FFichauIdeal for a short stay. Not much food options nearby but certainly Deliveroo can help. Close to Heathrow, there are both public bus and airport shuttle to go to and from Heathrow. Perhaps it’s better if the hotel can provide more detail information about bus/ shuttle bus transfer from Heathrow.

It's a bit dated and they could do with a revamp in the lobby area and in the covered courtyard.
However, the rooms are great, TV was huge, not a little box 😁
Bar area is also good and not expensive.
Breakfast was ok , good selection but not 5* food.
All in all, a good place to stay for a weekend trip to London.
Piccadilly line is only 10 minutes up the road on the bus...

GGuest UserThis is the second time I’ve stayed at the Radisson Red in the past month due to flying from Heathrow. It is also the second time that checking in was chaotic, with the self check in computers not working and this not being resolved with increased or quicker staff. Moreover, the staff have a habit of not making eye contact with you, not acknowledging you, not really managing the chaos or reassuring properly. In the end, I waited in a queue for around half an hour to check in. People are naturally tired when they get to an airport hotel- the staff need to show some awareness of that. Then in the morning, I asked when the next shuttle to heathrow was and was informed, 2 minutes. I waited for 25 minutes and no bus. I went back to reception to ask what was going on and was told ‘it’s heathrow that run the bus, not us.’ It was yet more unhelpful at tidied and an unwillingness to be at all accountable.

MMagdalena LillaBooked this because we had an almost 12 hour overlay in London. The hotel is close to Heathrow Terminal 3. Staff was nice, but gave too much explanation, we only wanted to check in and go to sleep because we only had around 5 hours till we needed to wake up and go to the airport again. If we had any questions, we'd just ask. No need for staff to offer so much info, or ask us if we wanted to eat at the restaurant (even at such a late night hour). The room was ok, but not the kind we would stay in for several days. It looked like it needed some renovation. All in all, we'd book again if we absolutely needed it for a night and nothing else cheaper was available. The price seemed way over for the value or quality. But this is London.

GGuest UserIt is close to the airport and easy to find. At first the stay was comfortable. The room was clean and had plenty of space for your luggage.
But after one busy night, we had the most noisy and worst family checked in at 11:30pm next to us. It wasn’t just a normal little noise it was constant all through the night. Kids screaming, tv on the loudest, bathroom door banging until 4am!!!! You can hear everything! Night manager didn’t do anything. It was unbelievable and unbearable.. If you want to choose a quiet hotel and have a good rest for your long haul flight THIS IS NOT THE PLACE TO STAY!! I complained to the staff, but they said they couldn’t do anything. Very disappointed. Because of this incident I won’t be recommending or staying here ever again. Also the car park is not £15 per day it’s £17. This should be updated.

GGuest UserI absolutely loved this place. Seemed newly renovated and very well kept. Im a woman solo traveling and the man who runs the place/front desk made me feel very safe. The room was super cute, loved the rose theme throughout the hotel. Everything was very clean and modern. The TV had Netflix and I was so grateful! Most hotels don’t accommodate for Netflix and this one did! Breakfast was delicious with options for every diet! Loved the Rose Cafe, felt like I was in a movie. I will definitely be staying here again.
