Perfect
Comfortable stay with super warm hospitality. Easy comms via groupchat on wechat. Upon checking in, introduced us to the facilities and we were pleasantly surprised that they had even prepared a bedrail for our room without our request. My daughter had fun using the smart room control xiaodu xiaodu and enjoyed the play area. The extra touches of 2cups of specialty coffee, 10pcs laundry, bath salts, welcome fruits and bottled drinks were delightful. There was vip car transfer to/fro the waterfall ticketing entrance which was very helpful, and we waited less than 5mins each time. They tried to accommodate to our request for early check-in and late checkout. As we planned to be the first batch to enter the grand waterfall, they kindly helped to pack sandwich+fruits breakfast for us to bring to the waterfall, and always checked if we needed more bottled water etc. Excellent service from the wechat butler, reception and hotel staff. Photography service was cancelled as photographer was away on course. Our only regret was not having enough time to explore the facilities. Careful to type the correct hotel name when booking didi to the hotel as there is another hotel under the same chain called朵贝云hotel much further away.

The hotel proactively reached out beforehand and, upon learning we had two young children, kindly upgraded our room, which was incredibly thoughtful. Upon arriving at the car park, staff immediately offered to help with our luggage; they were very friendly and approachable. The hotel has a Japanese-inspired design, making for great photo opportunities, and features a heated outdoor onsen (hot spring bath). The hotel's dog is also super cute!

How does a stay being outstanding from others with same location, same scenery and surroundings? These are the important points that affects me: 1. The service 2. The cleanliness 3. The connection (with their guest) Hechu Minsu gives me the best experience with all the above. Awesome stays with them! Although they require a certain amount of deposit, look at the amenities and facilities, to me, it's necessary and it's refundable anyway. The quality of the stays come from a bad experience of the Minsu owner in other places, thus she set the standard with hers. Will definitely come back!

A unique cave hotel with incredible design! The infinity pool is perfect for photos. In the evening, the cave, illuminated by lights, looks incredibly romantic! The room we stayed in was spacious enough, and all the facilities and equipment were top-notch. Both breakfast and dinner were very much to our taste, with great attention to detail! Miss Yuan provided attentive and enthusiastic service! She shared the fascinating history and story behind the cave hotel with us! I'd suggest adding a basket in the bathroom for used towels. Also, I hope the young men at the front desk could be a bit more enthusiastic!

Thoughtful butler service: The day before check-in, they proactively contacted me with information about parking and other details. The butler even waited for me at the parking lot down the mountain and carried all my luggage to the room – very dedicated and responsible. Every staff member greeted us warmly, and any small issues we encountered were immediately resolved. When we accidentally left items in the room after check-out, they notified us right away and promptly brought them to the parking lot down the mountain. We're very grateful! The room decor was unique, and the evening performances in the scenic area were quite lively. The nearby Liu Family Lamb Noodles/Lamb Hot Pot and Qiu Family Cake next to the guesthouse were also delicious, highly recommend! 👍 My only suggestion is that during the off-peak season, when there are fewer guests, the breakfast restaurant they partner with opens a bit late. Perhaps they could arrange for a later breakfast time to avoid guests waiting around in the morning.

A surprising B&B to stay at in Wanfenglin I found it on Xiaohongshu I saw people saying that the swimming pool is good for taking photos because it faces Wanfenglin~ I was not disappointed, the photos are really good~ You can take photos with an endless feeling The local plums prepared in the lobby are really good~ crispy The staff will also help you take photos~ If there are any problems, they will be solved immediately The original room had some minor problems, so the staff upgraded the room for free~I am very satisfied The breakfast has my favorite 🍜, and the set meal will not be wasted~

There is only one reason that I put 5 stars for this hotel... it is because I cannot put 10. Everything was perfect about this hotel, breathtaking views to Vanfenglin Scenic area, spacious, clean and well equipped rooms, most welcoming and helpful staff, that will not allow you leave without water or milk bottles and making sure that everything is perfect. A perfect place to stay if you plan visiting Vanfenglin scenic area (which is an outstanding experience by the way). Be sure to chill on the balcony the evening with a cup of excellant Chinese tea.

It was my first time staying in a mahogany hotel with an ancient charm. Whether it was the public areas or the guest rooms, I could see antique mahogany furniture everywhere.
