"I had a wonderful stay at this hostel in Interlaken and would highly recommend it. Everything was spotlessly clean, from the rooms to the common areas and bathrooms. The rooms were surprisingly spacious, giving me plenty of space to relax and unpack after long days of exploring. The location is unbeatable — just a short walk from the train station, which made arriving, leaving, and taking day trips completely stress-free. There was also a spot to refill drinking water nearby, which was such a handy little touch, especially before heading out for a hike."

"This hotel, 'Pillow Brother' (Zhen Ge), was the best during our trip to France and Switzerland. The facilities are quite new, and the price is reasonable. It's a 15-minute walk from Interlaken Ost station, which made taking the scenic train and boat tours incredibly convenient. We didn't even use our car for three days because of this. Across from the hotel is a large grassy field, with the famous Jungfrau mountain visible in the distance. We could clearly see the weather at the summit, which was really helpful for planning our itinerary. Parking was 9 Swiss francs per night, which is quite affordable. The hotel staff were polite, and one even greeted me in Chinese, saying 'Ni Hao'. Overall, it was the best hotel in terms of all-around conditions."

"stayed for 2 nights at this lovely hotel. strategically located near Interlaken West station, you do not have to worry as both the train and bus are just a couple of steps away. lots of restaurants, gift shops and convenience stores nearby as well. room has the basic amenities that you will be needing during you stay - a comfortable bed, small refrigerator, clean bathroom and cool fan. breakfast spread was the same for both days of my stay, but that is okay because their croissant, sausage and scrambled eggs were delicious! will definitely come back if given the chance. shout out to Jerome for a great service at the desk."

"This is a lovely hotel with a lot to offer. The location is truly excellent—close to public transport and within walking distance of the main station. The staff were friendly and helpful, and our room was spacious and very clean.  The only area that didn't meet our expectations was the breakfast. The selection was quite limited, and the quality didn't seem to match the rest of the hotel experience. It was the one thing we were disappointed with. Despite the breakfast, we had a great stay and would recommend this hotel for its fantastic location and comfortable rooms."

"The hotel is a 5-minute walk from Interlaken West train station, with a COOP supermarket right downstairs. The room was clean but it was really hot in mid-June, the heatwave in Europe this year was no joke. Luckily, it only started on the day I flew back home. Most hotels here don't have air conditioning or fans, so you'll need to bring your own. Also, the hotel breakfast was really substantial, good enough to keep me full until the afternoon."

"My stay was great, even though my tight schedule didn't allow me to experience the sauna. The shuttle to Taipei 101 runs once an hour in the evening, which was actually very convenient. Highly recommended!!!!!!!!!!!!"

"My stay was incredibly comfortable and pleasant. The hotel's location is absolutely fantastic, right in the heart of Amsterdam, making it super convenient to explore the canal district. The room facilities were spotless and well-equipped, and the overall cleanliness was excellent. The front desk staff were polite, patient, and provided thoughtful, attentive service. Overall, it was a very comfortable living experience, and I would definitely choose this hotel again next time I visit Amsterdam."

"We had low expectations with this hotel due to previous reviews. Upon arrival, we were a little disappointed that there wasn’t anyone in the reception until 3:01pm. Other than that, the room was a little dim, but clean and they do day cleaning and top up of room. There is a smart TV and water heater which were useful. Breakfast was average. We like that there is a pantry with free snacks for guests. The location was superb!"
