"A warm welcome to this modern hotel. Location a bit far from attractions but many taxis outside. Our room was comfortable size with a big sliding door city view. Shower/toilet adequate and clean. The breakfast buffet was good with a big selection of foods and friendly service. We didn't use the Spa facilities. The gym is small but not well ventilated. Overall, a very enjoyable 3 night stay."

"This stay was fantastic! The room was incredibly spacious and well-designed, with excellent facilities that felt luxurious. It was perfect for both relaxing and working. Breakfast was a delightful surprise, offering a wide variety of fresh, delicious options to suit all tastes. What really impressed me was the hotel gym – it was fully equipped, meticulously clean, and had a great selection of machines in a bright, airy space. There was even a comfortable relaxation area afterwards, making for a truly superb workout experience. The service was attentive and thoughtful throughout, with quality evident in every detail. I'll definitely choose this hotel again for my next trip and highly recommend it to everyone!"

"Hotel overall facilities are dated but functional. Room noise insulation is poor. My room is located next to the lift, I can hear every guest exiting/entering the lift, not to mention traffic outside the hotel. Breakfast is decent. Overall great location, close proximity to Amman citadel. One major incident I experienced: My reservation is on 29/12-30/12. I arrived at the hotel around 9pm, after a five-hour drive in adverse weather, only to be told by Laith the front desk manager there was no record of my reservation and requested me to contact Trip.com to resolve. He showed me a different booking with my name made by Trip supplier Travco on 29/11-30/11. This is an obvious typo by Travco. The email communication is between Travco and Hotel Toledo. Shouldn’t the front desk contact Travco directly to resolve the issue instead of asking the customer to contact Trip? I understand the work flow is customer ＞ Trip ＞ Travco ＞ Hotel Toledo. Asking the customer to contact Trip is going in circles and not the most efficient since mistake is by supplier Travco. Initially, Laith refused to accept it’s a typo and insisted the person with the same name as me has checked in on 29/11-30/11. Despite the circumstances and the obvious inconvenience, Laith chose to rigidly hide behind hotel policy, I was not allowed to check in unless I pay a deposit of 60 JD. I refused as I had already fully paid for the room. I was kept waiting at the reception for 1.5 hours while Laith reviewed the issue, which was eventually confirmed to be a typo made by the third-party agent Travco. Also Laith confirmed that 29/11-30/11 was a no show. An hour ago he mentioned the person has checked in on the above date was a lie. The mounting frustration was too much for me to bear. Yes, I raised my voice and created a scene. I mentioned from the start and repeated 5 times it’s a typo by Travco. Laith took 1.5 hour to accept. The final straw is audible verbal profanity from Laith himself (To Laith: I did not audibly mention profanity, it was up to what you interpret from my mouth). Laith threaten to call the police, citing I was creating a scene in the hotel. This behavior was unprofessional, unnecessarily confrontational, and unacceptable in a hospitality setting. It demonstrated a total lack of customer care. This is not a government office, Laith could have taken a softer approach to allow the guest to check in, while he proactively resolve with Travco, not asking guest to call Travco! Not debating about typo with guest! My reservation was fully paid and non-refundable, yet I was left standing at the reception for 1.5 hours due to errors made by Travco and decisions taken by Laith. The situation was mishandled from start to finish, and my frustration was a result of being forced to endure an unnecessary and avoidable ordeal. This was hospitality at its worst."

"I stayed for three nights. I chose this hotel because I was arriving late at night on the first day by JETT bus from Petra. It's not downtown, but the quiet area was nice. Abdali Mall is within walking distance, so shopping and dining are easy. The room was clean, and the hot shower was fine. Having a microwave was also helpful. On my way back from Petra, I was hungry after 10pm, so I asked the reception staff for help, and they kindly ordered something for me using something similar to Uber Eats. I would definitely stay here again if I'm using the JETT bus."

"We were weary and tired after a disrupted sleep in Tel Aviv only to arrive in Jordan and discover that for the third time, our flights out of Amman airport had been rescheduled. The staff were so sympathetic and helpful calling repeatedly to get us some answers while dealing with the many guests who had come for what appeared to be a delicious buffet dinner. We chose to dine in our room and our meals were fit for a queen. We booked this hotel because their advertising described breakfast as their GREAT breakfast and both meals certainly were. The service throughout our stay was excellent and we only moved so that we could be at a place that was closer to the airport. The only downfall was that the room had a strange odour. We realised later that a previous guest had left something questionable behind.. and pushed under the bed! That was not the staff’s fault"

"The hotel was great, the rooms were very large and clean, the bed was most comfortable. The pool service could not be better, and the hotel food was great, the terrace bar was phenomenal, 100% recommended. I would go back with my eyes closed. On weekends they have pool parties during the day, both for children and adults, with a DJ included. And with a lot of security, so you feel at home."

"The location is great, and the hotel's exterior and lobby were very clean and well-maintained. However, the same can't be said for the rooms. I particularly think the rooms need renovation. The hotel could offer a much better experience if more attention were paid to cleanliness and if the rooms were modernized in general."

"This hotel is located near the university of Jordan. And nearby many restaurants. The room is clean and their staff responses fast when we request some services. However, there was some mistake that we reserved a room with 3 single beds for 3 persons, but we got the room with 1 double bed and 1 extra bed at the first night eventhough we have reserved in advance many days before we check in. The other points is nice 👍."

"The room is relatively small, there are some problems with hot water, but after I have called it repeatedly, I finally repaired it. The breakfast is more general, the location is more downtown, it is convenient to take a taxi, and it is easy to traffic jams. It is generally recommended."

"The service and location were truly exceptional. The breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options. Our room was clean and comfortable, with the minor exception of a broken desk chair. The heating in the floor was not operational, so we were provided with an electrical heater, which was a little noisy. Overall, our experience was positive, though I had anticipated a slightly more refined accommodation experience from a five-star hotel. I understand that it is not peak season, and despite this, I would still recommend it."
