"Good location of the hotel. Adequate room rates. Luxury rooms are very large, with their own full kitchen. There is a lot of dishes, but as I understand it, this is mainly due to tourists. We also contributed and bought a frying pan. The hotel has a small rooftop pool and a nice sunbathing area. The rooms are cleaned daily with a change of towels, but it's time to update the linen. The rooms require cosmetic renovation. The furniture is a bit old. The bed is large with a hard mattress, which pleased me, but the hard pillow, on the contrary, was disappointing. There are no complaints about the work of the staff. Two months before the trip I corresponded with the hotel owner, he makes contact and answers almost immediately. I have stayed at this hotel 5 times. I recommend the hotel, it justifies its price and is designed for tourists without any complaints."

GGuest UserThe family who run the property are amazing. Best service I've received in years.
Gave me a ride so I wouldn't miss the ferry, even gave me a lift to get my hair cut.
Lovely little area for breakfast and free coffee and snacks 24hrs a day.
The bed was very comfy and the rooms had an aircon, plus a fan, stocked fridge at cheap prices.
Also gave four bottles of water daily.
Close to the ferry port but quiet. Beaches within walking distance and only 20/30 baht with island taxis.
would definitely stay again.

MMillie97The area is beautiful and it's very close to the pattaya beach. The staff is very kind and helpful. The room was spacious and very clean, the bed area was big enough to fit a suitcase and you had your own small TV and table. They provided headphones, towel and water bottle, and on the floor was a water refiller.
I only draw a few points on the cleanliness of the toilet and bathroom, but given that a lot of people take a shower after going to the beach of course there is a lot of sand

GGuest UserA good hotel if you like a place away from all the mayhem of Central Pattaya. The price was reasonable and the room was very clean! (I checked behind the TV, it was clean!). The service staff of the hotel really put in a lot of effort to keep everything clean and their room service is very thorough.
The location: not so great, but if you spend 50 baht on a Grab motorbike you can be at Soi Bukhao or Central Pattaya in about 10 mins. Note that the hotel don't provide breakfast, but there are good breakfast places in the area.
One small problem: no kettle or hot water. Oh well I bought one. Lastly, the room has a nice desk with drawers, if you need to do something productive or use a laptop etc.
Overall a nice stay with really friendly staff!! ☺️

YyuioThe location is about halfway between Pattaya and Jomtien. You can get to either, but it's difficult to get to either.
I stayed the night before in preparation for a bus ride the next day, and the bus terminal is about a 10-minute walk away.
The rooms are nice and spacious, so it might be a good place to relax for a long stay.

萩萩原A sign has been posted stating that a fine of 2,000 baht will be charged if toilet paper or sanitary napkins are flushed down the toilet and cause a blockage. However, please note that the bathroom does not provide toilet paper, nor is there a trash bin for disposing of toilet paper. This means that if you urgently need to use the toilet, you will not be able to wipe with toilet paper, nor will you have a place to throw it away. Travelers planning to book should keep this in mind.
There seems to be a bar next door, and background music continues to play even after midnight. Bringing noise-canceling earphones, headphones, or even simple earplugs will likely help you sleep better. The room itself is spacious enough, and the air conditioning seemed to work fine. Since there is no convenience store nearby, expect to walk about 5 to 10 minutes to reach one.

WWezi NgwenyaI wasn’t expecting much when I booked this hotel but my expectations were exceeded. The hotel is right in the heart of walking street. My room was quiet and peaceful. It was easy for me to walk up and down the street then go upstairs and rest when I needed to. I do highly recommend it for those who want to experience walking street. The staff was polite and helpful too.

GGuest UserThe hotel checked us in on time and doesn't allow early check in. this is alright and we understand. The motorbike rental with the hotel is cheaper than what shops offer at the Pier. I was able to rent for 300 baht while the offer at the pier was from 400 to 500 baht.

EErika2792We love our experience in Kaen Hostel. The room is clean and I love the aesthetic of it. The only down side is that we were on the top floor and its elevator is for luggage only. So we were so tired from our tours and from going up & down the stairs too. But i would recommend this hostel and would come back of given a chance.
