"For the price it was not very good. Stuff was also just moderate friendly and most of them didn’t really help out for further information. Overpriced. Rooftop bar was nice, but not extraordinary and food was also to expensive. I recommend going to 90s bar just a few meters further."

"We only spent one night at this hotel, but it was very pleasant to be able to cool off in the pool after a long minibus journey. The room was spacious and modern, and for once, the pillows were a good size, which prevented us from waking up with a stiff neck. The dining room was very comfortable with its large armchairs; we even had dinner there because the surrounding area wasn't very inviting. Breakfast was à la carte; a buffet would have been better to avoid long waits when a whole group orders with lots of specific requests in English to the poor Laotian waiter who has a limited vocabulary."

"The staff were very friendly and the room was meticulously cleaned. Breakfast was fresh, simple, and clean. However, on the morning of my check-out, there was no water in the shower, so I couldn't wash up after returning from the gym. Even after waiting until 1 PM, the water still hadn't come back, so I had to check out all sweaty and smelly. This kind of thing shouldn't happen at a hotel of this price point, not even once! It caused such inconvenience for a guest! Also, there's a lack of life-saving equipment by the pool!"

"This was the only hotel I ever stayed at in Pakse, so don't have a way to compare it to other places, but it was priced as high or higher than most other places in town. Setup was a little strange, felt like someone's home that got converted to a hotel. Also felt like it wasn't originally designed as a 5 story building but rather that floors were subsequently added. Staff speaks little to no English with the exception of one older lady that seemed to be translating for everyone. The breakfast room at the top floor was nicely setup with beautiful river view. Breakfast was basic but nice. My room was a little dated and very basic. It had everything I needed, just everything felt super old. Curtains couldn't be properly closed all the way and the room could not be kept dark in the mornings. I also had a problem with ants in the bathroom, in my toothpaste, my shaving cream and on the towels. Overall not a bad place to stay, but when I return to Pakse I will probably try some other hotels before returning to this property. "

"This hotel has an excellent location, with plenty of ATMs and restaurants nearby. The staff provided great service and care, and the room looked clean and tidy upon entry. However, I have to deduct stars because I encountered many inconveniences during my stay: 1. The TV didn't work at all. I couldn't watch any channels. Even after calling reception for help, it still didn't work. 2. The TV remote control had no batteries. 3. The air conditioner was leaking so much that even the staff member who came to fix the TV noticed it. 4. The refrigerator was not working. I tried plugging it into every outlet, but it still didn't turn on. 5. There was no chair in the room as shown in the pictures. When I brought food in, I had to sit at the bedside table to eat. 6. In the bathroom, the water didn't drain at all when showering. The water level rose all the way to the toilet. 7. The room was not soundproof at all. I could hear every conversation from people walking outside the room. Plus, someone knocked on the neighboring room's door in the morning, startling me awake because I thought it was our room, but it wasn't. Also, the noise from the air conditioning or what sounded like construction in the back was very loud. I hope this feedback is constructive for future guests and the hotel. I really liked the staff; they were very helpful and spoke Thai very well."

"The first impression was with an intrigue! It wasn't easy to get to the hotel at once, and at the door I had to knock a little while wondering whether it was all right. But once the door opened, all doubts dispersed! I was met by such a pleasant and social man that the feeling of light stress instantly changed to the feeling that I came to the guests to the good acquaintances. And the morning was a real confirmation of this feeling! I met other staff these wonderful, good people. They prepared a delicious breakfast, helped call a taxi and booked a moped for me without any problems. This place was remembered not so much with the external attributes as an incredible spirit of the staff who is ready for the guest for everything!"
