__WeChat35457****The front desk staff were excellent. Guests receive a free Interlaken transport pass. Breakfast was average, but it starts at 7 AM, which is very convenient for early departures. Our room offered direct views of the Jungfrau (the photo was taken from inside the room).

MMiao miaomiaomiaoThe room is big, the bathroom is also big, and the stay is very comfortable. The front desk service is great, and check-in and storage are very convenient. The breakfast is standard, and the dining environment is good. Snow-capped mountains, churches, cherry blossoms, green trees...
The hotel is in a great location. Going out to the left is the main street, where you can eat and shop; going out to the right for a few minutes is Interlaken East Station, which is very convenient to go to Jungfrau!
PS: The paragliding gathering point is just across the road from the hotel, which is very convenient.

GGuest UserThe hotel is not far from Interlaken West Station. The room is quite large and you can see the snow-capped mountains. The soundproofing of the room is average. The breakfast is quite rich. Other aspects are pretty satisfactory.

WWanderfieVery nice design hotel, new and spacious, but what it’s lacking is the warmness of the staff. Only the new girl working there is pretty nice, the rest of the staff has lukewarm attitude. The first room I got was nice, they gave me a double bed instead of a single bed that I booked but upon enter, there was a pair of socks hanging on the toilet door. Called the housekeeping and they removed it but also realised the room is very hot, but AC is not adjustable as it is centralised. So they gave me a fan instead. Later at night I also realised it was pretty noisy as the alfresco of the restaurant is right beneath my room. And then the toilet shower is broken. I tried calling the reception and housekeeping at 9-10pm but nobody pick up which I assumed it’s probably not 24hrs service. I bear with the broken shower. Next day morning I asked to change the room to quieter one but I need to get all my stuff out by 11am which I did. I went to the reception and told them about the broken shower, with no apologies, the guy just say ya ya, that’s an easy fix. I’m still glad they changed the room for me. But like I say still hope for a better service with the money I paid. Also not enough hanging area in the bathroom, especially when the first room I got… no hanging area at all, so can’t hang towel or clothes.

We enjoyed excellent hospitality and service on our first day in Switzerland. The room was well-appointed and quiet, and we rested thoroughly. It was a wonderful hotel in every way, and a truly enjoyable stay. It left a wonderful first impression and lasting memories. My mood brightened the moment I entered the hotel. It's a shame I didn't express my gratitude to Ms. Yang at the time, but when I think of Switzerland, this wonderful hotel and Ms. Yang come to mind first. Our best wishes to you, kindhearted lady, and may everything go well with you. Compared to the shabby and noisy Mandarin Oriental in the grayness of Lucerne, I'm tempted to return to Interlaken for a few more days. There's no need to go all the way to Lucerne; Interlaken is wonderful enough; don't miss the Mandarin Oriental.

I would definitely recommend, it’s 10 mins walk away from the Interlaken OST, coop supermarket, 10 minutes walk from Interlaken central cut across to eatery places (like Chinese, Indian, western cuisine, and even macdonalds ) !

GGuest UserVery close to Interlaken West station, just a 5-10 minute walk. Interlaken's main commercial street is right by the train station. There's a large Coop supermarket right next to the hotel; if it happens to be Sunday and it's closed, you can head to the one on the main street. There's also a Cantonese restaurant nearby with good food. I noticed a highly-rated cheese fondue restaurant on Google Maps nearby, but didn't get a chance to try it this time. Although the bathroom and toilet were shared, it felt like I had them all to myself. My single room was in the attic, which got very hot during the day. Turning off the lights and opening the skylight at night helped a bit.

LL.DuThe hotel is conveniently located near the station with plenty of shops around, and you see tourists from all over the world. The hotel itself is quite large, and our room had a double bed and a sofa bed, which was perfect for our family of three. There were also two TVs in the room, along with yukata and slippers. The breakfast selection was extensive and varied!

CCherryThis is an antique hotel with Swiss traditional decorations. Every direction is very clear and accurate. Swiss! It is sparkling clean. The services is comparable to the 5-star hotel.
The breakfast lets me taste the local style Swiss food, not just the traditional hotel style.
The fresh air here is the natural air-conditioner. Should not have any air-conditioner which destroys the tradition here.
If you are planning to have the Swiss style trip, this hotel offers you the taste!
