The service at Parker was excellent; I was very satisfied with this experience. The entire hotel has a strong sense of design, and the buffet breakfast offers great value for money. The room layout is quite reasonable, and the room service is top-notch. The sea-view balcony is very therapeutic, and I rested very well. The hotel's several swimming pools are all great fun, suitable for all ages, with excellent water quality and plenty of lifeguards. The various venues and activities in the public spaces are rich and interesting. In short, I was happy every day of my three-day stay here. Next time I come to Lingshui, I will definitely choose the Kimpton Hotel. The hotel is truly amazing and gives a strong vacation vibe!

The room was upgraded for free, the breakfast was healthy and delicious, and the facilities were good. The most important swimming pool is great. In the morning, I watched the hotel staff carefully clean the swimming pool for almost 2 hours, and then went in for a happy swim. The sea and sky were all the same color, lawns, woods, beaches, and sea water. Compared to the kind of seaside villas with unobstructed views , the progressive depth of different landscapes, and the sense of envelopment brought by the mountains and the sea, let people blend into the embrace of nature in a very safe state, and return to the most authentic state,,, through the woods When I saw the local people sitting or standing on the rocks on the seaside in the distance, Zheng Zhihua's sailors instantly came to my mind. The freedom and power shown in this picture will also become a kind of spiritual nourishment that will nourish the future. Life, this is one of the meanings of travel.

This hotel opened last year, so the facilities are very new, and the service is very attentive. A special thanks to Iris from customer service, who was incredibly responsive to all our requests. The sand at Clear Water Bay beach is super fine and soft, not rough at all, and the sea is a beautiful blue-green. The overall environment is fantastic. However, there are three minor things that I found a bit disappointing: first, there's no indoor pool, and the sun from morning to midday was simply too intense to use the outdoor pool; second, the beach area was completely dark at night – it would be much better if there were some lights or activities; and third, I wish there was a bit more variety in the breakfast each day. It doesn't need to be completely different, but even slight changes would be nice. Overall, it's still a great place, and I'd love to come back again.

My family and I stayed at Raffles Hainan Clear Water Bay, and the experience exceeded our expectations! The hotel is private and quiet, with fine white sand beaches and crystal clear blue waters. The Balinese-style gardens are beautiful for photos everywhere you look. Our butler, Garrix, was incredibly reliable, arranging our room in advance and responding promptly to our requests after check-in. The pool offers expansive views, and soaking in it while watching the sunset in the evening was incredibly therapeutic. The breakfast selection was rich, and the Qingbuliang (a local dessert soup) and freshly made noodles were very much to our taste. Executive Chef Wang Jun and Jack Chen provided excellent service. Overall, it was a relaxing yet luxurious stay, a great place for family and friends to gather and unwind. We will definitely come again!

The hotel service was fantastic! My butler, Wanwan, contacted me two days in advance and even helped me book a parent-child activity. She was very responsive to all our needs, often exceeding our expectations – a huge thank you to her! All the other hotel staff, including the restaurant servers and concierge, were also incredibly warm and deserve praise. The only slight letdown was during check-out today when the underground parking was jammed for nearly an hour. The staff didn't notice it in time, and the car owner couldn't be reached, which unfortunately put a damper on the end of our trip. However, the hotel's facilities are very comprehensive, with great attention to detail, and the parent-child activities are abundant – my child had a blast! The only minor drawback is that the hotel's beach is quite narrow, and there's a steep slope to get there which isn't very easy to navigate. Also, the sand is a bit coarse. For a beachfront resort, we ended up spending very little time by the sea. Thankfully, the hotel's other entertainment facilities were attractive enough to keep us occupied. For a family vacation with kids, Sanyue Zheng is definitely worth experiencing.

