"The location is about 10 minutes walk to the Westin Hotel in the center of the new town in the gurujan district. As others have said, there is a river in front of you, and there is a national pattern, so mosquitoes may be unavoidable. Certainly, even if the mosquitoes were closed, there was a hole in the ceiling and they came in from there. I was watching the word of mouth, so I had a spray that disappeared from the mosquitoes and pushed it several times, and then I didn't see any mosquitoes. I highly recommend it."

All-inclusive Chinese meals, a perfect treat for my Chinese stomach. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner were all authentic Chinese food, with rice, noodles, hot dishes, fruits, and soups all included. This hotel is definitely a top-tier choice in Bangladesh, offering a stark contrast between its luxurious interior and the outside world. The room, especially the bed, was incredibly comfortable – I could sleep soundly for hours! I didn't dare use the tap water for brushing my teeth, opting for the bottled water provided by the hotel instead. Breakfast offered a wide variety, but there was an issue with expired orange juice. The manager initially tried to brush it off, but after I spoke to the front desk, a French manager came out to handle the situation. Overall, it still maintains a certain level of five-star service. Getting a taxi to various destinations was convenient, with pickups right in the lobby. The room rate offered great value for money. We also had dinner at the hotel. The buffet at $85 US was definitely overpriced, but the à la carte menu was quite decent, costing around 150 RMB per person.

Good location and 10 mins walk away from great eating places and some shopping. The room was large enough for two and the breakfast very decent and tasty. The gym could be better equipped tho, a lot of the machines were not functioning.

The location and value for money are great, breakfast is delicious, service is good, and it's clean – I have no complaints about the hotel itself. However, there's one major issue. Every night, there's loud partying at the bar on the 15th floor, which is a real problem. On the higher floors, the booming noise continues until around 3 AM, which is simply unacceptable. Even outside the hotel, despite being an Islamic country, drunk people are loudly making noise in the streets late at night... How can the hotel allow this to happen?

at first they gave me wrong room which is downgraded from double to singgle room, i check in at 2 in the morning is quite disappointing bcs i can't sleep at all bcs the bed are way to small for both of us, i want change the room immediately but they said it's no available for double deluxe room (type room that i booked). and the next day finally they change our room but still you have to pay attention next time about this things. water heater didn't work i can tolerate bcs the weather are still hot any way, the breakfast are good, friendly staff quite location and safe. thx

I booked the hotel 3 days before my trip and paid $40 for 1 night. After 2 days I called the hotel to check my confirmation. They said they didn't get any confirmation. After double checking they couldn't find any booking for me. If I go to their hotel, I will have to pay again. Then I gave them the receipt of payment. Then their manager contacted me and said that a third party agent hacked their account and they took all the payments. So they couldn't find my booking. After about 12 hours the issue was resolved. They said that I don't have to pay anymore. But they didn't provide free airport pick-up and drop-off. When I booked the hotel, it was shown that they had free airport pick-up and drop-off. However, their service was good and the room was clean. But the food was very expensive.

Достойный отель в престижном районе. Есть все удобства. Косметически - номер вполне нормальный, но есть недочеты (гладильная доска не была прикручена в шкафу, пришлось гладить на кровати. В ванной комнате инсталляция за унитазом была в плачевном состоянии- требует ремонта) Бассейн был не чищен, увы - не искупался. А в остальном - за свою стоимость хороший вариант.

Absolutely tops in terms of service/ helpfulness! Hotel manager snd staff sorted out a complicated issue involving our booking and refused to take or ask for any money from us over the 5 days we stayed - even upgrading us to a suite for the final two nights when one became available. Staff speak English - and are helpful in providing Information about getting around, arranging transportation and laundry. A lovely rooftop cafe - a green oasis- and Taste Snacks. A Full Range of Bengali dishes as well as western food is also avsilable. And all this for less than 50CAD - very good value! The hotel is located near the Old City- easily accessible by taxi, tuktuk or rickshaw- also BaileyRoad is within easy walking distance, a quieter tree lined street and New Bailey Road with Shopping Restaurants etc though these are also available in a buzzier context in the streets surrounding the hotel. We would definitely recommend this hotel and Return again- Note the address at 873 Outer Circular Road( not the one on listing we saw/ booked located several hundred meters away, at 12 Outer Circular Road. The hotels are not linked, whatever you are told by the latter. And actual Grand Circle Inn at 873 is of higher standard/ quality…
