"What an excellent hotel Circus Circus I will stay here again and I will recommend it to all of my family members. The amenities are wonderful if we need to upgrade, we can upgrade no problem at the front desk reservation was made very easily bathroom super clean water super hot beds super clean the sheets were definitely clean and changed. We stayed at the best value Inn Carson City and that was a horror film 😩🤢 for $150 👎🏼 “no bueno”, I don’t know what else to say that was just something else from another world super dirty on the walls bathroom everything so we will not stay there ever again in Carson City! But we are here at the Circus Circus in Reno and we had a blast and the arcades and kids zone Restaurants are a plus and the whole experience was an A+. The price was absolutely reasonable for the room that you get, it’s awesome!! Thank you, Circus Circus Reno 🫶🏼"

"The floor of the bathroom had what appeared to be dried poop near the toilet and on the floor as you exited the bathroom. The maid had been in cleaning the room just before we entered. I could not believe this had not been cleaned off of the floor. I was rather disgusted. The bathroom light switch and back of the door near where you put your hand to close it was dirty, and the mirror of above the sink had what looked to be spit marks from someone using an electric toothbrush or flossing in front of the mirror and stuff flinging onto it. The room appeared to have had a base level clean out but was definitely not clean. When I told the font desk about all of this at check out I was given a simple, I am sorry, I will let the cleaning people know. It took about 5 minutes of pushing random buttons with no labels on the air conditioning unit to finally get it to come on. The beds were comfortable and the location is great for our purpose."

"This is my third time staying here. I have been in the North Wing, West Wing and the Peppermill Tower. Staff are always helpful and I'm really a guest there for the Spa Toscana, which is first rate. I have never spent time on the gambling floor. I recently ate at Romanza and was quite impressed with the level of service and quality of food. If you can find a good deal on the web to stay here, grab it. Even if its in the West or North Wings, which are bit far from the amenities, but more reasonably priced. The outdoor pools are also really excellent."

"It's amazing what you've done with the old hotel!!!!!! It is IMMACULATE and QUIET! The foods are FANTASTIC!!!!! You have fuly changed all the areas! It's like a new building!!!!! BUT! ROOM INFO! My room did NOT have a central ceiling light fixture with a fan. It did NOT have an ALARM CLOCK. It did NOT have a microwave. MY SHOWER: (1) door was on rollers, the other was FIXED. BUT. The plumbing stuff to turn on the water AND the shower were behind the fixed glass window, SO you have to get INTO the shower and go to the fixtures and turn it on then turn the shower on WHILE you were standing UNDER it! Whenever you turn on a shower, the old water still in it is usually chilly and THEN it warms up. DIDN'T LIKE IT AT ALL!!!!!! OTHER than that, everything else was excellent!!!!! THanks! JP"

"The hotel room is large and the sanitary conditions are very good. There are enough parking spaces to park wherever you like. Breakfast is a typical British and American breakfast, which can fill you up. The service attitude at the front desk was very good. When I checked in on the first day, I didn't pay attention to put the credit card in the suitcase. I didn't let you swipe the card and let me check in first. Overall the hotel is good!"

"We got the 2 rooms suite. It was very spacious and clean. Both rooms have attached bathrooms. Large living room and kitchen equipped with fridge and microwave. The balcony is a plus plus."
