Ground Access & Ticketing (14F)
All visitors must pass through the 14th-floor ticket counter, where QR code validation occurs before elevator access. This level handles crowd control with digital queues (pre-booked ticket holders also need scan vouchers here).
Sky Gateway (45F)
The 45th floor serves as the observation deck's primary entry hub, where visitors transition from the elevator. This zone is one of the best places to enjoy Tokyo's skyline and houses, and capped with professional photographers stationed near the escalators to 46F.
Digital Gallery (46F)
The indoor observation level combines technology with views:
- Immersive art wall: Real-time body distortion effects merge visitors with the skyline
- Gourmet counters: Sushi platters and champagne served at window-side tables
Sky Stage (47F)
The rooftop delivers Tokyo's most dynamic aerial experience:
- Lounge: Central deck with 360° sight
- Photography: Where you can get professional shots
Note: For safety reasons, only phones and cameras/binoculars with secure straps are permitted in outdoor areas - tripods, selfie sticks, loose bags and hats are prohibited; Tax refunds for souvenir purchases are available at the 4th floor counter daily from 10:00-21:00 (last processing at 20:30).Best time to go to SHIBUYA SKY
