Breakfast was convenient and tasty, so we didn’t even need to leave the building in the mornings. There’s also a convenience store right around the corner which made things even easier. What really stood out was the staff. The reception team was incredibly kind and helpful, especially when my son had an emotional moment. Despite the language barrier, check-in and check-out were smooth using an offline translation app. Would definitely stay here again.

During the stay, there was an episode. There were many cars during the May Day holiday. My car was blocked by other cars. The hotel leader on duty (I heard that he was a treasurer), and immediately provided his own private car service! This kind of hotel quality is precious as a matter of your own home! The hotel manager specially prepared local millet for souvenirs! The warm atmosphere is reflected everywhere. The hotel's backyard parking lot is spacious and there are various lake views. Five stars is a must! The service was incredibly warm and welcoming. This new branch is conveniently located in the heart of Zhuozhou New City in Hexi, right next to a large shopping mall. The newly renovated environment is bright and airy, and the room layout is well-designed, especially the south-facing rooms, which are quiet and away from the road. The sun shines in, making the rooms warm and inviting. The only downsides are that the cleanliness could be a bit more thorough; there were still some food scraps in some nooks and crannies. The breakfast selection was also a bit limited, and a coffee machine would have been a welcome addition.

The first time we went, we took the wrong route and got off at Yeshanpo. The owners picked us up in the middle of the night and took us to Bailixia! So touching! The room was average, meeting the standards of a budget hotel. The main advantage was its location in the government service park; it was relatively quiet and close to Rongyue Park. If you plan to drive in, you need to contact the hotel in advance to let them know, otherwise you'll be stuck at the entrance for several minutes, which is quite inconvenient. The hotel breakfast selection wasn't extensive, but overall it was decent. A male staff member even gave directions.

The room was relatively new. We checked in at 2 a.m. due to an emergency, so we stayed on the second floor, facing the road. We had booked four rooms, and the one we stayed in had a strong cigarette smell that lingered overnight. The dry and wet areas were separated, which looked OK. There are 4 bottles of mineral water, which is very good. Others: There is no gym or swimming pool, but most of the people who live here want to go out and play, so it basically doesn't matter. The breakfast was average. I paid extra to book a room with breakfast, but it didn't feel like it was worth it. The vending machine at the door is very affordable and the rice dumplings inside are delicious. Overall it is worth living and the price/performance ratio is relatively high.
