In 1946 he sold to Breck Moran, editor of the Cody Enterprise our local newspaper. Nick Patrick, a local native, added much to the charm of the house before it returned to the Moran family. It was purchased by Ann Simpson from Betsy Moran Sartou in April of 2015.
