Couples and friends traveled by car, and I chose this one after reading the evaluation. Sanitation facilities service is very good. We arrived at night, we arrived at the high speed, the parking lot was large, the room was upgraded for free, the card was inserted in advance to turn on the air conditioner, let us feel very cool as soon as we enter the door, like going home, laundry and drying clothes are very convenient. The breakfast was very rich the next day! Very good value for money and great value for money. Look at the picture, there is indeed ingenuity! I hope the hotel will continue! Recommend this hotel to everyone!

A hidden gem hotel in Zhuozhou! I wanted to take the mattress home immediately after my stay 😭 I booked the Yicheng Hotel by chance while in Zhuozhou, and I didn't have high expectations, but I was pleasantly surprised! I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone visiting Zhuozhou for leisure or business! First, the cleanliness is amazing! There was no unpleasant hotel smell as soon as I entered, the sheets and blankets had a clean, sun-kissed scent, and there was no dust in the corners of the bathroom or the crevices of the table. Even the mirror on the sink was sparkling clean—it made me feel so safe and comfortable! The location is also super convenient, with convenience stores and snack shops nearby. You don't have to go far to buy things or eat, perfect for lazy people. What impressed me most was the service and facilities! Both the receptionist and the housekeeping staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Check-in was super fast, and they even proactively recommended good restaurants nearby. They were all smiles throughout, making for a fantastic experience! The room facilities were also very new, the air conditioning cooled down quickly and wasn't noisy, the shower had good water pressure and a stable water temperature, and even the hairdryer was powerful! Let me emphasize this mattress! It's absolutely amazing! I'm a light sleeper and often have trouble sleeping in different hotels, but I slept soundly through the night here. The mattress had just the right firmness and excellent support; my back didn't ache at all when I woke up. I asked the front desk for the mattress link the day I checked in, and I'm already planning to get one for my own home! 😂 The room design was also very practical. The bedside table had USB charging ports, the round dining table was large enough for business trips, and there was plenty of space for a clothes rack—perfect for putting away suitcases and hanging clothes. In short, I was extremely satisfied with this stay. It was incredibly good value for money, and I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Zhuozhou! For those of you visiting Zhuozhou, go for it—you won't be disappointed!

The guest room was well-lit and well-ventilated, and very clean, with no unpleasant odors upon entering. The mattress was the perfect firmness, making for a very relaxing sleep. The bathroom had good water pressure, providing a pleasant experience. All room facilities were in good working order and logically laid out. The surrounding area is conveniently located with excellent transportation and amenities. The entire trip was uneventful, quiet, and peaceful, allowing for a good rest. The hotel paid attention to detail, and the service was sincere and attentive. Overall, it was an outstanding experience, and I would definitely consider staying here for future trips.

The location is very convenient with two little shops, a bus stop and shopping centre with a lot of restaurants nearby. The hotel, as being renovated in 2022, is not up to standard what you would expect. Our room had a terrible old plastic shower and toilet cabin. Not very clean - even though the cleaner would clean, it will never become clean as it is old and worn out. The ceiling is moldy and parts are falling down, right on the bed. Shabby and unhealthy! We got towels worse than any old cleaning cloth! It had several holes in it... I would be ashamed to have it in my own home! As being a receptionist myself, I know how annoying and picky some guests can be, so I felt a bit uncomfortable going down to the reception to inform them about it. But I did. They apologised and we got new towels. It's obviously not there fault,... but it seems that the owner can't be bothered about maintenance. Breakfast was Chinese cuisine, no Western food except for toast (no butter, jam). There was a lot of choice. Apparently we where upgraded to a room with 10m2 more, when I complained about the bathroom. The staff at breakfast and reception were both kind and helpful. But the hotel itself is overpriced and not up to standard. In other reviews this was mentioned already. The feedback was, that the hoyel would do something about it. So I still booked. It seems know like a ”standard” answer, without actually the will to do something about it.

Amazing value, wonderful staff, and spotless rooms I had a fantastic stay at the Vienna Hotel Baigou. As soon as I checked in, they kindly upgraded my room to one with windows — completely complimentary. That was such a pleasant surprise. For the price I paid, I honestly didn’t expect such a great experience. The rooms were clean, well-maintained, and very spacious. What really stood out was the staff. Despite the language barrier, they went out of their way to help me with a smile — truly courteous, helpful, and wonderful. Every team member I interacted with was a joy. Breakfast was lovely, with a live DIY omelette option for guests, which I really appreciated. I will definitely stay here again when I’m in town. Thank you to everyone at the hotel for making my stay so pleasant!

Had an absolutely fantastic stay! The room was fully equipped, and the location was truly unbeatable. It's super close to the Hedo International Luggage City, making it incredibly convenient for sourcing and picking up goods, saving a lot of time and effort on travel. The surrounding amenities are excellent with plenty of dining and shopping options, and the roads are clear, making it a top choice for short trips.

The staff here are really friendly and accommodating; they've always met my requests. Plus, there's a cinema right next door. I've stayed here multiple times and I'm always very satisfied. It's also right by a commercial area with lots of restaurants, which is a huge plus.

Overall, the value for money far exceeds other hotels in the same price range; everything from the hardware facilities to the humanistic service was top-notch. It was a very comfortable stay, and I've already added it to my favorites. I will choose this hotel again when I'm back in the area and highly recommend it to friends who are traveling.

I have been there once in 2018. At that time, four large and small families came to stay in a villa together. They were very happy and happy. I thought I would come again.
