drinks, and massage places. There's also a 7-Eleven, which isn't super close like right downstairs, but it's not far either. The front desk staff were standard—not overly cold, but definitely not warm. They answered all questions, which was fine. No 8-toothed smiles like I experienced in Phuket, and no one helped with luggage; I was on my own the whole time. I stayed on the 5th floor in a pool-view room. The 4th floor has the restaurant and pool, and the pool includes a simple kids' play area. So, that pool was incredibly noisy. Kids' screaming started around 7 AM. The soundproofing in the room isn't great. Around 3 AM on the 20th, some people checked in, and their kids sounded like screaming chickens, while the adults were slamming doors loudly. The entire hallway vibrated with the screaming, shouting, and door slamming, which lasted about an hour, finally stopping around 4 AM. No staff intervened or managed the situation. I thought breakfast was pretty good, with a decent variety. If you walk a bit to the left after leaving the hotel, you'll reach the beach. However, the stretch from the road to the water is very narrow, the sand is very coarse, mixed with small pebbles, and the seawater is murky. My feet hurt from walking in flip-flops on the sand. A taxi to Terminal 21 costs around 150 Thai Baht.

I only stayed for the last night. I felt like the hotel itself had so many facilities that you could spend a lot of time there. I think I could have really enjoyed it with two nights. The pool, in particular, was great with a lazy river and slides. They even lent out large towels, and you can access the beach directly from the pool area, making it perfect for water activities. The breakfast buffet was also delicious and satisfying. All the hotel staff were kind and provided excellent service. Terminal 21 Pattaya, where the night market is held, is about a 15-20 minute walk or a short drive away. Right next to the convenience store just outside the hotel, there were a few street food stalls. One of the Thai restaurants there was incredibly delicious and highly recommended. It was one of the best Thai meals I've had, so definitely give it a try if you get the chance.

This must be my third time at this hotel. I'm not sure if it's due to cost-cutting, but now they only provide one room key. A year ago, even when I was alone, I received two cards. However, the hotel's service is still excellent; any issue you have will be resolved immediately. The hotel is located right next to the Pattaya Immigration Office, making it easy to find. It's also close to the beach and the night market, and a new McDonald's has opened nearby, so the amenities are great.

The infinity pool is quite close to the sea, making it very relaxing to soak in the water and gaze at the ocean. The dining area also offers sea views and is beautiful for photos, making it a great spot to watch the sunset. There's a convenient shuttle bus to Terminal 21 every half hour, and even walking isn't too far, about 15 minutes. Both the location and environment are highly recommended. The only downside is that the breakfast variety is somewhat limited compared to other hotels of the same caliber, but everything was delicious. The executive lounge accommodating children was a thoughtful service for us.

I was very impressed with the service, location, and overall atmosphere of the accommodation. The staff were friendly and attentive, making the stay feel very comfortable and welcoming. The property is beautifully decorated with lush greenery, creating a relaxing and pleasant environment. Everything was well maintained, and the peaceful surroundings made the experience even more enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable stay with a lovely ambiance.

The room was decent, and the cleanliness was good, pretty much as others have mentioned – a bit old-fashioned. However, the unbeatable ocean view from the balcony made up for everything. Facilities: Good, all complete, with a bathtub and shower. Environment: Absolutely fantastic. Service: Average. The shower gel ran out and wasn't refilled promptly. I had to go to the front desk to get more myself, as no one brought it to the room. The upside is how incredibly close it is to the sea.

I got exactly what I was looking for. I wanted a hotel with a distinct Thai character. The hotel is clean and has nice rooms. We used the pool with all its beautiful plants daily. I also really enjoyed the breakfast. We used the restaurant multiple times in the afternoons and were satisfied. It was important to me to be away from the intense hustle and bustle. The flaws mentioned multiple times here are ridiculous. On one hand, the wooden pool surround is badly damaged, and on the other hand, the coffee machine is completely broken. I knew both of these things beforehand and actually found them amusing. Such minor details have nothing to do with money, but rather with Thai management. Overall, it's good value for money. I would happily come back.

I was very satisfied with the location and service. Everything was outstanding. I'd like to thank all the staff; they provided me with an amazing holiday. The location is already a perfect 10. With doors opening to both roads, you can exit from the Beach Road side and reach Central Festival or Walking Street in 5 minutes via baht bus. If you exit from the Second Road side, Terminal 21 is just a 3-minute walk away.

Pros: The sea view from the room was great. There are two swimming pools, one on the fifth floor and one on the first, and the beach is just 50 meters away. Cons: There are too many rooms, so waiting for the elevator can take a while. The in-room facilities are a bit old.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The staff were friendly and always helpful. The location is perfect, close to everything. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it
