訂來週末讓女兒玩水的，因為想讓幾個小朋友一起所以邀約了幾個朋友過來玩。在剛入住的時候就跟工作人員講了待會會有朋友過來找我們一起玩，但他們不會過夜。 此時工作人員未提醒房間不允許聚會。 晚上朋友們一起點外賣吃飯喝酒，小朋友在泡池玩，户外的燈是壞的，沒有維修，衹有三個幾乎沒有照明作用的小蠟燭燈。並且直到小朋友要休息時才發現其中一個房間的燈是壞的，電工在22:00左右到達進行維修。此刻我們的聚會還在進行所以對這個時間也表示沒關係。但是工作人員也同樣未提醒我們房間不能聚會，或者提前告知聚會後需要加收100元清潔費。 兩個房間內部幾乎未使用，一個房間僅洗澡使用，另一個房間僅為小朋友睡覺使用。兩衹狗狗均未對房間造成任何污染。 唯一的就是聚會的桌子周圍存在煙頭、酒瓶、桌上有外賣餐食垃圾。 退房後管家表示因存在聚會 房間亂 需要加收100元清潔費。不想糾纏直接轉賬。後續向朋友聊天時朋友告知完全可以向市場監督管理局進行投訴，酒店的房費已包含清潔費，這是明文規定。如果是因為不允許聚會，工作人員在知曉我們聚會的情況下並未提醒或告知。 退房後才發現小朋友的玩具和手鍊忘了帶走，告知管家後聯繫了清潔工，説玩具在，手鍊沒看到。但是在清理房間時為什麼不主動聯繫我們玩具沒帶走呢？不管是否認為是垃圾 但該玩具無破損、無污漬，作為酒店管理，是否應該主動聯繫客人詢問？手鍊後續工作人員幫忙找到了，還是很感謝這位工作人員的負責。 另外，我在主卧睡覺時，家人在客廳呼叫語音“拉開客廳窗簾”，直接把卧室和客廳的窗簾打開了，非常不智能的設計。 房間隔音效果不錯，這是我唯一能想到的值得一誇的事。 酒店管理需加強。 但是酒店管理真的很敗好感。且早餐種類非常少+普通，完全不符合1200塊錢的房間早餐。
