The room was upgraded for free, the breakfast was healthy and delicious, and the facilities were good. The most important swimming pool is great. In the morning, I watched the hotel staff carefully clean the swimming pool for almost 2 hours, and then went in for a happy swim. The sea and sky were all the same color, lawns, woods, beaches, and sea water. Compared to the kind of seaside villas with unobstructed views , the progressive depth of different landscapes, and the sense of envelopment brought by the mountains and the sea, let people blend into the embrace of nature in a very safe state, and return to the most authentic state,,, through the woods When I saw the local people sitting or standing on the rocks on the seaside in the distance, Zheng Zhihua's sailors instantly came to my mind. The freedom and power shown in this picture will also become a kind of spiritual nourishment that will nourish the future. Life, this is one of the meanings of travel.

YangmiemiehiThe Kimpton Shimao Clearwater Bay is hands down the best hotel I've ever stayed at in terms of service! Our family of two adults and four children was incredibly touched by the thoughtful details throughout our entire stay.
The hotel's decor is exactly my style – that understated 'old money' aesthetic. The ambiance is sophisticated yet comfortable, and both the public areas and the rooms are incredibly photogenic. The kids' amenities were genuinely impressive; without even asking, they prepared a puppy plush toy for each of our four children, and also provided four sun protection kits. When I casually complimented how nice the hotel's fabric tote bags were, the staff generously offered me one on the spot – absolutely no stinginess at all.
The kids' craft activities were abundant and engaging, keeping the children thoroughly entertained. Even more thoughtful, they proactively extended our check-out time until 2 PM, which was a huge relief for a family with multiple kids, allowing us to pack without rushing. It really enhanced our experience.
The entire staff was gentle and meticulous, always ready to assist, and their thoughtfulness was evident everywhere. This is definitely the top choice for family vacations. I'll be staying here again on my next visit to Clearwater Bay!

JiajianvwuThis was the best hotel we stayed at during our Hainan trip this summer! The family suite at Lanhaiju was perfectly situated with a direct view of the Freedom Lighthouse! I had thought it was a pure garden view room, so I was thrilled to see the lighthouse in the distance as soon as I entered. Not only the room view, but all areas of the hotel are fantastic backdrops for photos! Access to the hotel grounds and beach requires a booking confirmation or room key card, indicating very strict management.
The breakfast was excellent, no complaints there. We found different delicious options each of the three mornings, and the à la carte menu also varied daily. The dinner beach BBQ buffet, with its setting at the filming location of 'Lost in the Stars' and the lighthouse, offered an amazing ambiance. My only suggestion would be to increase the variety of dishes.
Stepping out the back door of the hotel leads directly to a private, quiet, and clean beach with fine sand and a gentle slope. If it weren't so hot, I could have easily spent the whole day just relaxing there!
During our stay, our dedicated butler Chloe was incredibly responsive to our needs every day, almost instantly replying whether it was day or night. She worked very hard!
Three days just wasn't enough; we'll definitely be back next summer!

Guest UserI stayed here last year on June 22nd. It was a brand new hotel then, and while the hardware and facilities were indeed excellent, the service was noticeably lacking, leaving me with a mediocre impression. My son, however, couldn't stop thinking about Sanyue zheng, so at his strong insistence, I 'reluctantly' booked two nights again this year, just for him. The day before check-in (I missed the call) and on the day of arrival, the hotel called to confirm our arrival time, number of guests, room type, and to arrange a butler service beforehand. This time, our assigned butler, Tiantian, was incredibly attentive. She messaged us at noon (afternoon) and in the evening to inquire about our plans, needs, and to offer warm reminders. She was always responsive to our requests, incredibly quick, and had a wonderful attitude. My son absolutely adored Auntie Tiantian! Upon check-in, we received heart-shaped rabbit cookies, and upon check-out, we even got a heart-shaped rabbit plushie as a souvenir. This stay truly showed me that the hotel is genuinely dedicated to providing a great experience. The door from the G floor to the fountain, which was manual last year, is now a sensor door. The path to the go-karts, which was there last year, has been replaced with a newly built wooden boardwalk. New additions this year include a reptile park, a fun animal farm, equestrian activities, and a sports park – all things that weren't there last year. This gave us a different experience and kept things from feeling stale or boring. The sky glass pool is beautiful, and the scenery is fantastic. Two large screens on either side were showing the World Cup football matches, bringing joy to a dad who was 'reluctantly' accompanying his son for a swim. Before, I was hesitant to stay at Sanyue zheng again, but now I'm already looking forward to booking a full sea-view room and a family room for our next stay. On this Sanya trip, I chose three hotels: a 270-degree sea-view room, a villa with a pool, and the Sanyue zheng landscape two-bedroom suite. My son's favorite was still Sanyue zheng! A wonderful trip also requires an attentive butler. I even received a warm greeting from 'Tiantian' after landing in Shanghai. You were the most beautiful 'surprise' of my trip!

