Find 5-Star Hotels in Baoding

It's really great. We are traveling with a baby of one month old, so we thought there would be a lot of inconvenience during the trip, but the hotel's service is really perfect. All the service staff provided as much help as possible after seeing us. Thank you very much! The hotel's breakfast is great. Many hotels now have pre-made dishes. Many of the dishes in this hotel are fresh and have some local specialties. The hotel is very new, has complete facilities, and is very clean, which makes us feel more at ease with our children. Thank you to Miss Amanda at the front desk for giving us a towel (later I found that it was lint-free). This doesn't affect my desire to stay here next time, because you guys are really nice! Thank you, I will test it after staying here😊

We stayed here with our family for a spring outing during the Qingming Festival, and the experience was excellent! The room was spacious. Xiao Zhao at the front desk was patient, friendly, and approachable. The location is convenient, surrounded by lush greenery and a tranquil environment, making it super easy to go out for spring walks. There were no detours to restaurants or attractions. The hotel was quiet and peaceful overall, creating a wonderful atmosphere for relaxation. We felt warm and comfortable, and the whole family was very satisfied.

Traveling to Xiong'an right before the Mid-Autumn Festival, I stayed at the Wyndham Xiong'an Hotel, and I'd like to extend a special thanks to our butler, Huanhuan. Before our trip, she thoughtfully provided travel suggestions, and during our stay, she was incredibly attentive and thorough, considering every little detail. Her service was gentle and caring, making us feel truly warm and welcome in a foreign place. The hotel environment was beautiful and comfortable. This pre-Mid-Autumn Festival trip to Xiong'an was made particularly memorable by this heartwarming service.

This was my first time staying at your hotel, and the experience was fantastic! The environment was elegant, and the service was warm and welcoming. Ms. Zhao at the front desk thoughtfully gave me a gift, and Restaurant Manager Mr. Yang even prepared longevity noodles for me. I'm so grateful! [Strong][Strong] I'll definitely come back again if I have the chance! [Celebration][Celebration]

The hotel boasts luxurious facilities and spacious rooms, offering excellent living conditions. However, the carpet in the rooms wasn't thoroughly cleaned, and the lack of a delivery robot made convenience a bit of an issue. The kids' club on the first basement floor was poorly managed. The connecting door to the mall was often left open, allowing many external visitors to flood in and occupy the play area meant for hotel guests' children, making the environment chaotic. The duty manager and the short-haired staff member on that day were very proactive in addressing the issue and promptly removed the external visitors. We thought everything was settled, but a little later, we found that a connecting door was still ajar, and external individuals were re-entering the kids' club area, posing a safety risk. The hotel's access control was inadequate, lacking long-term effective management. Overall, the hardware is excellent. I hope the hotel strengthens its room cleaning details, adds delivery robots, and strictly controls access to the kids' club to ensure the exclusive play rights of its guests. Additionally, I'd like to commend the duty manager and the short-haired lady in the black uniform on the first basement floor for their prompt and excellent handling of the situation. I also appreciate the front desk staff who gave a gift to our child.

I booked the Xiong'an International Hotel for a conference this time, and it was a fantastic experience. Before check-in, Guest Relations officer Ellie proactively called me to provide detailed directions to the hotel and thoughtfully recommended local specialty dishes in Xiong'an – truly comprehensive consideration. The hotel's overall environment is elegant, with a quiet and comfortable garden-style campus. It's suitable for both business trips and conferences, as well as family travel with children. Service response was prompt, and the staff were friendly. My overall stay was comfortable, and the facilities were well-maintained. It's an excellent choice for accommodation in Xiong'an, and I will definitely choose to stay here again on future visits.

After climbing down from Baishishan Scenic Area, I stayed at Baihualin Hot Spring Hotel. The room was spacious and bright, with its own hot spring, private and convenient, very refreshing. Thanks to Manager Xu Mengying, the front desk and the shuttle bus attendants, the service was warm and thoughtful, it really made me feel at home, I will come again next time!

The stay experience was particularly good, the front desk staff was warm and the check-in speed was very fast. The rooms are clean and tidy, the demand response is also very timely, the details are full of care, the accommodation experience is very comfortable, highly recommended!

Come to Anguo during the 11th holiday, choose Shenghai Holiday Hotel is really successful! The overall environment is elegant and atmospheric, and it is worthy of being a local high-scoring luxury hotel. The rooms are spotless, the bedding is soft and comfortable, and the quality of rest is particularly good. The check-in at the front desk was efficient, the staff was warm and caring, and the demand was responsive. The location is convenient, it is very convenient to travel to Yaowang Temple, and parking is also worry-free. This stay experience is full, this is the first choice for Anguo!

There is no price increase during the Qingming Festival. The room is large and the service is good. It is really very good. The location is very convenient for boating in Baiyangdian. The hotel has a swimming pool. There are not many hot spring pools, but the price is cheap and enough. The key is that there are not many people and parking is convenient. I gave my child breakfast, which was not bad.
