"While driving through the Alps, it got late and we didn't want to tackle the mountain roads, so we booked this hotel last minute. We had a spacious triple room. It's a 4-star hotel with a fantastic location. Enjoying breakfast in the morning with views of the snow-capped mountains was incredibly pleasant. The beds were also very comfortable. Overall, we were very satisfied!"

"Hotel Krebs is very conveniently located, just about a 3-minute walk from the train station, making it extremely easy to reach even with luggage. This was another lovely stay at Hotel Krebs, and it felt great to return once again. The staff were as kind and welcoming as ever, with consistently warm hospitality that made the stay very comfortable and familiar. Guests staying at the hotel receive a 10% discount at the hotel’s restaurant, which is also a well-known and popular restaurant among locals. The food quality and atmosphere make it well worth dining there. In addition, the hotel offers discounts on various activities in Interlaken, which is a nice benefit for travelers planning to explore the area."

"The hotel's location is excellent, right outside Interlaken Station. The breakfast is very rich, and it's also very close to the supermarket. The front desk staff were very friendly and patiently helped me when I encountered an issue paying for the room that day."

"The location is fantastic, only a ten-minute walk from the station. It's perfect for trips to Jungfraujoch and paragliding. Definitely book the hotel buffet with your stay; it's great value for money. Just a heads-up, though: there was a Filipino-looking staff member who seemed quite unfriendly towards Asians. My friend and I were still eating when she came over and told us she needed to clear our plates. Something to be aware of."

"I booked this hotel for its beautiful views, but I was worried the room I'd get wouldn't have a good view, so I only booked one night. Turns out, we got incredibly lucky! The lady at the front desk was super nice, polite, and enthusiastic. She gave us a room with an absolutely stunning view. As soon as we entered, my family all agreed we should book another night. Unfortunately, shortly after we booked, I got a call from the same front desk lady. She apologized and said we couldn't extend our stay in that specific room and would have to switch to another. She offered us a chance to see the new room beforehand to make sure we liked it. The new room was on a lower floor in the front building, with slightly less impressive views, but still acceptable. So, we ended up extending our stay for another night. If you're traveling by car, I highly recommend this hotel."

"This is an old-fashioned hotel with over a hundred years of history in the area. It's a combination of two classical hotel buildings, a modern central lobby and restaurant built more recently, and a two-story modern apartment-style accommodation at the back. The two classical hotel buildings are Carlton and Europe. Their interiors have been largely optimized for modern needs. The current hotel owners, while renovating, had to adhere to government regulations for preserving the antique structure. However, the rest of the amenities have been modernized as much as possible, with original wood flooring used for repairs and replacements. Overall, it's a very good hotel! Breakfast is buffet-style, but the selection is essentially a Swiss-European breakfast: yogurt, bread and jam, juice, hot tea and coffee, scrambled eggs, sausages, bacon, pan-fried shredded potatoes, fruit, and various cheeses and cold cuts. For tourists not accustomed to Western-style meals, it might be a bit challenging. The restaurant also offers additional egg dishes or other options for an extra charge – but you have to pay more! The location is very convenient. Right outside is Interlaken Ost station, the starting point for various attractions in the Alps. You can even take a boat from here to the small town of Brienz, or to Iseltwald, famous for the Korean drama 'Crash Landing on You.' Both the pier and the small castle are stunning scenic spots. Upon check-in, the front desk provides a free bus pass, allowing you to take buses to explore various towns. This is different from the mountain trains and cable cars, which require extra payment to go up the mountains quickly. Generally, most attractions stop going up the mountain after 5 PM, so it's best to start early in the morning to make good use of your time! However, this hotel still has its drawbacks. For example, while the water supply is comprehensive, the hot and cold water stability is very poor. Turning on the hot water can be scalding, and sometimes it suddenly turns cold mid-shower, then becomes super hot again. The showering experience is quite subpar! Each guest room uses a classical keyhole lock for opening and closing the door. There's no modern double-bolt lock; you have to lock the door from the inside with the door key. The upside is that once locked from the inside, the keyhole is filled by the key, preventing anyone from picking the lock from the outside. When you go out and lock up, the heavy key can be left in the mail slot at the front desk, or entrusted to the front desk for safekeeping, in a classic manner! Most importantly, this hotel does not allow children! According to the owner's vision, he wants this hotel to be adult-focused, allowing busy people to enjoy their own time while traveling and recharging, rather than having to take care of children during their vacation. This way, adults can truly live for themselves. Therefore, this hotel does not allow guests under 16 years old. If you plan to book with children, please look for accommodation elsewhere – it's better for both parties! Overall, this is a good place for mature individuals to stay, perfect for those focused on enjoying mountain excursions. Who wouldn't want to return to their hotel immediately after coming down the mountain to rest?"

"I'd give it a 9 out of 10. The hotel is located in a quiet residential area, about a ten-minute walk from the Ostbahnhof. It's a bit far from the town center, so dining and shopping require a 15-20 minute walk. Overall, the hotel is very clean, and the breakfast spread is quite good. If I visit Interlaken again, I'd definitely consider staying here."

"The room was clean and tidy, with a well-thought-out layout, and a small balcony offering nice mountain views, including paragliders. Facilities: Although the bathroom was not large, it was very convenient to use, showing great attention to detail in its design. The breakfast was quite rich and the food was healthy. There's also a communal dining area with self-heating facilities, so you can buy food and heat it up yourself. The owner was very hospitable, proactively asking about our stay, which made us feel right at home."

"This is a lovely hotel with a lot to offer. The location is truly excellent—close to public transport and within walking distance of the main station. The staff were friendly and helpful, and our room was spacious and very clean.  The only area that didn't meet our expectations was the breakfast. The selection was quite limited, and the quality didn't seem to match the rest of the hotel experience. It was the one thing we were disappointed with. Despite the breakfast, we had a great stay and would recommend this hotel for its fantastic location and comfortable rooms."

"The cleanliness in this hotel is spotless! Probably the cleanest hotel I ever stayed! Good spread of breakfast with the same food offered daily! Interlaken West station & Coop is just a 2 mins walk away, which makes traveling very convenient! The view from our hotel room was absolutely breathtaking too!"
