In the Evenings Meander to the Lower Level Patio where the Fire Pit awaits you to Enjoy your Evenings with a Glass of Wine or on those Cooler Nights Roasting Marshmellows Under the Stars. Then come inside where you'll find the Perfect area for Family Games or a Movie Nite. Bring your Bikes and Ride into Town, or Most Anywhere because you're Literally on Blue Star Trail Walking and Bike Path it's at your Front Door…Saugatuck is a quick 2 minute drive into town… A 5-10 minute Bike Ride or a 15-20 minute or so leisurely walk into Saugatuck via the Peterson Preserve TrailI think what we love best about our place it has a “home away from home” feel, Creating a Relaxing Atmosphere with Extra Space for Everyone to Stretch-out Indoors and Outdoors after a day of exploring the SAUGLASVILLE area (SAUgatuck - douGLAS - fennVILLE). Traveling from one of these small quaint towns to the next, giving that aura of going back in time. Our tri-community area and our townhome are all of the small country town vibe. Beginning and ending your day to veg out after a full day of activities, or on that rainy day snuggling in, you’ll find there is space everywhere for everyone.
