GGuest UserThe room was upgraded for free, the breakfast was healthy and delicious, and the facilities were good. The most important swimming pool is great. In the morning, I watched the hotel staff carefully clean the swimming pool for almost 2 hours, and then went in for a happy swim. The sea and sky were all the same color, lawns, woods, beaches, and sea water. Compared to the kind of seaside villas with unobstructed views , the progressive depth of different landscapes, and the sense of envelopment brought by the mountains and the sea, let people blend into the embrace of nature in a very safe state, and return to the most authentic state,,, through the woods When I saw the local people sitting or standing on the rocks on the seaside in the distance, Zheng Zhihua's sailors instantly came to my mind. The freedom and power shown in this picture will also become a kind of spiritual nourishment that will nourish the future. Life, this is one of the meanings of travel.

GGuest UserThe boss is very nice and upgraded the room for free. The room is fully equipped with a refrigerator, TV, washing machine and kitchen utensils. It is also very clean and the furniture is very new. The large balcony is also equipped with a clothes drying rack, which is particularly convenient for drying clothes. The most important thing is that the room has a central air conditioner. Each area has a separate control switch, which is especially friendly to the elderly and children. If you are afraid of the cold, you can turn on the air conditioner in the living room and turn off the air conditioner in the bedroom. You can see the sea from the balcony, and it only takes five minutes to walk to the beach. When I brought my children, the boss gave me a card to enjoy Aloha's water village, swimming pool and children's playground for free. It was a great experience and I will stay here again next time.

I couldn't resist sharing more photos to inspire other life-lovers to visit. Staying at different hotels every day is a key part of my travel lifestyle. Honestly, this hotel is so good, it's definitely worth a return visit! 🤗

GGuest UserThis was my first time at Hoshino Resort, and I stayed for 4 days, trying two different room types. The Supreme Ocean View room, located in the main building, offered perfect ocean views and was spacious. The 'Bixin Rabbit' room was in the shorter building, great for keeping the kids entertained when it was hot outside. Both room types were fantastic, each with its own unique charm. The best part was the butler service, which was incredibly responsive, allowing us to relax and enjoy our vacation.
The room amenities and facilities were excellent, and the overall hotel stay experience was very good. Hoshino's service was impeccable – they met every request with lightning speed, and were friendly and patient. This was my first time traveling with my 7-month-old baby, and they really put all my worries at ease. Everything from food, bedding, strollers, to crib railings was provided and arranged perfectly by Hoshino. My older son, who is over 5 and has been to Sanya many times, loves hotels with kids' activities, and he had a blast here. There are a total of four pools. He got bored with the front ocean-view room, so we switched to a room with a slide, and he was absolutely thrilled. There's enough to keep kids occupied at the hotel all day, no need to even leave. The breakfast experience was also excellent, with a variety of dishes that kids love. Dinner is also highly recommended. Overall, it's great value for money.
The only negative point was the photography service – it was an absolute rip-off and really hurt the hotel's reputation. It was terrible. I've stayed at many hotels and had professional photos taken numerous times, often willingly paying extra for good photos. But here, it was such a scam; I only added one photo for 80 yuan each.

I blindly chose this Hilton Garden Inn for our family vacation in Hainan, and it was absolutely divine! The entire experience was flawless, so I have to write a heartfelt review and strongly recommend it to all families with kids!

The hotel is sparkling new and clean, with a modern and luxurious design. There's absolutely no new-decoration smell. From the lobby to the rooms, every detail is exquisitely crafted. The blue and white ocean theme is incredibly soothing and perfect for photos! The facilities, bedding, and bathroom amenities are all premium brands, making for a comfortable and reassuring stay.

* All wall and table corners are protected with anti-collision strips, so kids can run around barefoot without worrying about bumps.

