GGuest UserThe room was clean and tidy. Although the humidity is high at the seaside, the quilt in the room was very comfortable and did not feel wet. On the first day of arrival, there was freshly washed welcome fruit and a car was provided for pick-up. It is very convenient to go to Impression Putuo, Daqingshan, and Putuoshan.

GGuest UserA true gem of a hotel on Putuo Mountain, full of Zen! The location is superb, just a 5-minute walk to Puji Temple, and they offer a convenient shuttle service from the pier. The entire hotel has a natural wood and Zen-inspired design, creating a quiet and elegant atmosphere. The rooms come with a scripture copying set and calming incense, making for a truly healing vibe. The service is thoughtful, with a very attentive butler, and the vegetarian food is delicious. The only minor downsides are that some bathroom spaces are a bit small and the soundproofing isn't always great. Overall, the experience was fantastic, perfect for praying, meditating, or just a relaxing getaway. Highly recommended!

AAnonymous UserService: Huge thanks to concierge Liu Changqiang for his service! 🙏🏻 I was in Putuoshan for three days and experienced ferry cancellations, rain, and flight delays. Xiao Liu provided attentive service, coordinating the hotel car and extending my check-out time. This really is a warm hotel with a personal touch.
Room: The hygiene was excellent, no mold issues whatsoever. The central air conditioning provided plenty of heat, but due to a personal preference, I ended up asking Xiao Liu to bring me a fan.
Complimentary Shuttle Service (Pier-Hotel Round Trip): The shuttle service was incredibly convenient with frequent runs. Just coordinate with Xiao Liu in advance, and they'll pick you up and drop you off right on time.
Dining: The hotel's breakfast was quite simple, but there are restaurants within walking distance of the hotel that are both convenient and delicious.

One major reason is the ability to book early morning services at Fayu Temple for the next day. More importantly, staying here allows me to constantly experience the Radisson's meticulous service. This time, due to the rain, I opted to have several meals at the hotel for convenience. The dishes were exquisite and the taste was superb. What truly stood out was the warm and attentive service from the restaurant staff, particularly a server named Xiao Xie. Additionally, the complimentary travel photography service was a nice touch. While the hotel facilities, as an older star-rated property on the island, are a bit dated, I believe the Radisson will still be my top choice for my next visit to Putuo Mountain.

AAnonymous UserA very satisfying accommodation experience! The most praiseworthy thing is the hotel's butler service. I would like to praise the butler Guo Yue by name. He would contact us one day in advance to ask about our needs, and then tell us about the weather, clothing and the situation on the island. Because we brought a lot of luggage, we also arranged a dock pick-up service. After we arrived, the hotel staff were very enthusiastic to help us with our luggage and gave us a bed fence. You can contact the butler for everything during your stay. Guo Yue always responded to us immediately. The service was very good 👍🏻. The room was clean and tidy, and the breakfast was average. The hotel is right in front of the Fayu Temple pick-up point, which is very convenient to go anywhere. It is also very close to Qianbu Beach, just a few steps away.

GGuest UserTrue to its five-star rating, the service here is absolutely top-notch. Eden at the front desk was fantastic and upgraded me to a partial sea view room, which had a lovely view. Every room comes with a balcony, and it was so relaxing just sitting out there. They even added an extra breakfast for us when they saw we had a child. From the moment we arrived at the hotel entrance until we got to our room, staff were on hand to help with our luggage. The hotel's location is also superb; it's just a few minutes' walk to Dongsha, and the gardens are beautiful. You can even see the sea from the lobby! While breakfast wasn't the absolute pinnacle of five-star dining, the variety was still pretty good.

Upon arrival, I immediately felt a strong sense of sincerity. The front desk staff were warm, professional, and checked me in efficiently without any delays. They patiently answered all my questions about travel and local attractions with a polite and friendly demeanor, making me feel comfortable as soon as I stepped into the hotel. The hotel's public areas were clean and tidy, with a simple yet elegant decor. The lighting was perfectly balanced, creating a warm and refined atmosphere. Whether in the lobby lounge or the corridors, everything was spotless, with excellent lighting and ventilation. The overall environment was quiet and pleasant, without any noisy disturbances, ensuring maximum comfort.
My room experience was equally great. The room was spacious and bright, with a practical layout. The bedding was soft, skin-friendly, clean, and tidy, and the mattress had just the right firmness, guaranteeing a perfect night's sleep without any discomfort. The room was well-equipped, with the air conditioning and bathroom facilities all functioning normally. The toiletries were of high quality, and the bathroom was clean, odor-free, with proper wet-dry separation. The cleaning staff did a thorough job, even cleaning every corner and crevice. Having such a peaceful resting space truly showed the hotel's dedication and professionalism in every detail.
The biggest surprise of my stay, and what I most want to highlight, was the hotel's Executive Lounge. The lounge had an elegant and private atmosphere with exquisite, high-quality decor. The expansive views from the window seats were lovely, and the overall vibe was quiet and therapeutic. It was perfect for relaxing, a quick work break, or chatting with friends. The food and drinks in the lounge were excellent. The afternoon tea offered a rich and refined selection, including desserts, fresh fruit, and freshly ground coffee. The desserts were delicate and not overly sweet, and the drink options were diverse, far exceeding expectations.
The evening happy hour was even more delightful, with a wide variety of hot dishes, snacks, and beverages. The food was fresh, delicious, and plentiful, easily satisfying all my dining needs. The handmade ramen, prepared by a chef, was wonderfully springy. It was great to enjoy such satisfying meals without having to go out. Aries, a staff member in the lounge, provided attentive service. She was proactively warm, responsive, and promptly refilled water and cleared plates. Her service was considerate yet unobtrusive, always maintaining a professional and gentle attitude, taking attentive service to the highest level.
In addition, the hotel's location was excellent, with convenient transportation and well-developed surrounding facilities, making it ideal for both business travel and leisure. The check-out process was also efficient and quick, without any complicated procedures. The entire stay was smooth and pleasant.
This stay, from the environment, rooms, and service to the core executive lounge experience, had no shortcomings. It truly made me feel at home. This will definitely be my first choice for future trips, and I wholeheartedly recommend it to all friends seeking quality accommodation.

GGuest UserThe room is clean and bright, and the hotel yard has a beautiful view! I have stayed at Putuo Villa many times. I started staying at this hotel ten years ago. The restaurant has a rich and varied breakfast, and the a la carte dishes for lunch and dinner are also delicious. I would not eat out if I could have time to go back to the hotel for dinner.

GGuest UserThe hotel staff was good, but ı got a problem for payment with Visa credit card. As a global brand hotel 'Shangri-La” expected to accept internationla credit card payments but unfortunately not succesfull. Also Trip.com do not have agreement with hotel for ”online payment” which I can easly submit payment, but again unsuccesfull. Hope you can improve your service and agreement to give better support foreigner guest in China mainland.
