Comfortable stay with super warm hospitality. Easy comms via groupchat on wechat. Upon checking in, introduced us to the facilities and we were pleasantly surprised that they had even prepared a bedrail for our room without our request. My daughter had fun using the smart room control xiaodu xiaodu and enjoyed the play area. The extra touches of 2cups of specialty coffee, 10pcs laundry, bath salts, welcome fruits and bottled drinks were delightful. There was vip car transfer to/fro the waterfall ticketing entrance which was very helpful, and we waited less than 5mins each time. They tried to accommodate to our request for early check-in and late checkout. As we planned to be the first batch to enter the grand waterfall, they kindly helped to pack sandwich+fruits breakfast for us to bring to the waterfall, and always checked if we needed more bottled water etc. Excellent service from the wechat butler, reception and hotel staff. Photography service was cancelled as photographer was away on course. Our only regret was not having enough time to explore the facilities. Careful to type the correct hotel name when booking didi to the hotel as there is another hotel under the same chain called朵贝云hotel much further away.

The hotel proactively reached out beforehand and, upon learning we had two young children, kindly upgraded our room, which was incredibly thoughtful. Upon arriving at the car park, staff immediately offered to help with our luggage; they were very friendly and approachable. The hotel has a Japanese-inspired design, making for great photo opportunities, and features a heated outdoor onsen (hot spring bath). The hotel's dog is also super cute!

Highly recommended! The scenery at Wanfenglin is beautiful, and Fengxi Inn is even more wonderful. The staff are warm and friendly, the rooms are cozy with picturesque views from the windows, and the courtyard design is also very photogenic. The rice noodles for breakfast at the inn are delicious, and the self-service drinks are plentiful. You can also do laundry, etc. I will definitely come back again if I have the chance. I also tried their coffee shop and campsite in the scenic area. In short, I highly recommend staying here!

Thoughtful butler service: The day before check-in, they proactively contacted me with information about parking and other details. The butler even waited for me at the parking lot down the mountain and carried all my luggage to the room – very dedicated and responsible. Every staff member greeted us warmly, and any small issues we encountered were immediately resolved. When we accidentally left items in the room after check-out, they notified us right away and promptly brought them to the parking lot down the mountain. We're very grateful! The room decor was unique, and the evening performances in the scenic area were quite lively. The nearby Liu Family Lamb Noodles/Lamb Hot Pot and Qiu Family Cake next to the guesthouse were also delicious, highly recommend! 👍 My only suggestion is that during the off-peak season, when there are fewer guests, the breakfast restaurant they partner with opens a bit late. Perhaps they could arrange for a later breakfast time to avoid guests waiting around in the morning.

The owner of the hotel speaks English, very well. recommends places to visit, restaurants, coffee shops, and arranges a car from Wanfenglin to Guiyang for only 170 yuan per person. The breakfast is very delicious, the noodles are soft and tasty. The accommodation is very good. We very happy the hotel over 5 stars .the dog and cat very lovely

As a Xingyi person living in another place, I have been looking for this place for a long time. When I returned to my hometown, I took my family to Yuntun as soon as I came back. I booked a 3-bedroom villa with private hot spring. The facilities are complete and each of the 3 rooms has a toilet. It is especially suitable for family stay. Although there were some minor episodes in the middle, the hotel service responded promptly and handled it properly. They also humbly accepted our suggestions. In short, it did not affect the whole holiday experience. Because the advantages are too numerous to list, first of all, the environment of the hot spring public pool is very good, the high and low hot spring pools have their own scenery, a bit like a Bali hotel, maybe our check-in time is not in the peak period, there are few people and it is quiet, so the atmosphere is full. At night, I returned to the private spring of the villa, and the family had more privacy. Then there is the children's playground, which is quite large. The children like it very much and linger. Finally, it is a walking tour of the park. The scenery inside is simply too beautiful. You can take pictures as you go. You can see many plum trees and cherry trees. You can imagine that it will be more beautiful in the season. In short, when it gets hot, I will come back to experience it again.

Wonderful host with excellent services. Breakfast was good local food. The hotel personnel were helpful in providing tourism information. We were touched by the extra miles to get us the adapter by getting the shop keeper to send over. The environment was very good, complete with a tea room over seeing the mountain range. We shall return.

Most amazing place within a stunning region. If you are looking for a place to relax in a beautiful and not crowded environment you should come to this place. The service at the hotel is excellent and everyone is heartwarmingly nice, especially the manager, Athina, Qianyi Wu, who speaks excellent English, gives great advice and is a super nice person.
