Guest UserFacilities: This new hotel offers a comfortable environment and excellent hygiene. The semi-buffet breakfast is fantastic with a wide variety of options. I also tried several Japanese restaurants, afternoon tea, and Western restaurants, and every single one was delicious and didn't disappoint. I stayed for two nights and still wished I could have stayed longer. Our butler, Winnie, provided incredibly thoughtful service, was quick to respond, and always accommodated our requests. I'll definitely be back!

Guest UserI stayed in a full sea-view king room, and the hotel staff were very thoughtful. They arranged a high-floor room based on my special request, which offered a truly expansive view. It's super close to the sea; just a 3-minute walk downstairs to the beach. The beach was almost deserted, feeling like a private paradise. So, in terms of sea views and convenience, it completely holds its own against established hotels in Yalong Bay and Haitang Bay. What's more, the hotel's room facilities are very new, which really sets it apart from many hotels that opened in the early 2000s or 2010s.
As for service, the hotel team is young but very patient. A staff member (an older sister) brought water to our 9th-floor room several times, and her attitude was consistently excellent – a big thank you for her hard work! The service was also incredibly thoughtful; sometimes they anticipated our needs even better than we did. While waiting for our ride to leave, a staff member proactively came over to offer two bottles of water, reminding us about the heat and the risk of heatstroke.
The biggest advantage is definitely the price. For the same room type, sea view, and service, you'd easily pay 1500+ RMB per night at other hotels, but here it's only 500-600 RMB per night. It's an absolute steal for students, definitely a 'go for it' kind of deal! 👌🏻
The only slight downside is that the beach hasn't really been developed, so it's quite rough. For this, you could consider taking a taxi to nearby Qingshuiwan during the day, which is only about a 20-minute ride.

Guest UserThis stay far exceeded my expectations! The sea view was absolutely stunning, and the room was spotlessly clean. The Heavenly Bed mattress was just the right firmness, and the air conditioning was quiet and cooled quickly. The bedside clock radio/speaker and USB charging ports were very practical. The blackout curtains, the wet/dry separated bathroom, stable hot water pressure, and the pleasantly scented toiletries were all great. The furniture felt high-quality, and the Wi-Fi speed was excellent. Plus, they offered free garment steamer and baby item rentals – such thoughtful details.
The public areas were fantastic too: the lobby was spacious and comfortable, the elevators were fast and clean, signage was clear, and security was top-notch. Parking was convenient. The breakfast restaurant was clean and uncrowded, with window seats offering sea views, creating a relaxed dining atmosphere. The infinity pool was perfect for photos, and the gym had a good range of well-maintained equipment. Our concierge, Kelly, was responsive and efficient in resolving any issues. The location was also convenient for getting around, not far from Monkey Island and the commercial district. Overall, the value for money was outstanding, and I would definitely choose to stay here again!

My ideal hotel:
1. **Smooth Communication**: Pele (the staff member) understood guests well; communication was perfectly fine.
2. **Comfortable Hardware**: Comfy bedding, a spacious bathroom, double sinks... The rooms, starting at 88 square meters, speak for themselves. The privacy design is excellent, and while the garden views aren't stunning, they're perfectly adequate.
3. **Rich and Delicious Breakfast**: Having experienced a breakfast with 7 different egg options, it would take a truly exceptional hotel to rival it... Absolutely fantastic! And they don't stop serving until 11 AM, even at 11:30 AM, there's still food available, which is really great.
👍👍
Of course, there's always room for improvement in the details of management:
1. **Bathroom Trash Can**: The trash can in the bathroom was a bit low-end – a stainless steel flip-top. It looked plain and ugly, and the flip-top made it hard to throw garbage in.
2. **Lack of Assistance**: The 'butler' who escorted us to our room didn't offer to help with our belongings (takeaway food) at all. The room introduction was also very perfunctory (perhaps because I'm an overweight mom with an underage child, looking like country bumpkins in the city, so there wasn't much joy in communication for them).
3. **Billiards Chaos**: Billiards required a reservation (for a billiard competition), but there was no one on-site to organize it. We waited as per our reserved time, but other guests were using the table, and we were told to communicate with them ourselves...
Despite these minor flaws, the positives outweigh the negatives. I'll definitely go back next time I don't have the kids with me. Let the kids take their girlfriends there themselves in the future!

I had originally planned to drive straight to Sanya, but ended up waiting 5 hours for the ferry, which completely disrupted my day's plans. I was exhausted by the time I arrived at the hotel at 11 PM.
**Service:** A big thank you to Mr. KL at the front desk! Hearing that we had a sleeping child, he kindly upgraded us to a closer room, which was a lifesaver.
**Facilities:** Beyond expectations and better than other Holiday Inns I've stayed at. The kids had a wonderful time playing in the water in the morning, and the beach isn't far either.

Guest UserThe smile and enthusiasm of the front desk staff made me feel very friendly. They also carefully introduced the hotel facilities and surrounding attractions to me. The layout of the room is very warm and comfortable, and the bedding is clean and soft, which made me sleep well all night. In addition, the room is also equipped with [air conditioning/refrigerator/safe, etc.], which greatly improved my accommodation experience. It is worth mentioning that the [Inner Mongolia specialty] here tastes great. In addition, thank you Piaopiao for your service. The service attitude is very good and impeccable. I will choose to stay next time.

Whether you're here for work or leisure, this place perfectly caters to your needs. From the moment I stepped out of the car in the lobby, the concierge diligently helped me with my luggage all the way to my room. Then, at check-in, 'Xiao Lan' at the front desk provided such thorough explanations that it made me feel completely at ease. I'll definitely bring my family next time!

Guest UserThe hotel is right on the beach, perfect for surfing. We booked a full sea view suite, which was fantastic. We watched the sunrise directly from our room in the morning. There was also a wonderful staff member who proactively asked if we needed a baby chair, baby cutlery, and so on. They frequently came to help us clear and change plates. I ate so much fish, especially the one cooked with vinegar and fermented lees – it was incredibly delicious! We stayed for 2 days this time, and the experience was excellent. I will definitely come back.

The hotel boasts an excellent location, right by the beach, with just a few minutes' walk to the sand. The front desk and room service staff were incredibly warm and attentive. We were even given a complimentary upgrade to a room with a large balcony and a great sea view! Although some of the facilities are a bit dated, the overall value for money is high. The hotel breakfast offers a wide variety of options, catering to different tastes.

This is a great hotel. Our sea-view room offered stunning ocean views right from the window. The breakfast was decent. The large bed room is perfect for a family with two adults and one child. It's incredibly convenient to take the kids to the beach for swimming and digging in the sand, as it's practically right there. The hotel's off-season prices are reasonable, making it a good choice for those looking to travel during non-peak times.
