GGuest UserI was super satisfied with my stay this time. The kids loved the chess-themed area and the 'Smart Fun Space' so much they didn't want to leave. There were plenty of activities for children, and the complimentary travel photos turned out great. The breakfast buffet with additional à la carte options was fantastic. I chose the esports room, and the setup was top-notch. Parker (the hotel/staff member) even gave us a souvenir when we checked out, and they went out of their way to help inflate my flat tire. I'll definitely consider staying here again next time.

DDingdingA huge shout-out to the amazing staff member, Summer! ✨ So gentle and welcoming, their service was attentive and thoughtful throughout my stay. They were patient and meticulous during check-in, and promptly helped resolve any small issues that popped up. Their genuine and unpretentious demeanor made interactions incredibly comfortable and pleasant. While the hotel's sea view is absolutely stunning and the ambiance is perfect, what really impressed me most was the wonderful human touch Summer provided! Thanks to their dedicated service, this island getaway was filled with pure joy and created so many beautiful memories. Next time I'm in Qingshui Bay, I'll definitely be choosing Indigo again, and looking for the lovely Summer!

The facilities, bedding, and bathroom amenities are all premium brands, making for a comfortable and reassuring stay. **Excellent Child-Friendly Details, Stress-Free Parenting** Truly designed for young children! * All wall and table corners are protected with anti-collision strips, so kids can run around barefoot without worrying about bumps. * There are different themed parent-child activities every day: crafts, story time, beach games, and mini-classes – the kids were fully engaged throughout. * A kids' pool, children's play area, and all essential parent-child amenities are available. From the morning Tai Chi ceremony by the lobby's water curtain to sunset cocktails on the terrace in the evening, each day is perfectly filled with a sense of ritual. It feels as if you're cut off from the hustle and bustle, enjoying an exclusive sense of tranquility and relaxation. Linda from the guest relations team was incredibly thoughtful! She found out my husband and I were celebrating our anniversary and specifically helped us upgrade to a room with a better view. She also meticulously prepared flowers, a cake, and various snacks – we couldn't have been more delighted! 😆 It was such a special surprise and incredibly touching ~ thank you very much!!! During our two-night stay, every request was met, and she even helped me resolve a sudden small issue. She was both patient and professional!!! A huge, huge thank you to the lovely Linda for her assistance these past few days! Definitely a five-star review! 😘

MMICHELLNESSMy friend stayed here last time, and we decided to return to this hotel again. We booked a suite because there were four of us, and the price was quite reasonable for the season. It has a large terrace, and sitting out there at night with the sea breeze and beautiful view was lovely. I heard this is the beach where 'Sisters Who Make Waves' was filmed. The beach is private, so there are very few people, and the water temperature isn't cold, making it perfect for swimming. The hotel's breakfast was also good, and the butler service was very attentive. The room cleaning was well done. There's a night market nearby, which is convenient for dining. It's definitely a recommended hidden gem.

AAnonymous UserAbsolutely loved this hotel! I'll definitely be back to Sanya, specifically Lingshui, next time, just for Aloha. They don't force you to pay for travel photography, and the rooms are great – they have a baby co-sleeper, a fridge, and a washing machine. I booked a sea-view room and the scenery was absolutely stunning. To top it all off, they even gave us a complimentary fruit platter. I loved everything about it!

The swimming pool is a bit small and shallow, only suitable for children. The hotel is very close to the beach and it is very convenient to go to the beach. However, if you have high requirements for the beach and sea color directly connected to the hotel, please consider it carefully. It is very convenient to take a taxi to Fenjiezhou Island, which is only a dozen minutes' drive away. The price is really super suitable, which is why I chose this place this time. In general, it is very cost-effective.
