Rooms are of decent size for a family of 4. Staff were considerate and pre-made the sofa bed in the living room for us. Breakfast was great too. Recommended for families.

We were impressed by the hotel's efficient check-in and check-out process, which was very welcoming. They kindly allowed us to check in early, at around 11:15 a.m. The hotel offers a very safe and secure environment, with friendly staff and live music. Our room was impeccably clean and equipped with an air conditioning/cold air system. The bed and pillows were super comfy, and there were plenty of electric sockets to charge our devices. I especially appreciated the small touches, such as the high-quality toiletries and the well-stocked coffee and tea station—with a small bottle of milk already in the fridge. However, despite what was shown on the website, there was no espresso machine in the room—only an electric kettle. This was a bit disappointing, as my partner loves his coffee! Breakfast was abundant, featuring a variety of cereals, yoghurts, fresh fruit, pastries, and a hot breakfast selection. Dinner was a feast, with many delicious options to choose from. We will definitely stay here again.

My second stay at the Leonardo Hotel was every bit as good as the last time. Such a comfortable bed, good shower, plenty of tea bags and milks in the room and very friendly and helpful staff. Scrumptious breakfast too. This was just what I needed after a long haul flight.

Travel from the West Midlands to Heathrow to catch a flight the next morning so I thought I would treat myself to a room at Premier Inn Heathrow check-in went to the room as you can see far from Premier was offered a free breakfast i said would like a to move room and was moved to disabled room (see photos) with no bath as the first room so moved again this time a clean room with bath ! this is not you need when travelling most of the day with a tube strike on John

I stayed at the Sheraton Heathrow Hotel and had a very pleasant experience overall. I took a taxi from the airport and arrived in less than 10 minutes, which only cost a few pounds more than the Hotel Hoppa. For two of us with two large suitcases, this was much more convenient, especially since the bus only runs about once an hour for our timing. The staff were helpful and friendly, and the hotel offered mince pies and hot chocolate at reception, which was a lovely Christmas welcome. The room was nice and clean, and the bathroom was well equipped with basic toiletries and body lotion. The bedding was extremely comfortable and we slept very well. We also rented a car from next door, so the location of this hotel was a big plus for us. Overall, a very convenient and comfortable stay near Heathrow.

Easy to get to from T5 and to get to Heathrow Central by regular bus . Bus timetable is from Hotel to Heathrow Central. (It’s the next stop). Room was nice, good a free up-grade from the ‘Cozy’ room as I am a member. Pool and gym are ok.