My first trip to Sanya was absolutely stunning, thanks to Capella! It's definitely the top choice for families with kids, and the ocean-view room was breathtaking! This was our first time bringing our two-year-old to Sanya, and after thorough research, we chose Capella – and it proved to be the perfect decision! We stayed for a whole week, and the first 4 nights in the ocean-view room were simply amazing. Stepping out onto the balcony, you're greeted by an endless expanse of ocean. Waking up to that view every day put me in such a great mood. The room itself was incredibly spacious; even on rainy days, there was plenty of room for our baby to run and play. We could lay out several suitcases on the floor without feeling cramped at all. Capella's attention to detail was exceptional. Besides the routine morning cleaning, there was also a super ritualistic evening turndown service, with fresh towels and water replenished promptly. The main pool is fantastic for photos in swimwear! There were lifeguards on duty constantly, and they even helped inflate swimming rings. Towels were already laid out on the lounge chairs, so you could dry off immediately after swimming and avoid catching a cold. The sand on the beach was incredibly fine and soft; it felt so comfortable to walk on barefoot. Our baby loved digging in the sand so much that she didn't want to leave. And I must commend the Thai restaurant for its food! The grilled sea bass was absolutely divine, and the shaved ice was so refreshing in the summer heat. The service was also incredibly thoughtful; when we asked for plain boiled noodles for our baby, the kitchen prepared them for free. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of Chinese and Western dishes. That sour and spicy 'zaopo cu' (vinegar soup) was so appetizing; it felt like it could go with anything! It happened to be my and my husband's birthdays during our stay, and the hotel not only surprised us with a delicious, not-too-sweet birthday cake but also specially prepared longevity noodles for breakfast. It was both surprising and incredibly touching! The beachfront BBQ in the evening also had a wonderful ambiance, and we ate so much we could barely move. Most importantly, I want to thank our butler, Sky! She contacted us even before check-in, providing a super comprehensive map, details on the three ceremonies, and reservation guides. During our stay, she was warm, thoughtful, and meticulous. Any requests we had were handled incredibly quickly, and her responses were super prompt. Thank you, Sky, for your attentive care these past few days. We'll definitely stay here again next time we're in Sanya!

Xiao Zheng at the front desk was very enthusiastic and helpful. The hotel's outdoor greenery is beautiful, the sky and sea are a stunning blue, and the sand on the beach is incredibly soft. It's very close to Daidai Island and Monkey Island, only about two kilometers away. Taxis are quite easy to get here, and if you're driving, it's even more convenient. The stay at the hotel was decent, though it was a bit hot. There's no air conditioning in the lobby or in the breakfast area, but other than that, everything else was perfect.

The view across from the hotel is amazing! Opening the window this morning to a lake view was truly delightful. I don't know the name of the lake, but it's definitely beautiful. The hotel's location is great; there's everything you could want for eating, drinking, and entertainment. Surprisingly, they even have a BaWang ChaJi (a popular tea brand) here! I've never seen one in Yingzhou before. This is my first time staying at this hotel, recommended by a friend. And it truly lives up to my friend's description: excellent service, beautiful scenery, and convenient parking—there are parking spaces in front and a large parking lot in the back. The rooms are also very spacious, and the price is reasonable.

Not young people looking at the store, the service is average. But the store is very good value for money, go to Monkey Island, stay on the island is very convenient, walk to the pier, or the cable car ride. Driving to Wuzhizhou Island Pier for about 1 hour. During the peak water hours at night, there may be temporary water suspension. It is not cost-effective to catch the sea nearby, go fishing, and pull the cage. It is said that it was possible to rent a fisherman's boat to go out to fish for starfish and sea urchins. Now it is not for fishermen. The government is afraid that the fisherman's boat is dangerous. But those regular boats to fish for starfish sea urchins, pull the cage is very expensive, about 800 yuan, pull you to fish for starfish sea urchins, back and forth for half an hour, take a net fish two times to get starfish sea urchins, meaning let you go. The so-called pull cage is the kind of net put in advance for two or three days on the fish chop. Basically, you can't catch anything. There may be one or two fish that receive more goods, otherwise it is all small crabs, which is very, very worthless!

The room is big, very clean and tidy, the boss is very enthusiastic, the environment is very good, there is a commercial street nearby, it is very convenient to eat and drink, it takes less than ten minutes to walk to the beach, and there is a swimming pool downstairs. This weather is very suitable for playing in the water. If I didn't have to go back to work, I would be reluctant to leave. Hahahaha. Not bad. Recommended
