MM352362****The hotel's location in Interlaken center is very convenient, with restaurants and supermarkets nearby. The room heating was excellent and the view from the window was beautiful. The only downside was that the room was a bit small. The staff were very enthusiastic.

My room was at the extension wing portion, with auto sensor lighting along the rooms corridor and a slight delayed lighting. Would have a preferred a bright corridor. The heater/ AC system can be on the noisier side too.

LLyanne92This hotel is very close to Interlaken Ost train station, only about a 2-minute walk. There is a Coop supermarket right across the street and near the station, which is extremely convenient, especially for a solo traveler.
Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay. The hotel was quiet, clean, and spacious. The front desk staff were very friendly and always greeted me with a warm smile. Breakfast offered a good variety of options and was enjoyable.
I would definitely recommend this hotel to solo travelers looking for a convenient and comfortable stay in Interlaken.

GGan ESThe room and bathroom are small but comfortable and still acceptable. No slipper or toothbrush provided that may cause inconvenience but luckily we brought along with it after highlighted by friend. Be prepared for same type of breakfast dishes, 3 days for us. We noticed the shower head was damaged but was replaced quickly except cracked mirror after it was brought to the staff attention.

The room was over 20 square meters, decorated in an antique style, and well-equipped, though it lacked air conditioning and came with a small electric fan instead. My room was on the top floor, and unfortunately, the window right by the bed was next to a chimney, so smoke from the downstairs restaurant's grill wafted directly into the room.
The breakfast was quite varied, but it was the same every day for several days. The staff were very friendly, and I had a comfortable stay during my time there. It's very close to the train station, and the boat pier is only a 3-minute walk away. You can also take local public transport from here.

GGuest UserThe hotel is conveniently located right outside the station. The room was a bit small, and honestly, for nearly 3,000 a night, it felt comparable to a 300-yuan hotel back home. But all hotels in Switzerland are expensive, so there's not much you can do! The room was reasonably clean, and through the window, you could see the snow-capped mountains. The scenery in Interlaken is absolutely stunning! So beautiful, it makes you forget about all the compromises!

The restaurant staff are very helpful, and the reception staff are extremely friendly and supportive. Special thanks to Christian and Hadeer — their warm welcome made us feel comfortable from the very beginning, and because of them we decided to book this hotel.
Their kindness and the smiles they gave us every time we met truly touched our hearts. Overall, we had a pleasant and memorable stay.

LL.DuThe hotel is conveniently located near the station with plenty of shops around, and you see tourists from all over the world. The hotel itself is quite large, and our room had a double bed and a sofa bed, which was perfect for our family of three. There were also two TVs in the room, along with yukata and slippers. The breakfast selection was extensive and varied!

AAnonymous UserStayed at Hotel Toscana for 2 nights (Nov. 13-15, 2024). One issue we had was we lost a necklace. We were wearing scarves so my sister and I left 2 gold necklaces at the table. We didn’t know there will be housekeeping as we’re only staying for 2 nights. All of us were out 10AM and went back 6PM. When we got back, 1 of the necklace was gone. We looked everywhere, under the mattress and bed, all sides of the table, inside the bathroom, and every side of the room, but it was gone. The receptionist was helful enough to check with her boss and the housekeeping but who would admit they stole something, right? I just hope whoever took it found a good use out of it. Other than that, the location is perfect, it’s within a walking distance (around 7-10min) to Interlaken West station. Lots of shops and restaurants in the area as well. The hotel room is equipped with kettle and glass cups, no mugs. No airconditioning unit but it was pretty cold during our stay so we just opened the window a bit and it was fine. It was a very quiet neighborhood with nice views of the mountain and people paragliding. The room looked clean the moment we entered, but while we were searching under the bed and tables, dust has piled up underneath, it was very dusty like it hasn’t been cleaned for months and they only sweep the visible areas of the floor. The bathroom smelled like pee even before we used it. I hope they improve these parts, the hotel’s not that bad if you’ve experienced staying there (in my opinion).
