Very Good
XXiaofeixiangquanjiafuThe environment is very good, but the room facilities are generally too small, and the bedding and towels are old. The surrounding area is very convenient, with supermarkets, laundry rooms, and restaurants.
GGuest UserWe arrived late , check in was easy , having a car park that had security as well was excellent and a nice easy start the next day to get to terminal 3 . We had a family room which was perfect , would definitely book again if flying from Heathrow , takes the stress out of travelling early on the day of the flight
AAnonymous UserI stayed at the Sheraton Heathrow Hotel and had a very pleasant experience overall.
I took a taxi from the airport and arrived in less than 10 minutes, which only cost a few pounds more than the Hotel Hoppa. For two of us with two large suitcases, this was much more convenient, especially since the bus only runs about once an hour for our timing.
The staff were helpful and friendly, and the hotel offered mince pies and hot chocolate at reception, which was a lovely Christmas welcome. The room was nice and clean, and the bathroom was well equipped with basic toiletries and body lotion.
The bedding was extremely comfortable and we slept very well. We also rented a car from next door, so the location of this hotel was a big plus for us. Overall, a very convenient and comfortable stay near Heathrow.
KKay-aIt’s my second time at the Thistle and I found it to be a much better experience. The room was much more comfortable with enough space not to feel closed by in. Although the venue is dated, it’s clean with friendly and helpful reception and housekeeping staff. They took pains to make my bed extra comfortable after my first night as I didn’t want to change rooms. Besides the pod to take you to T5, there is a uber kiosk in the reception area to book an uber trip ( one or return) to any of the terminals. Taking public transportation was convenient.
GGuest UserThe room I booked was supposed to be a brand new suite, but it wasn't. It was completely different to the picture I was sent. The bed was nice and comfortable. Luckily I took some tea bags and milk with me, as only 2 tea bags were there!!. I went down for dinner and had a yummy steak and ale pie.
Got up, had a shower and packed ready for the bus to the airport. Got the bus ok, and got to the airport in plenty of time.
GGuest UserThe hotel was conveniently located to meet my partner as she had driven and I had flown into Heathrow.
I had searched for a hotel with parking, Sauna and breakfast! Great I thought when Radisson was in the list of hotels with my criteria, disappointingly I was met with an additional £20 charge for parking my vehicle however my partner who had been at a conference in a nearby hotel had parking included for 24 hours.
GGuest UserI absolutely loved this place. Seemed newly renovated and very well kept. Im a woman solo traveling and the man who runs the place/front desk made me feel very safe. The room was super cute, loved the rose theme throughout the hotel. Everything was very clean and modern. The TV had Netflix and I was so grateful! Most hotels don’t accommodate for Netflix and this one did! Breakfast was delicious with options for every diet! Loved the Rose Cafe, felt like I was in a movie. I will definitely be staying here again.
GGuest UserThe room was clean and it's very close to the airport with convenient transportation. There's a direct bus from the airport that gets you there in just 15 minutes. It's also super easy to get to the city center from the airport! The closest attraction, and a must-visit if you only have 3 or 4 days, is the world-famous Kew Gardens.
GGuest UserIf you’re looking for a convenient stay just ten minutes from Heathrow Airport, this hotel is a solid choice. While the property could benefit from an update, the lobby entrance is bright and welcoming, giving a good first impression. The bathrooms need deeper cleaning, as the grouting showed some dark spots that detracted from the overall feel. Similarly, the rooms would benefit from a refresh to match the comfort of the public areas. On the positive side, the front desk staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful. There’s a handy machine in the lobby that lets you call and pay for an Uber in multiple languages — I used it several times and found it very convenient. Although the train station isn’t far, I opted for the bus service right across the street, which made local travel easy. There’s not much within walking distance, and taxis into central London can be pricey, so this hotel works best as a short‑stay option before or after a flight. Overall, it’s a comfortable and practical place to rest for a couple of nights. If your priority is proximity to the airport and friendly service, I’d recommend it.
AAnamorphicCheck in service was excellent. Location, couldn’t ask for anything better.
Breakfast included was poor. Kitchen area had only one small table. Also, only a few cups, which were currently being used by another family so had to wait 30 mins to service ourselves only bread and peanut butter.
Fridge completely empty. 😢
