LLyanne92This hotel is very close to Interlaken Ost train station, only about a 2-minute walk. There is a Coop supermarket right across the street and near the station, which is extremely convenient, especially for a solo traveler.
Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay. The hotel was quiet, clean, and spacious. The front desk staff were very friendly and always greeted me with a warm smile. Breakfast offered a good variety of options and was enjoyable.
I would definitely recommend this hotel to solo travelers looking for a convenient and comfortable stay in Interlaken.

IIzzaPizzaHotel was located conveniently near the station, just a 10min walk from Interlaken West. Plenty of shops and amenities in the area as well. Even our paragliding activity was located a stone’s throw away so that was extra convenient for us. Service by the staff was excellent too. And there is also the cutest cat in the garden house!

I would definitely recommend, it’s 10 mins walk away from the Interlaken OST, coop supermarket, 10 minutes walk from Interlaken central cut across to eatery places (like Chinese, Indian, western cuisine, and even macdonalds ) !

GGan ESThe room and bathroom are small but comfortable and still acceptable. No slipper or toothbrush provided that may cause inconvenience but luckily we brought along with it after highlighted by friend. Be prepared for same type of breakfast dishes, 3 days for us. We noticed the shower head was damaged but was replaced quickly except cracked mirror after it was brought to the staff attention.

The room was over 20 square meters, decorated in an antique style, and well-equipped, though it lacked air conditioning and came with a small electric fan instead. My room was on the top floor, and unfortunately, the window right by the bed was next to a chimney, so smoke from the downstairs restaurant's grill wafted directly into the room.
The breakfast was quite varied, but it was the same every day for several days. The staff were very friendly, and I had a comfortable stay during my time there. It's very close to the train station, and the boat pier is only a 3-minute walk away. You can also take local public transport from here.

The restaurant staff are very helpful, and the reception staff are extremely friendly and supportive. Special thanks to Christian and Hadeer — their warm welcome made us feel comfortable from the very beginning, and because of them we decided to book this hotel.
Their kindness and the smiles they gave us every time we met truly touched our hearts. Overall, we had a pleasant and memorable stay.

GGuest UserThe hotel is located in Interlaken West, a few minutes walk from the train station! Along the way and nearby, there are many shops and restaurants, and of course there is a COOP supermarket.
Although the bathroom is shared, it takes only a few steps to get out of the room and it is clean and hygienic!
Before check-in, I have received a confirmation email from the hotel. You can check in online in advance to simplify the check-in process. Although I missed the counter duty service time at check-in, there is an email notification, room key, transportation card, WiFi password is placed there!
Although they have not officially communicated with the staff, they always smile and nod to say hello every time they meet!
I was worried that the room was located on the restaurant before, it would be very noisy or have a cooking taste, but I didn't feel it at all when I checked in!

ZZhendexiangbuchunichengInterlaken has beautiful scenery. This hotel has been open for a long time and its facilities are relatively old, but it unexpectedly has a sense of home. The hotel staff are polite and enthusiastic, willing to talk about the history of the town and introduce the surrounding beautiful scenery. I recommend staying here.
