TTinaAfter a room upgrade, the room was spacious and comfortable, with new facilities, and it was clean and hygienic with cozy bedding. The hotel's location is excellent, with high floors offering views of Chaka Salt Lake. The service was attentive, and they provided oxygen machines for free to help with altitude sickness. However, they host too many tour groups. Although individual guests and groups are on separate floors, I was woken up around 11 PM by the sounds of guests checking into the rooms next door and upstairs. In the morning, the elevators were chaotic and crowded, making it difficult to get in. If they don't control the number of tour groups they host, these issues will likely remain unresolved.

To my surprise, the owner was incredibly thoughtful and offered a free upgrade to a deluxe suite, which instantly made the experience fantastic! The room was spacious and comfortable, with brand new, well-equipped facilities. For a place like Lenghu, it completely exceeded my expectations. The service was warm, attentive, and very detailed, making it feel truly like home. If you're coming to Lenghu, you absolutely must stay at the Xingqiong Secluded Realm Quality Hotel – you won't regret it. I've already highly recommended it to my friends!

Moreover, the hotel's decoration is modern and simple, with elegant style, creating a warm and comfortable atmosphere. The room is fully equipped with air conditioning, TV, internet, etc., and they all work well. The hotel staff are warm and friendly with high professionalism. From the front desk to room service, every employee can respond quickly to guests' needs and provide meticulous and thoughtful service. Especially the dishes in the hotel restaurant are rich and varied in flavor and of high quality.

The hallways are beautifully decorated, and the green plants and vines make for great photo opportunities. The room was spotless, the bedding was comfortable, and they even thoughtfully provided fruit. The bathroom facilities were new, and there was plenty of hot water. It's clear the hotel is very well-maintained; there wasn't a single spot overlooked. Staying here was such a pleasant experience, a truly wonderful stay that I highly recommend!

After visiting the Salt Lake, my pants were covered in salt, and the hotel staff kindly took them to be washed and delivered them back to my room, which was a really thoughtful touch. I slept soundly until morning. When I woke up, I saw a thick blanket of snow outside and even got to play in the courtyard for a while. The front desk service was warm and attentive, and both check-in and check-out were quick and efficient. The location is convenient, making it easy to get around and find places to eat. Overall, it offers great value for money, and the environment is quiet and peaceful. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in the area, and I highly recommend it to any friends traveling here – it's well worth a stay!

GGuest UserAfter looking at many hotels, I finally settled on this one. My first impression upon entering was how clean and spacious it was. The front desk staff greeted me warmly as soon as I walked in. The room amenities were excellent, including oxygen supply and sleep aids. The hot water was great with good pressure. The breakfast spread was very diverse, and they even kindly advised us to eat during off-peak hours for a better experience.

AAnonymous UserHygiene: When the room is vacant, the window is open, so there will be dust in the room. There were dead mosquitoes on my bed sheet (I cleaned it myself). People with strong cleanliness obsession should consider it carefully;
Environment: The view is pretty good. The grassland room type is in the first row, with no obstruction in front, and you can directly see the grassland and salt lake (but it is still a certain distance from the lake, not directly by the lake), but people who like the view can still consider it;
Starry sky at night: It depends entirely on the weather. I couldn't see a single star that night, only clouds and the moon.
Facilities: There is a projector (but you have to adjust the focus yourself and log in with a platform membership account, otherwise you can't see anything); the toilet is relatively small (no door, only a cloth), and the shower room is a separate wet area, which is okay, with stable water flow and temperature.
Parking: You can park directly in front of the hotel;
Others: The front desk is a bar, the atmosphere is good at night, but there is no experience.
Nearby: Some restaurants are within a 10-minute walk, which is quite convenient.

The service is in place, the introduction is very detailed, the food is acceptable, and one breakfast and one dinner are included. 4. The guests staying at the hotel include the charter fee to Eboliang Yadan, and there is no time limit. 5. The starry sky depends on the weather. It is obvious when the weather is good. Don't think about going out at night. The wind is so strong that you doubt your life, otherwise you can't blow out the Yadan.

AAnonymous UserThe hotel lobby is shown here. The rooms are located in a separate building next door, and the style and facilities are quite different from the main building. It was quite a psychological difference. I didn't see any oxygen generators or other equipment. The upside is that it's close to the scenic area, only about 10 to 20 minutes by car from the Chaka Salt Lake Scenic Area. Downstairs, there's a row of small restaurants, and the prices are a bit pricey but acceptable.
