"The bed was super comfy, and they even provided two types of pillows, which were also great! We arrived late, past 11 PM, from Ningbo High-Speed Railway Station and hadn't had dinner. To my surprise, the hotel offered complimentary millet porridge. It was a thoughtful touch and hit the spot! The overall environment is really nice. It's also a quick taxi ride, about 8 RMB, to Wugongsi Pier."

"Stepping into the lobby, I was immediately soothed by the lovely fragrance – subtle yet comforting. My mom particularly loved the scent; it instantly made us all feel relaxed. The manager at check-in was incredibly thoughtful and spontaneously upgraded us to a room with a private hot spring, which was a wonderful surprise that put everyone in a great mood. The room itself was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated. Both the indoor and outdoor private hot springs were fantastic, with fast and ample water flow. Soaking in the warm water melted away all our fatigue; it was incredibly private, allowing our family to quietly enjoy some slow-paced relaxation. We were so comfortable we didn't want to get out! The afternoon tea desserts were our family's absolute favorite – visually appealing and delicious, sweet but not cloying, leaving us feeling completely satisfied. Even when we returned late, the hotel thoughtfully packed them up and delivered them to our room; the service was truly exceptional. Breakfast exceeded all expectations, with such a wide variety that we were spoiled for choice: Chinese and Western options, hot dishes, pastries, fruits, and drinks were all fresh and tasty. The coffee was rich and aromatic, and just one cup energized us for the whole day. Every corner of the hotel was well-designed, clean, and elegant. The staff were all gentle, polite, and paid great attention to detail. This hotel is perfect for both family trips and vacations. We had a comfortable stay, delicious food, and a wonderfully relaxing time. It's definitely a hotel in Zhoushan worth revisiting. I've already recommended it to my friends, and we'll choose it again next time we're in Zhoushan!"

"The overall experience of Zhoushan Changqiao Pelican Hotel is very good! The hotel is in a superior location, close to the sea, with beautiful scenery and fresh air. The room is clean and tidy, with complete facilities and comfortable bedding. This time I stayed in the river koi room, where I could feed the koi on the balcony without leaving the room. Don't worry about the fish tank being dirty and not looking good in photos. Someone will clean the fish tank every day The breakfast is rich in variety. The parent-child facilities in the hotel are relatively complete, suitable for family outings. There are also 3 major theme parks nearby, which are very suitable for walking children. Sisters from Jiangsu, Zhejiang and Shanghai can go with confidence"

"Don't be fooled by the name 'resort village,' it's more like a guesthouse with a nice environment. We went there with our kids during the May Day holiday. I didn't pay close attention and thought it was a hotel with plenty of public areas. In reality, it's located in a villa complex, basically a collection of villas. The decor is like an all-season style, and while the price is usually around two to three hundred, it shot up to almost a thousand during May Day. We stayed for two nights. It's newly renovated, so the facilities are quite new, and it's very clean. They offer one-on-one butler service, and they respond quickly if you need anything delivered. The breakfast is pretty standard, but then again, many hotels in Zhoushan don't even offer breakfast."

"The hotel's location is excellent, just a five-minute walk to Puji Temple. The room is spacious, and the bed is 1.35m wide. The service was impeccable. After walking over 20,000 steps around the island the next day, I asked the hotel for a foot bath, and they even provided herbal packets. The stay was fantastic! The butler service was also very attentive. I'll definitely stay here again if I get the chance. The hotel can also help book early morning temple services, which is a great bonus overall!"

"The hotel's environment was fantastic: our balcony offered expansive sea views, and the garden was absolutely stunning. A small gate through the garden led straight to the beach. Since it was off-season, it wasn't crowded at all, which made for a very pleasant experience. The service was excellent; the front desk, bellhops, and cleaning staff were all incredibly friendly. The facilities were a bit dated, but for the price, the value for money was exceptional. I'll definitely be back!"

"The room offers incredible value for money. I'll definitely be staying here again next time. My check-in experience was excellent; the room was clean and tidy, the bedding was very comfortable, and the staff were incredibly warm and attentive. The location is also very convenient with beautiful scenery, and the decor is stylish and perfect for photos. I'll choose this place again on my next visit, very satisfied!"

"This was my second stay here. The hotel boasts an excellent location, right next to Puji Temple, and within walking distance of the bus stop. The staff are very proactive and enthusiastic, and they offer a shuttle service to and from the pier. The hotel's buffet lunch is a definite highlight – it's great value for money, especially compared to the 25 yuan plain noodles on the commercial street next door. My only minor complaint this time was that I stayed in a non-main building, and the soundproofing wasn't great. I could hear mobile phone videos from the next room, and unfortunately, some inconsiderate guests were singing loudly and jumping around even close to 11 pm. I suggest the hotel look into improving this. Overall, it's still a very good hotel, especially for weekday stays outside of public holidays."
