From the moment you enter the hotel area, you will feel that it is a relatively independent and private environment. The overall decoration is very stylish. I heard from the housekeeper that this is the owner's own house, so the decoration design and materials are very carefully selected. It is very different from other B&Bs that are rented out.
The housekeeper contacted us by phone shortly after we placed the order. We booked the cheapest price and upgraded it when we checked in. Any questions during the stay were responded to in a timely manner. The overall service experience was great~
Before coming here, I was worried about whether it would be inconvenient to eat, but when I arrived, I found that my worries were completely unnecessary. The hotel provided a Hainan-style rice noodle breakfast, which was simple but fully met the needs. There was also Hainan-style afternoon tea. If you want to dine in the hotel, you can also make a reservation in advance with the butler. In general, during the stay, you can fully meet various needs without leaving the hotel, and the experience is not inferior to that of a high-star hotel!
When I checked in, I saw models taking photos. The housekeeper told me that they also had some water sports experiences. Unfortunately, we didn’t have enough time this time, so I’ll just leave it for next time. I’ll definitely come again if I have the chance!

GGuest UserThe boss is very nice and upgraded the room for free. The room is fully equipped with a refrigerator, TV, washing machine and kitchen utensils. It is also very clean and the furniture is very new. The large balcony is also equipped with a clothes drying rack, which is particularly convenient for drying clothes. The most important thing is that the room has a central air conditioner. Each area has a separate control switch, which is especially friendly to the elderly and children. If you are afraid of the cold, you can turn on the air conditioner in the living room and turn off the air conditioner in the bedroom. You can see the sea from the balcony, and it only takes five minutes to walk to the beach. When I brought my children, the boss gave me a card to enjoy Aloha's water village, swimming pool and children's playground for free. It was a great experience and I will stay here again next time.

GGuest UserFirst off, a big thank you for assigning us a room with a fantastic view – super close to the sea, we could even see the lighthouse! Contrary to some online reviews, it wasn't overly old; sure, it's got some age, but it's really well-maintained. The hotel's public areas are absolutely stunning, beyond words! The complimentary little monkey toiletry bag was also a cute touch. The kids had a blast; we didn't get much pool time at other hotels, but here they went wild! The pool wasn't crowded, and they had so much fun. The beach was lovely too, with super soft sand – they dug sand until it got dark! My only regret is that the weather during our trip was generally just so-so, with strong winds and waves, and a gray sky, so the sea wasn't as blue as it could be. The hotel breakfast was decent; the mixed noodles and rice vermicelli were delicious, and the 'Qingbuliang' (Hainanese dessert soup) was good too. The egg tarts were also a hit; everything else was pretty standard resort hotel fare, taste-wise, nothing too different. Overall, we were very satisfied. My family said it wasn't the most expensive hotel we've ever stayed in, but it was definitely the most beautiful, haha! If we get the chance to visit Clear Water Bay again, this hotel will definitely be at the top of our list!

GGuest UserThe room type is great, most rooms offer sea views, and my request for a high floor was met. It was a very comfortable stay. The family activities were abundant, and both my family and children loved them. Although the beach has a steep slope, which many people have complained about, getting down to the sea was still relatively easy. There are also sun loungers and hammocks on the beach above, making it comfortable just to relax. Room service was also excellent; it was very convenient to call if I needed anything. However, the butler service and kids' playground were a bit lacking. The butler only communicated on the first day and later, unless I asked specific questions, they would respond but seemed a bit cold and didn't actively initiate conversations. Many facilities at the kids' playground were closed, but my child was still satisfied playing there for a short period.
Despite these minor points, I've already recommended this hotel to friends because of its high aesthetic value. I hope they maintain the facilities and hygiene well, so it continues to live up to expectations.

