"The location is fantastic, right next to the train station. The front desk staff were very friendly. There were no curtains in the room, and the charging outlets weren't European standard; you need a Swiss adapter, which you can also borrow from the front desk. The main issue is that the charging ports face downwards, so chargers fall out due to gravity. This design is quite frustrating. The breakfast was good, though."

"Getting to the hotel from the central station requires a rather long bus ride, and buses only come once an hour, so if you miss one, you'll have a long wait. On the plus side, there's a bus stop right in front of the hotel, and you can see Lake Thun from the hotel balcony, which offers lovely views. The front desk service was professional, warm, and attentive. However, the room facilities are outdated, and the bathroom had a persistent sewer smell at night. Even closing the bathroom door didn't help; we had to leave the balcony door open to be able to sleep."

"Stayed at twin deluxe room which is newly renovated and on the higher floors. Chose this specific twin room because of its size. Pros: 1. Hotel staff were friendly both at reception and breakfast 2. Rooms were fairly large and modern, views were incredibly (ask for mountain facing room) 3. They will give you an Interlaken guest card. 4. Location is about 7-10 mins walk from Interlaken West Station and surrounded by high-end shops. 5. There's free self-service coffee and tea making area at one of the floors and its helpful if you have a jug/bottle to fill cold/hot water Cons: 1. Same breakfast everyday and it lacked variety 2. No kettle nor cups to make hot drinks (notice this is the case with hotels in Switzerland 3. TV channels were mostly in German language"

"The hotel is super easy to find, just a 3-5 minute walk from Interlaken West Station. From West Station, you can buy tickets to anywhere, and it's also very close to the boat pier, making the location really convenient. They offer free luggage storage too. The building itself is a bit old, so the facilities aren't super modern, but the bedding was dry and pretty clean. Room 4 gets sun from two sides and is great for ventilation when you open the windows, so it was quite comfortable. Breakfast is simple but they have boiled eggs, which are a must for refueling. There are fresh food supermarkets nearby for plenty of supplies. Oh, and the ice cream shop in town is delicious, highly recommend it!"

"Hotel Krebs is very conveniently located, just about a 3-minute walk from the train station, making it extremely easy to reach even with luggage. This was another lovely stay at Hotel Krebs, and it felt great to return once again. The staff were as kind and welcoming as ever, with consistently warm hospitality that made the stay very comfortable and familiar. Guests staying at the hotel receive a 10% discount at the hotel’s restaurant, which is also a well-known and popular restaurant among locals. The food quality and atmosphere make it well worth dining there. "We had a great stay in the Junior Suite, which was very suitable for three people. One of the beds was a sofa bed, but the mattress quality was still comfortable. We especially loved the mountain view from the rooms and could even enjoy the sunset right from our window or balcony without needing to go anywhere. We would also recommend trying their breakfast — it offers a wide variety of choices, including Asian options like rice and sauces. Overall, a very pleasant stay and a room we would recommend."

"Location is 5-10mins to train station. A little bit misunderstanding since there is two Hey hotel but the front desk staff is nice to tell. Also they provide hot water service. Breakfast has many options but the taste is just medium. Overall a not bad hotel."
