"The most satisfying accommodation of my Guizhou trip, excellent value for money! The location is superb, in a prime area with numerous restaurants nearby. It's also not far from the Malinghe Grand Canyon and Wanfenglin Scenic Area. Vienna's service and cleanliness gave me peace of mind. There is both above-ground and underground parking, convenient for those driving. Special praise goes to the staff. Because we needed extra help, they upgraded our room, provided complimentary breakfast and welcome fruit, and when we left with a lot of luggage, the staff proactively helped us with it. A big thank you!"

"The main purpose of my trip to Xingyi was to relax and enjoy the scenery of Wanfenglin. Since I wasn't familiar with Wanfenglin, I chose the Atour Hotel in the city and booked a room with a balcony, which was very pleasant. The underground parking lot is quite large with two levels, but the ramps are a bit narrow, so you need to drive carefully. The room and pillows were very comfortable, and I trust the quality and service of the Atour brand."

"I stayed here once for a business trip, and at that time, the room had cleanliness issues and mosquitoes. The hotel proactively contacted me to apologize and promised to improve room hygiene and mosquito control procedures. This time, my girlfriend visited Wanfenglin, and I booked a king room for her again. I didn't go myself, but my girlfriend was very satisfied. She reported that the room's cleanliness was excellent, and there were no mosquito problems. The staff were as warm and attentive as ever. Although this courtyard view room is on the first floor, the view is superb. However, if privacy is a major concern, I wouldn't recommend it, as there's no private balcony. It's clear that the hotel genuinely listens to guest feedback and has made real improvements to the details. I highly recommend this guesthouse to anyone visiting Wanfenglin."

"This is an aparthotel located in an apartment building within a large shopping mall. We booked a room with one large bed and one single bed. The front desk was in a separate building, but it was conveniently close. The room was spacious and bright, and we were finally able to wash our dirty clothes from a few days of travel; they dried quickly. While the single bed's mattress was quite comfortable, the large bed's mattress wasn't, which was tough on my back. Breakfast wasn't particularly good; only the noodles and vermicelli were palatable. We had a great time overall and really enjoyed Xinyi as a city. We'd definitely come back!"

"First, the hotel's location is superb, just a 5-minute walk from the entrance to Xiaoqingshan. We arrived early at 8:00 AM, and there were very few people. We took the elevator down and began exploring the canyon scenery – the timing was perfect. After reaching the Wanma Benteng Waterfall, we returned and walked up to the Dachaiwo exit, then to the bridge for a panoramic view. Although climbing the stairs was a bit tiring, the initial tour was completely uncongested, saving us time, so the extra effort was worthwhile. After enjoying the canyon view, we walked back to the hotel in about 10 minutes, arriving at 11:00 AM. Second, the service was excellent. The cleaning staff were very diligent; I saw them cleaning the corridor railings and windows spotless both nights we stayed. They paid attention to even these details, so room cleanliness was assured. Third, the hotel's designated breakfast area is called Miaojia Shengyan, a large, garden-style restaurant. The ordering system there is very rigid; you can only order from the menu, with no room for negotiation. However, there's a free Miao ethnic performance after dinner around 6:30 PM, with a wonderful atmosphere – definitely worth seeing."

"The hotel's location is convenient; it's about an 8-minute taxi ride to Wanfenglin and 15 minutes to Malin River. The view from the hotel's observation deck is stunning. This time, I brought my parents and stayed in a two-bedroom suite. Since there were stairs, the front desk sent someone to help with our luggage, which was a very thoughtful gesture. The hotel also offers shuttle services to the high-speed rail station and the airport, and the drivers are all very friendly. The breakfast selection is also very rich. The front desk staff provided excellent service. I initially found our room a bit noisy and asked to switch, and they responded the next day saying a new room was available. However, after someone came to close the windows properly, it was much better, so we decided not to switch. I have a couple of minor suggestions: the water provided in the lobby is too hot to drink; it would be better to offer warm or cold water, especially in hot weather. Also, the towels in the bathroom are quite old and could use an upgrade. Overall, the hotel has a great location, and everyone's service is really good! 👍 I plan to try the Shanchuanju next time I visit."
