The location is absolutely unbeatable – just a few minutes to the terminal, so no need to rush or stress early in the morning. The room was clean and tidy, with brand new and well-maintained facilities. The mattress and pillows were super comfortable, and it was nice and quiet. The service was excellent throughout, no perfunctory gestures at all. Breakfast was tasty and perfectly sufficient to fill up. The overall decor is grand and well-ordered, definitely not cheap-looking. It's ideal whether you're staying overnight after a late arrival or just need a transition stay for an early morning flight. For anyone catching a plane, this is a no-brainer. I'll definitely be back!"

"Excellent service! This was my first time in Linyi, and this hotel wasn't initially on my radar. All the places I wanted were fully booked, so I decided to give this one a try. From check-in to check-out, every staff member I interacted with provided exceptional service. The front desk staff were incredibly thoughtful, even better than those at more expensive hotels I stayed at later. I never had to open the car door myself; the bell staff would always rush over to do it. The room was spacious and very clean. The housekeeping staff neatly organized our belongings every day. We were given a high-floor river view room, which had great natural light, but the blackout curtains worked perfectly. The bed was very comfortable, and complimentary coffee was a nice touch. Overall, it's a great place to stay, especially if you're traveling with kids."

"The hotel's location is superb, right inside Daming Lake, and they even deliver takeout to your room. The room itself is lovely, clean, and tidy, and you can sit inside and enjoy the view of the small bridges and flowing water outside. The staff are also incredibly friendly and energetic. Breakfast is a buffet with fruit, salad, and a wide variety of dishes. This will definitely be my top choice for hotels when I visit Jinan again!"

"This hotel is right next to Quancheng Square, and the scenic view room offers expansive views, allowing you to watch the musical fountain from your room at night. The room facilities are clean and tidy, the bedding is comfortable, and all the complimentary welcome fruits were delicious, showing the hotel's thoughtful service. I didn't get a chance to use the gym or indoor pool due to time constraints, but I imagine they would be excellent too. I especially recommend staying here if you're doing business at Xiangheng Square; the two buildings are connected, so you can go back and forth without stepping outside, which is super convenient. It's also within walking distance of key attractions like Baotu Spring, Black Tiger Spring, Daming Lake, and Wulongtan, and it's easy to get to Kuanhouli and Furong Street for food and shopping. I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time I visit Jinan."

"I stayed one night in Jinan to rest and chose the Lvfaguhe InterContinental Hotel. Overall, I'd rate it 7-8 out of 10. The location is its biggest highlight, being right in the heart of Jinan's downtown commercial area, next to Guihe Shopping Mall. You can walk to attractions like Baotu Spring, Quancheng Square, and Kuanhouli, making it super convenient for shopping and sightseeing. I specifically chose this hotel for its prime location. The hotel's facade and lobby are grand and impressive, with a high ceiling design that gives it a luxurious, high-end feel. My first impression was definitely upscale and sophisticated. However, the room's hardware is a noticeable drawback. The hotel has been open for quite a while, and the room facilities are generally dated. You can see clear signs of wear and tear on the furniture, bathroom fixtures, and appliances. The decor style is a bit old-fashioned, lacking the refined touch of newer hotels, and the maintenance of details could be improved. What most affected my experience this stay was the communication regarding services, with multiple basic oversights. I booked two rooms, but upon check-in, I was only given four key cards for a single room. After going upstairs and realizing I couldn't access the second room, I had to go back to the front desk to get new ones, which was a time-consuming hassle. Additionally, the booking included the hotel's standard spring water bottles, but neither room had them. When I went to the front desk to ask for them, there was a lot of back-and-forth and blame-shifting, requiring repeated communication for a minor issue, which lowered both the efficiency of my check-in and my overall impression. The bedding was comfortable, and the basic living functions were fine. It's a good choice for travelers who prioritize a city-center location and mainly focus on sightseeing."

"My stay here exceeded all expectations! The hotel's location is absolutely fantastic, right in the city center, and just a few minutes' walk to the subway. I booked a room with a view, and the sea view from the window was breathtaking, especially at night. The soundproofing in the room was excellent; despite being in a bustling area, it was completely quiet with the windows closed. Downstairs, there's a commercial district with everything you could ask for in terms of food, entertainment, and shopping. Both the front desk and room service were very prompt. I highly recommend this to anyone visiting; it's so convenient for getting around, and the view alone is worth the price of the room."

"The hotel's overall decor is luxurious and grand, with a European classical style that feels very warm and comfortable. The service at check-in was excellent; they proactively guided me to my room. However, I was not satisfied with the room facilities. The hand towel by the sink was severely damaged, and there was a chip on the edge of the bathtub, posing a safety hazard. On the other hand, the sleeping area in the room was a very pleasant experience. The bathroom having its own independent air conditioning system is a feature many hotels lack, which was a nice touch. The breakfast experience was particularly bad – messy and completely lacking in management and service. In terms of decor and luxury, the hotel certainly meets five-star standards. However, in terms of management and service, it falls short of even mid-range chain hotels."

"This Atour, opened in 2026, boasts an excellent location, close to Yantai Mountain and Chaoyang Street, with many great restaurants nearby (I recommend Wangjiao Fishermen's Village, just an 8-minute walk away). The price is comparable to some of the older five-star hotels in the city center. They even gave a sand-digging toy for our baby. Room: The room was spacious with a suite-like layout. On the non-sea-facing side, there's a bank building. The room amenities were very new. The mini-bar in the Executive Twin Room only had mineral water. Breakfast: Maintained Atour's usual high standard. The mackerel dumplings and stewed noodles were delicious! There was also seafood among the hot dishes, and the staff working at the breakfast station had excellent service attitudes. Housekeeping: Water stains on the table weren't cleaned properly, and the shower gel wasn't refilled even when it was empty. I reported it to the front desk, and the lady there apologized sincerely. Overall, the location, facilities, and breakfast are all good, but the service could use some improvement."

"Huge thanks to Amy and Judy (in no particular order) for their help! This stay at the Sheraton Rizhao truly felt like a home away from home. Any potential issues or last-minute requests were handled, and I'm very grateful! The hotel facilities are quite new, and the rooms are spacious and bright. The Executive Ocean View Suite is absolutely unbeatable! You can enjoy the sunrise effortlessly, and the views are stunning both day and night. The buffet breakfast and the Executive Lounge's afternoon tea and dinner offerings were all very rich and varied. I particularly enjoyed trying the local specialty 'jianbing' and 'haishaizi mian' here – very satisfying. The hotel has a garden at the back, close to the pier and Gate 1 of Wanpingkou. The front entrance is surrounded by numerous bus stops and seafood restaurants, making everything incredibly convenient! I had a wonderful few days here and will definitely be back!"

"The Sheraton Hotel truly has a human touch. We arrived early, and since two elderly family members were with us, Jane at the front desk kindly arranged an early check-in for us. She was also very thoughtful in helping me later with a room change, which was incredibly heartwarming. The next day, when we switched rooms, a staff member from housekeeping came to help with our luggage, guided us to the new room, and even helped activate floor access so I could easily go up to care for the elders. The housekeeping auntie on the 36th floor was also very kind, patiently putting extra water bottles in the elderly couple's room every time. And the F&B staff who delivered coke, fruit, and pancakes to our room… The warm assistance we received during our two-night stay was countless. People from Zibo are truly hospitable! Additionally, the hotel's breakfast buffet was rich and delicious, and the hotel's location in the city center is excellent, with convenient access to surrounding dining and attractions. We hope to visit again!"
