I had a really great stay at this hotel, but what made the experience special was definitely the staff. Everyone was incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful from the moment I arrived. Even with language barriers at times, they always tried their best to help me and made me feel genuinely welcome. The atmosphere felt very personal and authentic compared to many standard hotels. The owners and staff were warm, patient, and always smiling, which made the stay much more memorable. You can really feel that they care about their guests and put effort into creating a comfortable environment. I would absolutely stay here again and can highly recommend this place to anyone looking not only for a room, but also for genuinely friendly people and a local experience.

The hotel was amazing that's the reason I stayed for 3 days but 1 major issue the toilet and bathroom didn't had latch from inside so if I am solo it's fine I am couple it's again fine but what friends or business partner how will they manage that's the problem i saw apart from that everything was amazing and specially the staff were very very helpful Special Thanks to Mr. Guo zihan who was very helpful and always ready to serve whatever he can do inspite the language barrier they were really amazing people .

My and my sister stayed there for two nights, the hotel had a great location on the owner was so kind to pick us up from the train station and to bring us back to the station at the end of our stay. He also carried our luggage. The room was clean and pretty, the bathroom and the shower were together so it wasn't comfertable to take a shower, but we had warm water, the floor was also warm. There wasn't a room service but we asked for more towels and slippers and they brought it to us. The towels weren't comfertable and the pillows were so hard we decided to sleep without it. But overall the stay was very good, the owner was amazing and a great location (10 minutes walk from baili gorge). Recommend not going on winter because it was too freezing and the view is not as great.

I have stayed at many Hanting Hotels across the country. The crew at this outlet is the best. Their patience, tone of voice, the questions they ask reflect the excellent training they have. Housekeeping is polite and helpful. The breakfast is adequate. There are many food places nearby. The room is modern with all the necessary amenities, including USB charging. Bathroom and laundry are perfect.

The bedroom was very comfortable and practical, with a well-thought-out design that truly caters to hotel guests' needs. It's a pity that the room had ”French windows” but it's impossible to open any of them It would also have been great if the door was more airtight, because the cigarettes smoke of the guests smoking in the corridor entered the room and it smelled really bad. But overall, this room offers very good value for money

I believe my friends and I spent Christmas eve here. Being an exchange student from England, far from home, and my friends and classmates from Latvia and Cambodia, we needed somewhere homely and comfortable to stay. This place was exactly what we needed. We stayed here for one night in the middle of winter as part of our road trip from Beijing to Wutaishan, following the sections of the Great Wall. We turned up after dark, we were welcomed with a big smile and slept with ease after the long drive. In the morning I woke up early, found a spot in the courtyard garden and opened my Christmass cards. The owners dog immediately rolled over to be petted and for the next hour I had good company, drank tea and enjoyed the peace. The owners awoke to find me outside, probably thought I was a ****** and so, immediately lit their fire in the garden. They saw me drinking tea so got the iron kettle boiling over the heat of the flames. My mates awoke to this and joined me and the boss by the fire. The outside temperature was negative, but we were warm, happy and ready for the day ahead - exploring Baishishan. The boss also showed us his great tea collection. I want to thank the owners for a short but great stay and I highly recommend. I would like to come back in spring to see their courtyard in full bloom.

It was really lucky to choose Orange Jiangnan Hotel for the Dragon Boat Festival. The rooms are clean and warm, the service staff are gentle and patient, and they are attentive everywhere. The room has good lighting, the bedding is soft and comfortable, the sound insulation effect is also great, and the rest is particularly stable. The front desk staff was warm and polite throughout the whole process, and the check-in was efficient and intimate. It coincided with the Dragon Boat Festival check-in. The hotel also gave dumplings intimately. The scorpion leaves were full of aroma, soft and delicious. The small holiday surprise instantly healed the fatigue of the journey, and the details were full of sincerity. Complete facilities, convenient location, high cost performance, service and environment completely exceeded expectations, next time I come to choose this, highly recommended

This is the first time I have commented on the merchant in Trip.com . Because this store gave me a very good impression, the room was not very big, but it was just right for two people to travel. I am very picky about hygiene, and clean the room first. The white rag wiped the window sill and desk without a trace of dust, which made me very satisfied. The bed is moderately hard and soft, and free parking is available in the backyard. Going out is a street of various small restaurants and small shops, and it is okay to eat not too picky.

The guesthouse has a unique design and is a great spot for taking photos. It's near a reservoir, so you can have a barbecue. The overall experience was excellent, although the breakfast was a bit simple, so bring your own food if you don't want to eat there. I left my earphones behind when I left, and the guesthouse owner quickly arranged for a courier to send them back; I was very grateful.
