The room layout is unique with a strong industrial design and open concept. Best was the spacious bathroom with Crabtree & Evelyn toiletries. Just lack of a proper handwash! The double bed was comfy to sleep too, recommend Hive Hotel."

On the first floor, the common area has a first-aid kit and plays soothing music. Besides a Marshall speaker and a Dyson hairdryer, they thoughtfully provide facial masks, sanitary pads, panty liners, and bath salts in the room. The tea bags are even Twinings! ✨ Breakfast is delivered to your room, and I highly recommend the Chinese breakfast (we both thought it was better). My only small suggestion would be to add conditioner, but overall, the experience was absolutely fantastic!"

We have originally booked a superior twin bed room and when they saw us with our child, they upgraded us to a family suite and they made sure our son got all the amenities such as a child's Yukata and his own toiletries. USome of the perks of staying here is there is happy hour every day with free flow of wines plus you will also enjoy the facilities at their sister hotel Just Sleep next door for eg. Kids zone and their indoor public hot spring. All in all more than 5 ⭐🌟✨✨, my son told me if we ever come back to Taiwan, please stay at this hotel again!"

"Love the spacious hot spring pool in our room. Room is clean, towels are big and new, water pressure is great! They provide rubber slipper too. Room concept might not be suitable for elderly as bed is on the floor. Good to have more hooks in the room to hang clothes. We can’t drink from the tap in the room, and they provide hot/cold water dispenser beside lift instead of bottled water. Breakfast is superb! Love the cooked food~ and they have snacks and hot drinks at lobby till night hours. 10mins walk to train station and there are good food around the hotel."

"A friendly hotel, with polite, welcoming staff. The rooms had great WiFi, large TV and as others have said an amazing Japanese style hot spring bath. We thoroughly enjoyed the jacuzzi pool, snacks during the day (including wine)and trekking nearby. The rooms unfortunately had thin walls/doors so you could hear people around you, beds were small and quite uncomfortable and the ac in the room did not provide heating so we found it quite cold. The dehumidifier in the room was also very loud. Breakfast was good, but would be nice if they made it clear of egg options available. I found it strange the local hot springs were public right outside, this made it seem less secure that anyone can walk in the hotel."

Would be great if the front desk could briefly go through the facilities the hotel offers, such as how to access spa n sauna?"

"Love this hotel even though the location is terrible, i love the staff, the hospitality, the never ending events they have, went to the rooftop bar to sit and chill with vouchers provided for ever 350 TWD spent. The individual onsen in each room was awesome. I stayed here twice in 2 months. Breakfast was wonderful! The waitress remembered us and our room numbers. They low-key kept a look out for a table for 6. Their restaurant was spacious, which makes the seating lesser and exquisite. Best experience ever. Will return if i go to Jiao Xi!"
