"I chose the right hotel for my trip to Zhoushan this time. The staff at the front desk were very welcoming and check-in was a breeze. The hotel has a great atmosphere, the rooms are spacious, and the breakfast spread is incredibly rich with a wide variety of options. The executive lounge, in particular, has a wonderful ambiance. They even offered a complimentary cocktail and coffee. I'll definitely be staying here again on my next visit."

"The hotel's environment was fantastic: our balcony offered expansive sea views, and the garden was absolutely stunning. A small gate through the garden led straight to the beach. Since it was off-season, it wasn't crowded at all, which made for a very pleasant experience. The service was excellent; the front desk, bellhops, and cleaning staff were all incredibly friendly. The facilities were a bit dated, but for the price, the value for money was exceptional. I'll definitely be back!"

"I chose this hotel solely because it's pet-friendly, which is fantastic! Given its age, the facilities are a bit older compared to another place my family booked. However, the balcony view is really nice, and I loved waking up to the clear sound of birds chirping in the morning. The front desk staff, especially the lady at reception, provided excellent service."

"We booked a sea-view family room, and the service was genuinely excellent. As soon as we got out of the car, someone helped us with our luggage and directed us to check-in. During check-in, they kept offering to upgrade us to a higher floor room with a better sea view, but because the upgraded room didn't have bunk beds, and my child really wanted to sleep on bunk beds, we didn't switch. After checking in, they also asked if it was convenient to add a butler. Adding the butler was incredibly helpful. Our room included breakfast for 2 adults and 2 children, but we were 3 adults and 1 child. Without a word, the butler immediately upgraded our breakfast to accommodate 3 adults and 1 child. She also gave great recommendations for travel questions and nearby restaurants and reminded us about breakfast times. It's a shame the weather wasn't good during our stay; it was cloudy the whole time, so we didn't get to see the sunset from the rooftop infinity pool. As for the water park, even though my child was over the 1.2m height requirement, there were still some rides he was a bit scared to try. However, the shows at both the water park and amusement park were very entertaining, and my child didn't want to leave. The staff member who helped us purchase additional tickets for these two parks was also very considerate, advising us on the most cost-effective way to do so. The service and environment are truly outstanding. If I visit Zhoushan again, this hotel will definitely be my first choice."

"Right next to Puji Temple, very close. The courtyard is tiny and connects to the neighboring property, so there's not much privacy. At over 2000 per night, it's not great value for money. They call it a family room, but it's actually quite small, and breakfast isn't included. The breakfast is really bad, and it costs 80 yuan per person. Of course, there are some positives: the location is excellent, and the butler's attitude is good."

"I stayed here from Dec 24–26, 2025. Overall the hotel was comfortable and clean. I gave it high marks for cleanliness and a good score for service and facilities, which reflects my experience. The room was tidy and the free hot breakfast was a nice touch, making mornings easier. The staff were generally friendly and helpful when asked questions. However, one downside was the location felt a bit spread out from the main shopping and eating streets. I found myself walking quite a long way to get to stores, restaurants, and local sights, which was tiring, even though there are places nearby, they’re not always as close as I expected."

"I made a special trip to Putuo Mountain to pray for blessings, and chose the newly opened Zhoushan to see Ye Atour. The happiness of the whole trip was raised by this hotel. The hotel is very short drive from the Cangzhi Wharf. The bamboo house in the lobby can read quietly and relieve the fatigue of the journey. The room hygiene is in place, the bare cotton bedding is clean and soft, the mattress is very comfortable, the double sound insulation is very good, and the night sleep is very comfortable. The breakfast is rich in variety, the special seafood noodles are fresh and delicious; the self-service laundry room and gym are fully equipped and travel is very convenient. The front desk service is patient and meticulous, and will guide the Putuo Mountain tour route intimately, full of details. I will still choose here for the return trip."

"For my business trip to Zhoushan, I chose the Hampton by Hilton Zhoushan Xin Cheng, and overall it was a good experience. The hotel's surroundings are beautiful, the location is excellent, and parking is convenient. The lobby facilities are well-equipped, and the front desk service was warm and attentive. The room features smart voice control, the bedding is soft and comfortable, and everything was clean and tidy. Breakfast was decent. I'm very satisfied. Recommended!"
