"The staff was friendly and they are up to help and assist. However, some points are conveyed with managed while my stating and they were very responsine; 1- magnetic card would not open easily. It need several attempt to in and out for make it open. 2- the color of the rooms and hall is dark. Such colors make the person unhappy. 3- inspite it is four star, no ATM machine avaliable in the hotel. 4- it need tourist arrangers inside the hotel. The desk avaliable but no one 5- as international standard for four hotel, tv subscription os usually available not air satellite channels"
