"Love. Love. Love this hotel. It is as grandeur as it is promised to be. Loved the Sai Aou from the hotel restaurant. Will consider staying here again should we revisit pakse. There is a lovely view of the river at the back of the hotel which makes it more special."

"I booked the Deluxe room. It's larger than the standard room. The room was located on the street side and was noisy because it was not well insulated. Included breakfast is okay but not marvelous. The hotel itself has 2 restaurants. At the rooftop, it is fancier and you feel it in the price. I would recommend it for the price in low season and because it's not too far from the airport."

"Such a lovely hotel! The atmosphere is great, it's very clean, and the staff are wonderful. It's located right in the city center, which is super convenient. You really feel like you're on a true getaway; just being at the hotel melts all your stress away. My only minor complaint is that breakfast isn't included in the room rate. I do think the room price is a bit on the higher side, but it's not a deal-breaker. You can always order à la carte, or there are plenty of restaurants nearby."

"This hotel has an excellent location, with plenty of ATMs and restaurants nearby. The staff provided great service and care, and the room looked clean and tidy upon entry. However, I have to deduct stars because I encountered many inconveniences during my stay: 1. The TV didn't work at all. I couldn't watch any channels. Even after calling reception for help, it still didn't work. 2. The TV remote control had no batteries. 3. The air conditioner was leaking so much that even the staff member who came to fix the TV noticed it. 4. The refrigerator was not working. I tried plugging it into every outlet, but it still didn't turn on. 5. There was no chair in the room as shown in the pictures. When I brought food in, I had to sit at the bedside table to eat. 6. In the bathroom, the water didn't drain at all when showering. The water level rose all the way to the toilet. 7. The room was not soundproof at all. I could hear every conversation from people walking outside the room. Plus, someone knocked on the neighboring room's door in the morning, startling me awake because I thought it was our room, but it wasn't. Also, the noise from the air conditioning or what sounded like construction in the back was very loud. I hope this feedback is constructive for future guests and the hotel. I really liked the staff; they were very helpful and spoke Thai very well."

"Good locations good views you can go to night market nearby. Close to city. 4th. Floor had great views to Maekong River and Pakse City. Breakfasts also good, but eggs are cold.  Rooms needs more cleaning, it’s smells like they using dirty mopping smells like per, I have to open the windows to be able to sleep. Good things weather not hot. Every restrooms got broken locks (we booked 3 rooms 3 nights). Also restrooms quite small water pressure of washing sink too strong if not careful, you can make the room wet. Over all stool meet the badger to stay here."

"Beautiful traditional style hotel in a great location, easily walkable to restaurants and bars etc. Also easy to rent scooter from here. Rooms were clean, beds very comfortable. Everything was good really, I recommend it."

"Brilliant place to stay in Pakse. Well appointed rooms and friendly helpful staff. Excellent for street food in the evening as there’s a whole lot of vendors right outside the courtyard area every night - you don’t have to go anywhere else. Plus, I made friends with a couple of stray cats who live in the area so that was a highlight for me 👍😻"
