GGuest UserThis hotel was honestly a really good value for the price. The location is very convenient — less than a 5-minute walk from the train station, and there are also bus stops nearby, so getting around was very easy. It is in a quiet neighborhood with a nice atmosphere. Opening the window in the room, you can see calm and peaceful scenery outside, which made the stay feel very relaxing. The room and bathroom were nice, and the bathroom had a separate shower area, which was really convenient. One thing I especially appreciated was the shared dining area. There was a place to boil water, make coffee or tea, and they also provided microwave, basic utensils and tableware. It was very useful for us since we brought some instant noodles and simple food back to the hotel at night. Haha, the selection of one British tea brand they provided here felt even more varied than what I usually see in supermarkets back in the UK. The staff were also very kind and helpful. I accidentally lost a T-shirt there, but they contacted housekeeping for me and eventually found it. I really appreciated their help. We stayed here for two nights, and because the hotel was fully booked for our last night in Interlaken, we moved to another hotel that was more expensive. But we still preferred this one because it felt more comfortable and practical for travelers like us.

GGuest UserCar can park at the hotel entrance free of charge. Room is spacious for 4 people. Staff are friendly and provided us free travel card within interlaken area. My daughters are happy that the staff gave them chocolate and candy were put on the bed at Day 1. 10 minutes walk from Interlaken West Station. Not many choice for breakfast but the taste is good. Hotel cost is super expensive during summer time in Interlaken......but I still think this is a brilliant hotel.

GGuest UserThe location is super convenient, right next to Platform 1 of Interlaken West station. There's a large supermarket directly opposite where you can buy groceries to cook in the apartment, and plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. We stayed in an apartment, which was very spacious, and the facilities were well-maintained and quite new. Although we arrived in late May, we unfortunately hit a European heatwave with temperatures around 27-28 degrees Celsius. Since the apartment didn't have air conditioning, it was quite uncomfortable. I saw in the reviews that the hotel usually offers two fans per apartment, so I immediately called the front desk to ask if they could provide one. They said they could provide one. As there were two bedrooms, I asked if we could have two, and the front desk directly replied: 'No, you can only request one fan.' Their attitude felt a bit unfriendly. Also, in apartments without air conditioning, a fan should really be considered a basic amenity and not something guests have to specifically request.

GGuest UserThe first night the shower in our room was too hot that we couldn't take the shower. It was fixed only on the 2nd day. Breakfast spread is rather limited and charges extra for omelette which are normally included in most breakfast packages. However, they do have hard boiled eggs in their breakfast package. Location is about a 10 - 15 minute walk from Interlaken Ost if you're carrying luggage. However there.is a station drop off service offered by the hotel free of charge.

GGuest UserTake 2 bus stops from Interlaken Ost and you’ll find yourself in front of Hapimag Interlaken. The room we got only had Type-J (3 pins) power sockets, but they gladly borrowed us free of charge. Breakfast was wonderful, especially the cheeses. Inside the laundry room, you’ll find a wash basin, 2 washing machines, 2 drying machines, and an ironing board. Would be coming back here if I ever found myself Interlaken.

HHW.TANI had a pleasant stay at Hotel Chalet Swiss during my visit to Interlaken. The hotel has a charming Swiss chalet atmosphere that made the stay feel cozy and relaxing. The room was clean and comfortable, and everything I needed was provided. The breakfast was good, with a nice selection of bread, cereals, fruits, cheeses, cold cuts, and drinks. It was a great way to start the day before heading out to explore the surrounding mountains and lakes. The location is convenient, within walking distance of Interlaken West station and the town center. It was easy to get around and access public transportation for day trips. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the overall experience was smooth and enjoyable. While the hotel may not be the most modern, it offers good value for money and a comfortable stay in a peaceful setting. Overall, I had a nice experience and would consider staying here again when visiting Interlaken.

LLLSZ3First, the hotel locations is very near to Interlaken West train station and it's walking distance to Interlaken city centre as well as Interlaken Ost. So it's great and easy access to most of the places like grindelwald, spiez, thun, and brienz. The hotel itself it's abit old and honestly I dont really like the bathroom as it abit like run out. The cupboard and hanger also having some dust which makes me feels uneasy. I booked room with single bed, it has window but because now they are doing some outdoor renovation which blocked the view outside my window, that's really like a minus point to me. Overall I think, with the price I pay, I should get a better hotels than this.

AAnonymous UserStayed at Hotel Toscana for 2 nights (Nov. 13-15, 2024). One issue we had was we lost a necklace. We were wearing scarves so my sister and I left 2 gold necklaces at the table. We didn’t know there will be housekeeping as we’re only staying for 2 nights. All of us were out 10AM and went back 6PM. When we got back, 1 of the necklace was gone. We looked everywhere, under the mattress and bed, all sides of the table, inside the bathroom, and every side of the room, but it was gone. The receptionist was helful enough to check with her boss and the housekeeping but who would admit they stole something, right? I just hope whoever took it found a good use out of it. Other than that, the location is perfect, it’s within a walking distance (around 7-10min) to Interlaken West station. Lots of shops and restaurants in the area as well. The hotel room is equipped with kettle and glass cups, no mugs. No airconditioning unit but it was pretty cold during our stay so we just opened the window a bit and it was fine. It was a very quiet neighborhood with nice views of the mountain and people paragliding. The room looked clean the moment we entered, but while we were searching under the bed and tables, dust has piled up underneath, it was very dusty like it hasn’t been cleaned for months and they only sweep the visible areas of the floor. The bathroom smelled like pee even before we used it. I hope they improve these parts, the hotel’s not that bad if you’ve experienced staying there (in my opinion).
