"Center point energy mentioned there will be a power outage. The hotel put up the notice. I specifically asked the front desk lady if there is an alternative to power before checking in. She said Yes. When the power was out, all the rooms were in darkness, no hot water. But the reception and it's surroundings of the hotel has light. I felt decieved. There was no explanation why the alternative to power couldn't give light to the rooms we paid for. And the front desk continued saying sorry but nothing changed."
