MMatt CQLocated pretty close to T2 (ÂŁ25 taxi) this relatively new hotel is well worth considering. Clean functional rooms with very comfy beds. Friendly and helpful staff and if you are interested a great view of the incoming aircraft.
Breakfast is well worth the extra ÂŁ11 and there is a bus to take you back to the station/airport if needed.
A good stay
GGuest UserWe arrived late , check in was easy , having a car park that had security as well was excellent and a nice easy start the next day to get to terminal 3 . We had a family room which was perfect , would definitely book again if flying from Heathrow , takes the stress out of travelling early on the day of the flight
GGuest UserCheck-in was easy and efficiently managed
They were able to accommodate our request for room near the elevator.
The breakfast was good.
We were given a room on 3rd floor despite our reservation was for a high floor king room
Housekeeping should hv bn more astute in ensuring amenities like tissues are amply sufficient. Our tissue box had barely a few pieces left. Housekeeping was no longer available, we had to collect it from the reception at the lobby
We would be grateful if bottled drinking water were provided.
GGuest UserThe hotel was clean, with a deep soaking tub/shower combo. Â All employees were friendly, efficient and helpful. Bed was quite comfortable. The tomato soup is outstanding. Â I would stay at this hotel again!
AAnonymous UserI stayed at the Sheraton Heathrow Hotel and had a very pleasant experience overall.
I took a taxi from the airport and arrived in less than 10 minutes, which only cost a few pounds more than the Hotel Hoppa. For two of us with two large suitcases, this was much more convenient, especially since the bus only runs about once an hour for our timing.
The staff were helpful and friendly, and the hotel offered mince pies and hot chocolate at reception, which was a lovely Christmas welcome. The room was nice and clean, and the bathroom was well equipped with basic toiletries and body lotion.
The bedding was extremely comfortable and we slept very well. We also rented a car from next door, so the location of this hotel was a big plus for us. Overall, a very convenient and comfortable stay near Heathrow.
KKay-aItâs my second time at the Thistle and I found it to be a much better experience. The room was much more comfortable with enough space not to feel closed by in. Although the venue is dated, itâs clean with friendly and helpful reception and housekeeping staff. They took pains to make my bed extra comfortable after my first night as I didnât want to change rooms. Besides the pod to take you to T5, there is a uber kiosk in the reception area to book an uber trip ( one or return) to any of the terminals. Taking public transportation was convenient.
PPoowadee KunpalinI arrived late night at Heathrow airport and need to stay overnight to catch up early flight in the morning. This hotel is near to airport and reasonable price with Ibis brand guarantees. The room was OK although it was quiet small but just overnight is OK. No amenities in the room. Overall is fine. The taxi from the airport is very expensive almost more than the saem price for one night of this hotel!!!
LLifeThruMyLensGreat little hotel with lots of character. The double room was small but clean and bed was comfy. Tea and coffee making facilities in the room also and easy to use heater/aircon unit. Modern bathroom with shower. The furniture is looking tired and could do with updating. Canât comment on breakfast as I didnât have it but overall for a one night stay to attend a party in the area, it was great đ
GGuest UserOverall very good, very close to the airport, this price can live in London to such a hotel has been very value! We flew to London on AirAsia's CA937 flight. We came to the UK for the first time. After getting off the plane, we went to the rental car company to get the car. It was almost 8 o'clock. It was just black, and it was opened in five minutes. It was free at the door. parking lot. The hotel room is small, but it can be set up in a separate bathroom. In fact, for the person who arrived on the first day, due to the time difference, basically can't sleep in the middle of the night (except for the child, my son went to sleep and went to sleep until dawn), the size of the room does not matter, there is a place to stay. I woke up from one o'clock in the morning, although the hotel was facing the street, but it was super quiet at night! Breakfast is typical continental, simple but full enough. The front desk clerk is very welcoming and will automatically greet you if you appear in front of him and ask if you need help. Overall very good hotel, affordable, very suitable for family outings, you can't take it with Holiday Inn at this price, but definitely better than the public bathroom youth hostel
