The overall stay experience is not satisfactory. Let me talk about the advantages first: the clerk's service attitude is warm and actively helps with luggage; the decoration style is biased and the net red feeling is visually good. But there are the following problems in the actual experience: 1. Inadequate communication at check-in We asked if we could change to a room on the first floor (we didn't know there was an elevator at the time) due to the large amount of luggage. The front desk directly replied ”our actual room rate is 100 yuan in handcuffs” to reject the request. Whether it is a settlement issue between the platform and the store, passing the emotions on to the guests is very uncomfortable. 2. During the stay, I consulted the store about electric vehicles, and I didn't receive any response until I checked out. 3. After the bed sheet stains were found, the photo was taken and sent to the store. The reply was ”normal” and no replacement was done. The hygiene standards and response attitude were disappointing. 4. When the cleaning staff does not check out in the morning, they will swipe the card directly to enter the door. While still in the room, the cleaning aunt opened the door with the room card without knocking on the door, and was very frightened. Although the store called to apologize and explain, it has affected the sense of security and privacy of the stay. 5. The sound insulation of the room is poor,

The room is very clean and spacious. It is close to the beach for watching the sunrise and catching the sea. It is about 100 meters to the beach. You can see monkeys on the roadside on the way to the homestay. You can eat at the homestay. The fried chicken and tomato scrambled eggs are very delicious. Seafood needs to be booked in advance with the boss, so I didn't eat seafood. The shrimp porridge for breakfast is very delicious. The store also provides tools for catching the sea.

Smart Hotel is really good value for money! The front desk service attitude is good and professional answers to various questions. The room is clean and tidy, and the smart facilities make it very convenient, especially the projection equipment, which allows me to enjoy the movie-watching experience of a private cinema. There is also free parking, which is really thoughtful. I will choose here next time I travel!

The room was very good, although there were some equipment that did not work when I checked in, but the problem was solved quickly, the service was very good! There is a washing machine, the scenery is very good, and the air conditioning is very good. The best thing is the bed, which is more comfortable than a five-star hotel. There are some places to eat nearby. There are electric cars on the first floor.

Great value for money! It's super convenient as the night market street is right downstairs. The only downside is that parking isn't very convenient; you have to park at the Monkey Island Scenic Area parking lot. The owner is really nice though!

I went to Daidai Island and stayed in Lingshui County for one night and chose this hotel. It's a newly opened store. The hygiene is OK. The staff are friendly and helpful. It's close to the pier and can be walked there. There is a night market downstairs, which is very lively at night. But the newly opened hotel room has a slight smell. Everything else is good. Daidai Island is highly recommended. It is a small island with few people, beautiful scenery, and suitable for checking in and taking pictures during the trip to Hainan.

The view across from the hotel is amazing! Opening the window this morning to a lake view was truly delightful. I don't know the name of the lake, but it's definitely beautiful. The hotel's location is great; there's everything you could want for eating, drinking, and entertainment. Surprisingly, they even have a BaWang ChaJi (a popular tea brand) here! I've never seen one in Yingzhou before. This is my first time staying at this hotel, recommended by a friend. And it truly lives up to my friend's description: excellent service, beautiful scenery, and convenient parking—there are parking spaces in front and a large parking lot in the back. The rooms are also very spacious, and the price is reasonable.

This is a very nice hotel. The room was spacious, the bed comfortable and the bedding and pillows just right. There was also a great balcony., I would have liked a relaxing chair on there, but the furniture was okay. The service is excellent, the people are very friendly and extremely helpful. The pool is nice and clean, the yard is very pretty. The gym is a bit outdated and could do with a makeover and a location other than the dark cellar. Nearby is a pretty beach, a lovely park and an entertaining mall. If you take one of the siden street, you’ll find local shops. There is a bit of noise coming from the streets at night, but if you close the doors, it’s not too much of a bother and stops around 12:00 PM. Airconditioning is working really well. Had a great time, will visit again!

The room is big, very clean and tidy, the boss is very enthusiastic, the environment is very good, there is a commercial street nearby, it is very convenient to eat and drink, it takes less than ten minutes to walk to the beach, and there is a swimming pool downstairs. This weather is very suitable for playing in the water. If I didn't have to go back to work, I would be reluctant to leave. Hahahaha. Not bad. Recommended

The hotel is in Li'an Town, the room is clean and tidy, the bed is relatively large, and the price is high. There is a supermarket downstairs that is very convenient, and the dishes at the Wanghai Hotel next to it are not bad. It is about 3 kilometers away from Gangmenling Park. It is still a little far to walk. You can take the bus or call Didi. Whether you are driving or traveling freely, it is recommended to live here. Gangmenling Park has a beach to play, and you can also climb high and look far. It is worth a visit.
