GGuest UserThe room was clean and tidy. Although the humidity is high at the seaside, the quilt in the room was very comfortable and did not feel wet. On the first day of arrival, there was freshly washed welcome fruit and a car was provided for pick-up. It is very convenient to go to Impression Putuo, Daqingshan, and Putuoshan.

ZZixizhijianThe hotel interior is very new, with a high-end and atmospheric decor, making it an excellent choice for a family resort. They even proactively upgraded our room, which was quite spacious with an elegant and simple design. The bathtub came with disposable bath liners, and they were replenished automatically the next day. The bedding was clean and didn't feel damp despite being by the sea. A minor drawback was the lack of tissues in the bathroom, which was inconvenient. Also, during cleaning, a hairball from the drain was left in a corner. The room was also a bit warm, as the air conditioning wasn't yet available during our stay. We went on a rainy weekend, but the amusement park still prepared many interactive mini-games and auction activities for guests in the evening. Although the large outdoor facilities weren't open, we had a lot of fun indoors. The water park was a bit smaller than expected, but the kids still had a great time. They even gave us ramen vouchers at night for a self-service ramen machine, which was a novel experience. The staff's service attitude was excellent, and there was even a dedicated butler service. Overall, the rating is very good. We come to Zhoushan every year, and this was the best overall stay experience. Oh, and the complimentary travel photography exceeded our expectations!

GGuest UserBeautiful retreat nestled in PutuoShan. Though hotel has not been renovated for some time the facilities remain in good condition. Beds were comfortable. Though we had some issues with the air conditioning in the winter the rooms were warm and we did not have to switch on the heater. The hotel organises tea classes and sutra writing which was therapeutic. Only issue is hotel is intended for domestic audience so very little english is used. One has to be able to speak chinese. All in all recommended for any spiritual retreat.. without compromising the luxuries of a premier hotel.

AAichixiaoyudelaoyuThe second stay stemmed from the good impression of breakfast at the first time of check-in, and the room rate was medium. This time I booked for two days. The next night, I sang with my cousin. I went back to the room a little later, about ten o'clock, and then took a bath. I encountered water cold, waited for a long time, and then I was still cold. Because of the late night, I had changed my clothes and called the repairman. It was inconvenient, but I had no choice but to bite my teeth and take a cold bath... When I washed on the second day, there was hot water, there was an emergency, and I didn’t complain. Directly retired the room. Summary: Hot water belongs to the infrastructure, this grade of hotel, this kind of problem should not occur.

AAnonymous UserA very satisfying accommodation experience! The most praiseworthy thing is the hotel's butler service. I would like to praise the butler Guo Yue by name. He would contact us one day in advance to ask about our needs, and then tell us about the weather, clothing and the situation on the island. Because we brought a lot of luggage, we also arranged a dock pick-up service. After we arrived, the hotel staff were very enthusiastic to help us with our luggage and gave us a bed fence. You can contact the butler for everything during your stay. Guo Yue always responded to us immediately. The service was very good 👍🏻. The room was clean and tidy, and the breakfast was average. The hotel is right in front of the Fayu Temple pick-up point, which is very convenient to go anywhere. It is also very close to Qianbu Beach, just a few steps away.

GGuest UserThe room was spotless, you couldn't tell it was an older hotel at all, definitely five-star standard. It was also very spacious and baby-friendly – all the furniture corners were rounded, and they even provided a playpen. A suggestion for families with babies: plug protectors would be a great addition! We got a free upgrade to a true ocean-view room, which really lived up to the 'facing the sea, spring blossoms' ideal. They also gave us complimentary afternoon tea; the chicken nuggets were still warm since we picked them up early, and my baby absolutely loved fried chicken for the first time, finishing them all! 😄 The hotel grounds are huge too; just taking photos on the lawn was enough for some great shots. The beach isn't far either, a paradise for babies to dig in the sand. I'd recommend renting a canopy though, or it gets quite sunny. Just a friendly heads-up: the photography service the hotel partners with does charge a fee, but I really loved the photos! 💕

In the evening, the sunset paints the sea in a warm orange hue, creating a lovely ambiance. The ancient ship installation in the lobby echoes the island theme, and the public areas are open and spacious, perfect for capturing that island vacation vibe in every photo.

GGuest UserThe room is clean and bright, and the hotel yard has a beautiful view! I have stayed at Putuo Villa many times. I started staying at this hotel ten years ago. The restaurant has a rich and varied breakfast, and the a la carte dishes for lunch and dinner are also delicious. I would not eat out if I could have time to go back to the hotel for dinner.
