Interlaken Hotels with balcony

The cleanliness in this hotel is spotless! Probably the cleanest hotel I ever stayed! Good spread of breakfast with the same food offered daily! Interlaken West station & Coop is just a 2 mins walk away, which makes traveling very convenient! The view from our hotel room was absolutely breathtaking too!

The hotel I stayed at this time was very comfortable, but what really impressed me was the breakfast. There was a wide variety of dishes, and everything was delicious, making me feel incredibly pampered first thing in the morning. Fresh ingredients were used, and the seasoning was just right – I couldn't help but overeat! The dining area had a bright and clean atmosphere, and the staff were very attentive. Thanks to them, I was able to start my day in a great mood. You often see reviews mentioning 'hotels with delicious breakfast,' but this place truly lives up to that. It's a hotel I'd want to stay at again just to enjoy the breakfast. Very satisfied.

Hotel was located conveniently near the station, just a 10min walk from Interlaken West. Plenty of shops and amenities in the area as well. Even our paragliding activity was located a stone’s throw away so that was extra convenient for us. Service by the staff was excellent too. And there is also the cutest cat in the garden house!

The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The unit had a pleasant smell and with nice mountain views, making our stay in Interlaken truly enjoyable for me and my family. We would highly recommend this place to all our friends and relatives. If we visit Interlaken again in the future, we would not even consider other hotels, we would book this one directly without hesitation. We were really satisfied with our stay. The location is also perfect. Coop and the Interlaken Ost train station are just across the road, making everything very convenient.

I stayed here during the summer. Overall, the hotel may suit many travellers. However, based on my personal experience, the room I stayed in may not be ideal for guests who are very sensitive to light or noise. Before sunset, the room did not feel completely dark, so guests who prefer a fully dark room for sleeping may want to take this into consideration. I also noticed some noise from the corridor, doors, upstairs movement, and the road, so it may not be the best choice for guests who need a very quiet room. This is only my personal experience from the room I stayed in, and other rooms or stays may be different.

This is a lovely hotel with a lot to offer. The location is truly excellent—close to public transport and within walking distance of the main station. The staff were friendly and helpful, and our room was spacious and very clean.  The only area that didn't meet our expectations was the breakfast. The selection was quite limited, and the quality didn't seem to match the rest of the hotel experience. It was the one thing we were disappointed with. Despite the breakfast, we had a great stay and would recommend this hotel for its fantastic location and comfortable rooms.

We had a great stay in the Junior Suite, which was very suitable for three people. One of the beds was a sofa bed, but the mattress quality was still comfortable. We especially loved the mountain view from the rooms and could even enjoy the sunset right from our window or balcony without needing to go anywhere. We would also recommend trying their breakfast — it offers a wide variety of choices, including Asian options like rice and sauces. Overall, a very pleasant stay and a room we would recommend.

Really great, well-equipped, excellent service, and very complete. It has a wonderful sense of history, and the staff are fantastic. They even gave us lots of complimentary items. I'd definitely choose to stay here again.

We expected a bad experience when we looked at the Google review but was pleasantly surprised by the actual room presented to us. We had a quadruple room and saw a near-new bathroom, in contrast of the photos we saw on Google review. Apart from the bathroom, the room itself is a bit of a disappointment, the one of the bed frames were faulty and one of us had to sleep with her hips lowered to the floor. And the other facilities were outdated, but they were at least clean. Our overall experience was pleasant, but similar to most things in Switzerland, the price was a little steep, but probably one of the cheaper hotels in the area.
