Amazing
I recently stayed at Phong Nha Mountain House, and I can honestly say it was one of the most comfortable and welcoming experiences I've ever had. The hosts went above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect. They helped with everything from laundry and food to providing invaluable advice about the local area. They also assisted in booking an incredible tour around the caves, which was a highlight of my trip. When my motorbike broke down, they offered to find a mechanic for me and even took me to the bus station to make sure I could continue my journey safely. I could not recommend Phong Nha Mountain House enough. The hosts are some of the kindest, most genuine people I have met, and their hospitality truly made my stay unforgettable.

A beautiful place with all the comforts. Magnificent view! The scooter rental service is very convenient for exploring the surrounding area. Very quick laundry service. On-site dining available.

Overall, a great room. Our room included breakfast. At our personal request, the owner even made us breakfast for the road, since we were leaving early. View from the window to the mountains. It was not noisy. We also rented a bike from the owner, no problems.

Overall, I have a good impression of the family who runs this accommodation. The location is excellent, right by the river, and the people are very kind and welcoming. The breakfast was good and enjoyable. What I did not like was the fact that we stayed in December, when the humidity was extremely high. The windows were constantly wet, and the room developed a musty smell. We had to keep the air conditioning on all the time to manage the humidity, but then the room became very cold. In general, it is a rather chilly accommodation, especially in winter, but the river view is absolutely beautiful and makes up for it.

Best home stay around! Vinn and his wife are great hosts and provide a great atmosphere. Vinn is also a tour guide and offers an amazing tour to the caves which we took and it was wonderful!

Very clean rooms, located right next to the river, near some great restaurants. Has a nice big pool. The breakfast was good as well. The only down side was the door os the bathroom, the handle felt down whenever we close the door from the outside. Some minors repairs could be helpful.

The staff were super friendly. There are restaurants and shops near by. The rooftop is quite beautiful! There was a short man at the front desk who was extremely helpful, sadly I can’t rmr his name. I’d stay here again

Loved the little bungalow, super clean (no bugs) which is lovely. The family who own it super welcoming and friendly. Who doesn’t love a comfortable bed and great Ac. All you need when travelling. Even arranged for us to get a scooter for the days we was there. If we are ever back we will defo be returning to the bungalows.
