There's no shampoo at all; they offer some questionable shower gel instead, so it's best to bring your own. The hotel offers a shuttle service. It costs 10 euros from the port. The organization was poor: they didn't pick us up on the first try, so we had to wait and confirm. The return shuttle is better—you can book it for any convenient time. We rented bicycles from the hotel for 150 Seychelles rupees. Average quality; better bikes are available.
