We were impressed by the hotel's efficient check-in and check-out process, which was very welcoming. They kindly allowed us to check in early, at around 11:15 a.m. The hotel offers a very safe and secure environment, with friendly staff and live music. Our room was impeccably clean and equipped with an air conditioning/cold air system. The bed and pillows were super comfy, and there were plenty of electric sockets to charge our devices. I especially appreciated the small touches, such as the high-quality toiletries and the well-stocked coffee and tea station—with a small bottle of milk already in the fridge. However, despite what was shown on the website, there was no espresso machine in the room—only an electric kettle. This was a bit disappointing, as my partner loves his coffee! Breakfast was abundant, featuring a variety of cereals, yoghurts, fresh fruit, pastries, and a hot breakfast selection. Dinner was a feast, with many delicious options to choose from. We will definitely stay here again.

The hotel was conveniently located to meet my partner as she had driven and I had flown into Heathrow. I had searched for a hotel with parking, Sauna and breakfast! Great I thought when Radisson was in the list of hotels with my criteria, disappointingly I was met with an additional £20 charge for parking my vehicle however my partner who had been at a conference in a nearby hotel had parking included for 24 hours.

My second stay at the Leonardo Hotel was every bit as good as the last time. Such a comfortable bed, good shower, plenty of tea bags and milks in the room and very friendly and helpful staff. Scrumptious breakfast too. This was just what I needed after a long haul flight.

AAnonymous UserI stayed at the Sheraton Heathrow Hotel and had a very pleasant experience overall. I took a taxi from the airport and arrived in less than 10 minutes, which only cost a few pounds more than the Hotel Hoppa. For two of us with two large suitcases, this was much more convenient, especially since the bus only runs about once an hour for our timing. The staff were helpful and friendly, and the hotel offered mince pies and hot chocolate at reception, which was a lovely Christmas welcome. The room was nice and clean, and the bathroom was well equipped with basic toiletries and body lotion. The bedding was extremely comfortable and we slept very well. We also rented a car from next door, so the location of this hotel was a big plus for us. Overall, a very convenient and comfortable stay near Heathrow.

Our family arrived at gone 23.00hrs because of hold-ups on the motorways. The gentleman at the reception desk could not have been more helpful even carrying our luggage to our rooms and making sure the heating was at a suitable level. The rooms themselves were clean and beautifully appointed. In the morning the owner and his wife welcomed us and could not be more welcoming. The location is ideally suited for Heathrow which is around a 15 mins drive. Certainly we will be using Rosemay Hotel again when we have to fly from Heathrow. Highly recommend!!

MMr John PEasy to get to from T5 and to get to Heathrow Central by regular bus . Bus timetable is from Hotel to Heathrow Central. (It’s the next stop). Room was nice, good a free up-grade from the ‘Cozy’ room as I am a member. Pool and gym are ok.

I stayed at the Best Western Ariel for one night before an early morning flight from Heathrow, and it was a solid choice for convenience. The location is great — only a few minutes from Terminals 2 and 3, and there's a shuttle bus that runs regularly. Check-in was smooth and the staff were friendly and helpful, even with my late arrival. The room was compact but clean, with everything I needed for a short stay — comfy bed, decent shower, and a kettle with tea and coffee. It’s not a luxury hotel by any means, but it served its purpose well. The soundproofing was surprisingly good considering the proximity to the airport — I barely heard any planes. Only downside was the breakfast — it felt a bit basic for the price. Also, the decor is a bit dated, but again, for a one-night airport stopover, it’s totally fine. Would stay again if I need to be close to Heathrow!