Guest UserAnother stay at Capella Sanya, and the experience was just as amazing! Compared to last year's visit, I was once again full of pleasant surprises. The hotel environment is tranquil and upscale, with breathtaking garden views at every turn. The stargazing water curtain creates an incredibly immersive atmosphere, and both the morning and evening rituals are full of ceremony. The room was spacious and comfortable, with high-quality bedding and toiletries. The privacy was excellent, truly a perfect getaway for escaping the world.
This time, we came specifically to celebrate our anniversary and were met with so much unexpected romance! Our Guest Relations Manager, Chris, thoughtfully noticed it was our anniversary and prepared a lovely anniversary cake, which instantly heightened the celebratory mood.
I especially want to commend Chris, our Guest Relations Manager! He proactively contacted us before check-in to meticulously introduce the hotel's various activities, afternoon tea, and evening rituals. During our stay, he was incredibly responsive, professional, and patient, whether it was for activity bookings or coordinating requests. He was genuinely sincere and warm, with a wonderful sense of appropriateness. It was precisely because of Chris's meticulous and thoughtful arrangements that our island trip was so worry-free and rejuvenating, allowing us to truly experience Capella's warm, top-tier service. This was our second time at Capella, and we will definitely choose it again next time we're in Sanya. I also highly recommend everyone to seek out Chris! Five-star rating, highly recommended!

Guest UserThis hotel is fantastic! It's a very new property with breathtaking views and elegant decor. The breakfast spread was generous, and they even offered a complimentary photoshoot. Ah Xiang, the photographer, was very professional and attentive, guiding us with poses and expertly capturing the best light and angles. We were really happy with the final photos; even the unedited shots looked great. The whole process was enjoyable and relaxed – I highly recommend everyone staying here to get a photoshoot done! We had such a comfortable stay that we extended it by two more days. We'll definitely be back here on our next visit.

The last stop of Hainan Island Tour (East Line) - Lingshui. At that time, I also placed an order based on the high ratings. When checking in, the front desk lady was very enthusiastic and smiling, which made people feel very warm. I didn't expect that the subsequent housekeepers and service staff were also very enthusiastic and warm, and any problems were solved in time. Go downstairs and walk across the road to the beach, which is very convenient for taking children to play or strolling on the beach. The room is equipped with advanced facilities and electric curtains. It is clean and hygienic, and the hot water for bathing is also comfortable. If you drive by yourself, you can park your car in the underground garage, which is very convenient. Although there are not many varieties of breakfast, it is delicious. I recommend the noodle soup, which is delicious! The best thing is that you can lie on the balcony and watch the sea, absolutely!

Pretty good service apartment with a solid sea view. One of the balcony is converted into a bedroom, you literally wake up to the seaview. The surf shop double up as a front desk. Communication was easy. The toilet had an awkward translucent panel which was not fully covered by the blinds. More suited for couples, less so for families and friends. Overall, a good apartment within walking distance to several eateries next door.

Guest UserI traveled with my best friend and stayed at the hotel for two days, so I wanted to write a proper review. We didn't do any research before choosing Xiangshui Bay; we just picked this hotel when we saw it. We drove there ourselves, which was convenient. The hotel is about 700-800 meters from the street, located in a villa area. The butler had informed us of our license plate number beforehand, as other cars aren't allowed in this area. Upon entering the villa area, I was struck by how large it was, but it felt a bit deserted. The check-in area wasn't what I expected. Having stayed at Raffles Hotel before, I assumed it would be similar, but there were only two young men there to greet us. However, I must say that the two men who greeted us were incredibly patient, and they should have upgraded my room for free—it was a whopping 500 square meters! After check-in, the butler took us to our room, and wow, it was huge! It took several minutes to get there in the sightseeing vehicle. Now, let's talk about the hotel itself. For this price, the room was excellent value. While the hotel facilities weren't particularly new, they were comprehensive and very comfortable. We had such a pleasant stay that we didn't want to leave. The butler was always available, which was wonderful. The hotel's public areas were a bit messy, perhaps due to the heavy rain, but the overall scenery was nice. I wasn't very satisfied with the food; breakfast wasn't a buffet. The hotel has its own restaurant, but it seemed rather empty. It's better to eat outside the hotel; the seafood restaurant across the street is particularly delicious, with great taste and reasonable prices. For those who prefer a quieter atmosphere, this is a great place. Renting a car would be more convenient, as it's quite far from the hotel. I would definitely bring friends here again next time. ✌️

My child and I were very satisfied. I took a memorable photo here and immediately changed my phone wallpaper to this spot. My child found it fascinating; the houseboat was very unique, and we could go beachcombing right outside. He loved digging and digging on the beach. There were also several coconut trees laden with coconuts. It was the first time I'd seen coconuts so close up—it was so interesting!
