IIzzaPizzaHotel was located conveniently near the station, just a 10min walk from Interlaken West. Plenty of shops and amenities in the area as well. Even our paragliding activity was located a stone’s throw away so that was extra convenient for us. Service by the staff was excellent too. And there is also the cutest cat in the garden house!

GGuest UserSwitzerland was the most surprising stop on my trip, and this hotel was no exception. **Cleanliness:** Extremely clean!!! It felt spotless, and while you could tell it's an older building, it was just wonderful. **Environment:** It's less than an 8-minute walk from Interlaken West Station, and there's a supermarket right downstairs. My room even had a stunning view of the snow-capped mountains. **Facilities:** There's a fridge in the common area, and my room had a small skylight where you could even see the stars. **Service:** The lady at the front desk explained everything clearly and in detail.

GGuest UserWe had a very pleasant stay at the Bellevue Hotel in Interlaken. The location is fantastic — with plenty of restaurants just around the corner and the train station within easy walking distance, making it very convenient for exploring Interlaken and nearby areas. Parking is convenient, which is a big plus if you’re travelling by car. Our room had a kitchenette, which was extremely helpful and added a lot of level of comfort and flexibility to the stay. The hotel is well maintained, rooms are comfortable, and the experience was smooth and hassle-free throughout. The staff were friendly and supportive. A great option for travellers who value location, convenience, and practicality. We would happily stay here again and recommend it without hesitation.

GGuest UserThe hotel is very carefully arranged, very clean and comfortable. It feels like a hotel run by a couple. Although the scale is not very large, the experience of staying is excellent. Our room is on the 3rd floor. There is a large outdoor balcony. You can see the tourists who play paragliding on the mountain. Flying in the sky, very happy, There is coffee and tea in the room, and there is also a pot for boiling water. The warm and thoughtful service of the proprietress feels very warm.

AAnonymous UserFirst of all, they provide breakfast so I saved a lot of money and I could cook so I saved a lot of money. The only regret is that there is no refrigerator in the room, but even if there was one in the shared kitchen, no one touched it so it was okay.

There was a wide variety of dishes, and everything was delicious, making me feel incredibly pampered first thing in the morning. Fresh ingredients were used, and the seasoning was just right – I couldn't help but overeat! The dining area had a bright and clean atmosphere, and the staff were very attentive. Thanks to them, I was able to start my day in a great mood. You often see reviews mentioning 'hotels with delicious breakfast,' but this place truly lives up to that. It's a hotel I'd want to stay at again just to enjoy the breakfast. Very satisfied.

GGuest UserWe stayed at this hotel for six nights during the New Year period, and the experience was truly impressive. The location is very convenient, with easy access to the railway station. Our room was exceptionally clean and offered a beautiful riverside view, making the stay relaxing and memorable. The in-room facilities were excellent, including drinkable tap water, a coffee machine, and LED-lit mirrors, which added extra comfort and convenience. What truly stood out was the sincere and attentive service. Special thanks to Mr. Eduardo for his genuine care and professionalism. He listened carefully to our requests and went above and beyond to assist us during our honeymoon. His thoughtful message at the beginning of our journey as a married couple touched our hearts deeply. A great hotel creates a strong first impression, but heartfelt service builds lasting loyalty. We would gladly return and highly recommend this hotel to friends and family in Thailand.

GGuest UserPlease note: This hotel strictly enforces a 3 PM check-in time, so plan your arrival accordingly. If you arrive early, don't worry – you can store your luggage and go explore. Location: It's about a 10-minute walk from the West Station. There's a bus stop right outside, but buses only come every half hour, so plan your public transport carefully. Facilities: This is a typical wooden lodge, which means soundproofing isn't great. The wooden floors creak so much it feels like the whole room vibrates when you walk. You can clearly hear people walking upstairs, downstairs, and doors closing in the hallway. Service: The staff were very enthusiastic and all seemed quite young. I booked a twin room but was given a double. When I went to the front desk, the girl realized she couldn't separate the beds, so she gave us a room upstairs, which I guess was an upgrade. The room was very spacious. Cleanliness: All the hotels I've stayed in Switzerland have been impeccably clean. However, the water here – when boiled, it had limescale and residue. I had to spit out the plain water I drank! Breakfast was small but good. I loved the toast with butter, and the large bread with salami and cheese. Swiss boiled eggs are absolutely delicious!!

AAnonymous UserStayed at Hotel Toscana for 2 nights (Nov. 13-15, 2024). One issue we had was we lost a necklace. We were wearing scarves so my sister and I left 2 gold necklaces at the table. We didn’t know there will be housekeeping as we’re only staying for 2 nights. All of us were out 10AM and went back 6PM. When we got back, 1 of the necklace was gone. We looked everywhere, under the mattress and bed, all sides of the table, inside the bathroom, and every side of the room, but it was gone. The receptionist was helful enough to check with her boss and the housekeeping but who would admit they stole something, right? I just hope whoever took it found a good use out of it. Other than that, the location is perfect, it’s within a walking distance (around 7-10min) to Interlaken West station. Lots of shops and restaurants in the area as well. The hotel room is equipped with kettle and glass cups, no mugs. No airconditioning unit but it was pretty cold during our stay so we just opened the window a bit and it was fine. It was a very quiet neighborhood with nice views of the mountain and people paragliding. The room looked clean the moment we entered, but while we were searching under the bed and tables, dust has piled up underneath, it was very dusty like it hasn’t been cleaned for months and they only sweep the visible areas of the floor. The bathroom smelled like pee even before we used it. I hope they improve these parts, the hotel’s not that bad if you’ve experienced staying there (in my opinion).