GGuest UserLet's start with the downsides. During the Chinese New Year, the hotel was fully booked, and our basic room type had a very partial sea view, right next to a road and residential area, which slightly affected the aesthetic, but that's not the hotel's fault. Secondly, the heated pool's water was a bit cool, and the pool wasn't very big. Also, on one rainy day, all the kids were playing in the Kids' Club, making it quite chaotic, and the staff weren't prompt in tidying up.
Putting the negatives aside, there are so many positives. The hotel's design is excellent; it perfectly balances being kid-friendly with appreciating the hotel's aesthetics. The hotel's buffet was delicious, and breakfast was served until 12 PM. During the Chinese New Year, we never had to queue for breakfast. You could have the buffet and also order à la carte dishes, which were all very unique and tasty. The coffee was great, and most importantly, they served alcohol in the morning – much needed when traveling with kids! We tried the Japanese restaurant for lunch, and it was just okay, nothing special. Dinner was mostly at the buffet restaurant, which included complimentary sashimi and a seafood hotpot with your meal. Basically, we indulged in fresh seafood, and paired with dry white wine, it went to our heads quickly! We stayed for three nights and received two complimentary cakes – a New Year's cake and a birthday cake – both were delicious. The complimentary red wine was also very good. The main pool was unremarkable, but there was a kids' water park with some non-powered facilities that the children absolutely loved. The only downside is the water wasn't lukewarm, so we could only play there at midday. There's a gate requiring a room key card to access the beach. The sand at Clearwater Bay is incredibly fine. On our first day, we saw a 'jellyfish sea' (calm, clear water), and I got sunburned in just one morning. After I reported it to our butler, they immediately sent a sun protection kit 👍🏻. I must praise our amazing butler, Ivy; her response was incredibly quick. She arranged the cake delivery, nail clippers, and sun protection kit, and even didn't charge us when the kids accidentally broke two cups. During our stay, her prompt feedback made us feel very well taken care of. Overall, it was our first time in Lingshui, and we had an unexpectedly good time. We'll definitely consider coming back to Lingshui more often.

3300328****A beautiful hotel! Even though it's not a family-friendly hotel, my 3-year-old daughter said it was the prettiest hotel. If you're coming to Lingshui to explore attractions and not just stay at the hotel, this is a great choice – it's clean and hygienic. The breakfast selection is limited, but they have all the essentials. The staff are very friendly; the front desk even gave my daughter a light-up bracelet toy when they saw I had a child with me, and she loved it. Since we were traveling as a family, they also made sure our rooms were together. It's really great value for money.

EEdwardeeeThis was a perfect travel experience, and I give Capella Sanya full marks. The iconic 'Water Curtain Cave' welcomes you upon arrival. The rooms are stylish and spacious, the beach is well-maintained, clean, and comfortable, and there are plenty of fun activities (afternoon ice cream and cookie time, evening cocktail and wine hour, crab hunting, etc.). The spa and gym facilities are comprehensive and modern. Breakfast is rich, delicious, and diverse, featuring Indian and Italian cuisine on different days in addition to the usual offerings. I especially recommend the Chinese restaurant, Lan Ting; their signature flaming garlic roasted meat truly amazed our taste buds. Overall, the service was excellent, and I'm grateful to our butler, Linda, who promptly addressed all our needs. I'll definitely return to Capella Sanya on my next trip to Sanya!

PPCh€nPretty good service apartment with a solid sea view. One of the balcony is converted into a bedroom, you literally wake up to the seaview. The surf shop double up as a front desk. Communication was easy. The toilet had an awkward translucent panel which was not fully covered by the blinds. More suited for couples, less so for families and friends. Overall, a good apartment within walking distance to several eateries next door.

GGuest UserDisadvantages: 1. The geographical location is extremely remote. Apart from being close to Bianjiezhou Island, which is about 8km away, it is far away from anywhere. You can’t take a taxi or order takeout, and none of the restaurants that can pick you up are willing to pick you up. It’s basically impossible to travel without a self-driving car. To eat seafood, we have to go to Xincun Pier. It takes nearly 2 hours to drive there and back. We have dinner and go out at 6 o’clock, and come back at 10 o’clock.
2. It says that breakfast is delivered to the room, but there are very few types. If you stay in other hotels, you can eat breakfast as lunch. If you can eat well, you can't expect it if you stay here. If you don't have enough, you can't eat well. You have to go out for lunch. The transportation is not convenient, which adds a lot of time and money. hidden expenses.
3. The TV remote control is very insensitive and the air conditioner is very noisy.

The bedding is clean and there is a refrigerator. 3️⃣ The staff sent us to the high-speed rail station. 4️⃣ The food was good and they gave us free fruit. 5️⃣ It's less than ten minutes' walk to the deserted beach. I believe the facilities will get better and better in the future. I look forward to staying here again next time (very suitable for elderly people to live in. The infrastructure is very good, the toilet has handrails and a shower bench. The staff are super patient and enthusiastic! !
