Every year, I come to Putuo Mountain to burn incense and I must stay at this hotel. The transportation is convenient to the pier. The hotel also has a special car terminal to pick up and drop off guests. This time I upgraded the room for free, the bed was large and the living was very comfortable. The seafood noodles for breakfast are still the same delicious, and the boss is still the same warm and thoughtful. I wish me better and better, and I wish the hotel better and better, and the business is booming.

We booked a sea-view family room, and the service was genuinely excellent. As soon as we got out of the car, someone helped us with our luggage and directed us to check-in. During check-in, they kept offering to upgrade us to a higher floor room with a better sea view, but because the upgraded room didn't have bunk beds, and my child really wanted to sleep on bunk beds, we didn't switch. After checking in, they also asked if it was convenient to add a butler. Adding the butler was incredibly helpful. Our room included breakfast for 2 adults and 2 children, but we were 3 adults and 1 child. Without a word, the butler immediately upgraded our breakfast to accommodate 3 adults and 1 child. She also gave great recommendations for travel questions and nearby restaurants and reminded us about breakfast times. It's a shame the weather wasn't good during our stay; it was cloudy the whole time, so we didn't get to see the sunset from the rooftop infinity pool. As for the water park, even though my child was over the 1.2m height requirement, there were still some rides he was a bit scared to try. However, the shows at both the water park and amusement park were very entertaining, and my child didn't want to leave. The staff member who helped us purchase additional tickets for these two parks was also very considerate, advising us on the most cost-effective way to do so. The service and environment are truly outstanding. If I visit Zhoushan again, this hotel will definitely be my first choice.

We were worried that the pictures on the platform wouldn't match the actual place, so we didn't make a reservation. Instead, we found a guesthouse on the spot after arriving in Putuoshan by plane. The guesthouse had a very auspicious name, ”Qian Duoduo” (meaning ”Abundant Money”), so we checked it out and thought it looked pretty good. We booked two nights. The owner was very kind and upgraded us to a larger room. He also sold incense and gold/silver cards; we bought two pairs, and he even folded 100 RMB notes for us. The guesthouse's facilities were also very nice, especially the hot water foot bath in the evening. Who knows the true value of that foot bath? It was absolutely amazing for us after walking tens of thousands of steps a day! The location was also good, close to Puji Temple, convenient for our morning prayers (about a 10-minute walk). There were also plenty of places to eat right outside the door. Highly recommended!

My experience at the Sheraton Zhoushan Greentown Hotel was excellent! The hotel's location is superb, right next to a shopping district, which is a convenient 10-minute walk away. The surroundings are lovely, and the views are expansive. The guest rooms are clean and bright, and the housekeeping was meticulous. There's ample parking at the hotel, so driving here is stress-free. Xena at the front desk was very welcoming and proactive in introducing the hotel's facilities. The amenities are comprehensive, including a pool and a gym, making for a very comfortable stay. I highly recommend it! This hotel truly stands out with its excellent overall performance and hassle-free transportation. The entire environment is beautiful and grand, the public areas are clean and fresh, and the guest rooms are spotless. There's plenty of parking within the grounds, making it very convenient. With its complete facilities and attentive service, I'll definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit to Zhoushan.

The location is excellent, just on the edge of the most prosperous area of Lushan Town, not noisy, it is convenient to go to various attractions and eat seafood. The lighthouse downstairs is also very beautiful at night. The hotel has its own parking lot, free parking, and convenient parking. The room is large and hygienic. The facilities are also very complete. The fly in the ointment is that the room on the 6th floor we booked needs to climb a flight of stairs, but it is not a big problem.
