Amazing
Really lovely place. Owner was attentive and even reccomended tourist locations. Bike rental is available and the on site restaurant is fantastic with many options, the price is also very similiar to local restaurants. All amenities worked well and everything was new. AC and Hot water machines were new and bed was very comfortable. Definitely coming back

I recently stayed at Phong Nha Mountain House, and I can honestly say it was one of the most comfortable and welcoming experiences I've ever had. The hosts went above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect. They helped with everything from laundry and food to providing invaluable advice about the local area. They also assisted in booking an incredible tour around the caves, which was a highlight of my trip. When my motorbike broke down, they offered to find a mechanic for me and even took me to the bus station to make sure I could continue my journey safely. I could not recommend Phong Nha Mountain House enough. The hosts are some of the kindest, most genuine people I have met, and their hospitality truly made my stay unforgettable.

We really enjoyed our stay. They checked us in at 5am when the whole city was asleep. Very friendly administrators! Spacious room with a nice view from the window. You can book excursions and bus tickets to another city at the hotel. The price for such a room is simply amazing. The location is convenient. You can rent a motorbike right across the street. We will definitely come back!

Best home stay around! Vinn and his wife are great hosts and provide a great atmosphere. Vinn is also a tour guide and offers an amazing tour to the caves which we took and it was wonderful!

Fantastic Homestay! A room with everything you need, good self cooked food and a perfect service from pick up, organization of sleeper bus, supporting with activities and delivery to the bus pick up! The lady of the house speaks a very good English and answered very quick! Thank you very much for this great service!

GGuest UserGreat location in Phong Nha, minutes walk to where the bus drops you off. The only good thing other than the location and price was the help the staff provided with logistics. Diep was very helpful arranging transportation for us, even on her day off. We chose this hotel because it was listed as a 3 star hotel, not sure if that is accurate. The hostels in the town looked much nicer, listed as 2 stars, but we are a little bit older and not sure we would fit in with the younger patrons shown in the hostel pictures. Though we wouldn’t have used their large pool due to the rainy weather, it was only half full of water and not usable. The breakfast included in the room price was limited; might want to inquire ahead of time.