GGuest UserI traveled with my best friend and stayed at the hotel for two days, so I wanted to write a proper review. We didn't do any research before choosing Xiangshui Bay; we just picked this hotel when we saw it. We drove there ourselves, which was convenient. The hotel is about 700-800 meters from the street, located in a villa area. The butler had informed us of our license plate number beforehand, as other cars aren't allowed in this area. Upon entering the villa area, I was struck by how large it was, but it felt a bit deserted. The check-in area wasn't what I expected. Having stayed at Raffles Hotel before, I assumed it would be similar, but there were only two young men there to greet us. However, I must say that the two men who greeted us were incredibly patient, and they should have upgraded my room for free—it was a whopping 500 square meters! After check-in, the butler took us to our room, and wow, it was huge! It took several minutes to get there in the sightseeing vehicle. Now, let's talk about the hotel itself. For this price, the room was excellent value. While the hotel facilities weren't particularly new, they were comprehensive and very comfortable. We had such a pleasant stay that we didn't want to leave. The butler was always available, which was wonderful. The hotel's public areas were a bit messy, perhaps due to the heavy rain, but the overall scenery was nice. I wasn't very satisfied with the food; breakfast wasn't a buffet. The hotel has its own restaurant, but it seemed rather empty. It's better to eat outside the hotel; the seafood restaurant across the street is particularly delicious, with great taste and reasonable prices. For those who prefer a quieter atmosphere, this is a great place. Renting a car would be more convenient, as it's quite far from the hotel. I would definitely bring friends here again next time. ✌️

The most important thing is that it is only a two-minute walk from the beach! ! ! There is a food court a few hundred meters away from the hotel. It is close to the scenic spot and is very convenient to enter and exit. There are also small electric stoves for rent near the hotel. There is no pressure to travel. Parking is free. This trip coincided with my wedding anniversary with my husband, and we chose the Capella in Sanya, which I'd been wanting to visit for a long time. I was quite worried because I'd seen a lot of mixed reviews online, but the experience here far exceeded my expectations!
The thoughtful Daisy from the culture and tourism department even brought us coconuts 🥥 for an energy boost, and an anniversary cake too~
The hotel offers a ton of activities, keeping us busy at every moment – afternoon tea, cocktail hour, evening free-flow drinks, clam digging, sailing, and many more!
Among luxury hotels, the room facilities are exceptionally new. And I absolutely, absolutely love the garden view – even more than the sea view! The large windows fulfilled all my fantasies about a garden view, and the bedding is worth mentioning; it's unique and very comfortable.
There's a Chinese restaurant and a Thai restaurant to choose from. The Thai food was delicious, and we even got to see a stunning pink sunset while dining.
The hotel's public areas are very well-maintained, and since we visited during the off-season, the experience was truly fantastic.
Complimentary mini-bar — a rich selection of snacks and soft drinks (replenished daily), including sodas, potato chips, dried fruit, etc.~
And the hotel breakfast offers a wide variety too!

PPCh€nPretty good service apartment with a solid sea view. One of the balcony is converted into a bedroom, you literally wake up to the seaview. The surf shop double up as a front desk. Communication was easy. The toilet had an awkward translucent panel which was not fully covered by the blinds. More suited for couples, less so for families and friends. Overall, a good apartment within walking distance to several eateries next door.

GGuest UserSelf-driving around the island in Hainan: Lingshui. Since I am traveling with my parents, I booked a family room... which is more suitable for families with children. If they are all adults, a suite or two rooms are more suitable~
About facilities
Parking🅿️: Although it is located in front of the hotel, it belongs to the public parking space of the adjacent store. There is no charge and there are almost no parking spaces. Since our model is an MPV, we still have to wait for a suitable parking space~
Room 🚪: Due to the renovation of the hotel, the normal-sized single bed and double bed, the bathroom, the sink, the toilet flush normally, the floor drains without odor, the shower head flushes and the hot water is normally equipped with disposable toiletries (dental set/shaving/care package) /shower cap)….There is no small refrigerator in the room. The TV channels are clear and there is free WiFi.
Regarding hygiene, hygiene at sight is acceptable.
Regarding the environment, there are teahouses and music restaurants in the external environment. If you don’t want to be disturbed, ask the front desk for a quiet room in advance. The internal environment is normal and the space is fully utilized.
Regarding the service, there is a proactive greeting at the front desk. High ⭐ hotel necessities~
Regarding catering, there are two breakfasts in the room. You pay the member price at the front desk and get an extra breakfast. Although you have to walk one floor to the breakfast floor, the breakfast content is very good. The taste is also very good. The service attitude is also very good.
