"Stayed many times but now it is slipping in cleaningness and it needs to renew its bedding and towels. Our towels, had on two days (of a 5 day stay) holes in them. The last bedding change also had a bed sheet with holes. Sad to see that things are slipping, because we liked comming to The Thanburi Hotel"

"The front desk staff were incredibly welcoming. The room was huge with a balcony, and there's a car park available. The location is excellent, close to the city center and the train station. The service was very attentive; even when I put out the 'do not disturb' sign, they still left two bottles of mineral water at my door."

락락쿤It's a bit far from the city center, making it difficult to get around without transportation. Other than that, it was quiet and comfortable. Breakfast was particularly good, but since there aren't many places to eat around the hotel, it's best to eat at the hotel even late at night. The fried rice was excellent. The only downside is that the bathroom and shower are very small.

Less than 10mins walk to the shopping centre (Central Udon), also less than 15mins walk to UD TOWN.
There's a laundry service (opens 24hr) available in less than 5mins walk from the hotel.
Requirement of 200THB cash for deposit, when checking in.
Stayed in a double bedroom - seemed a little old, but well maintained, cleaned, and most amenities are available in the room.
Swimming pool, small gym and a bar are located on rooftop floor (you'll get welcome drink voucher & breakfast vouchers when you first check in).
Basic breakfast : bread, butter, jam, rice, fried egg, omelette, salad, watermelon, pineapple, water and orange juice.

The room is a nice size, it has a small coffee/eating area, a little garden area to chill in and it is a 5 minute walk from the central Udon centre. Staff were friendly and you can do your own laundry on the complex. Great price, great quality (stayed with my girlfriend who echoes my thoughts).

It's also super close to food options; just a short walk right outside the hotel. If you're visiting Udon Thani, I highly recommend this place. It offers the best value for money!

GGuest UserHad a great time at The One Residence. Both cleaning and reception staff are very friendly and efficient. Hotel is right in centre of town close to Central Plaza, and bus and train stations. The room is large and well-equipped with a large comfortable bed. The shower is warm and powerful. Overall, lots of amenities for a budget hotel. I would recommend due to location, price, facilities and service.

EEdenRHBIt was hard to find. We arrived late at night, and we had to go back and forth. Our Grab driver was kind enough not to leave us until he was able to speak to the owner and let us in. Nobody was there. Maybe because it was almost 9pm? The pipe of the toilet's sink was broken. The room was big, though, but the bed was a bit hard.

GGuest UserMy brother lives in the center of Udon Thani. There is a large parking lot. There is an elevator. The room is spacious. There is no hair dryer. The water flows strongly. The air conditioner is cool. Some rooms may be loud. But if you ask to change rooms, the owner is very kind and will change them for you. It is near the walking street on Friday and Saturday, Nong Prajak 1 km., next to Ban Huai Market, in the middle of the government center. There are both monthly and daily rates. The price is cheap. Book through the app.

GGuest UserThe hotel is in a good location. It's a 5-minute walk to the central shopping centre. I stayed at the hotel for 2 nights. The staff are helpful and friendly. Upon check-in, they take a deposit of 100 THB for the key, which is returned upon check-out. Overall, I liked it. On the downside, the mattresses are a bit hard and the pillows are uncomfortable.
