The hotel service was excellent. As soon as I walked in, staff members helped me with my luggage and offered me water. Check-in was very quick. The room was bright and spacious, very clean inside, and the decor had a great feel to it. The en-suite bathroom had a separate wet and dry area. They even gave me two instant noodle cups as a welcome gift. The minibar had capsule coffee and more.

This isn't the first time I've chosen this hotel, and it's always great with a fantastic location and excellent service! The facilities are complete, and it offers great value for money, which is rare to find in Europe. Next time, I'll have to try the hotel's food.

The hotel's location is pretty good, situated in a residential area, so it's not too noisy. However, the hotel is quite small, and the rooftop pool is also tiny. The room itself is decent, nothing spectacular, but it does have a rather stylish design. The floor drain design is quite unique.

Fantastic! The hotel is spacious and cool. Breakfast is excellent! Plus, it's within walking distance of Casa Mila and Casa Batllo. They have a Chinese-speaking front desk staff who are very welcoming and polite. It's only a five-minute walk to the metro station, and there's a Michelin-starred restaurant right downstairs.

This is a five-star hotel with good service, but the room is a bit small. The most surprising thing was walking in and seeing two pillars right by the entrance, which was a bit hard to accept.

We stayed for 4 nights and were grateful to the hotel for upgrading our room. The hotel is very new, with double sinks in the bathroom, and the shower facilities are modern and clean. The amenities provided are also high-end, and the bedding is comfortable, ensuring a really good night's sleep. The service was excellent; the Chinese ladies at the front desk were warm and friendly, and they answered all our questions enthusiastically – a definite highlight! The hotel breakfast was good, and you could even order complimentary pancakes or omelets, so getting a full meal was no problem at all. The location of the hotel is fantastic, with many highly-rated restaurants nearby, making it super convenient for getting around. A 5-minute walk to the left takes you to Casa Milà, and about a 15-minute walk brings you to Casa Batlló (where you'll also find the Gràcia metro and train stations). Turning right and walking for 5 minutes leads you to Provença metro station, which is very handy for getting to Mount Tibidabo. All in all, we were extremely satisfied with our 5-day, 4-night stay in Barcelona, and I highly recommend this hotel!

I stayed at the hotel for 3 nights, and most of my experience was great. The front desk staff were all polite and enthusiastic, and there was turn-down service with chocolates every evening. The breakfast was very Western, and the staff were very helpful in assisting with and providing the food I needed. The room was small but exquisite, with a stylish design concept and a kettle, which is a must-have for Chinese guests. My only complaint: upon check-in, I asked the front desk if I could get a room upgrade (since I was staying for 3 nights). The tall foreign staff member initially agreed, but after he went into a small back room to discuss for 2-3 minutes, he came out and told me it would cost an extra 40 euros per night, which was a bit disappointing. So, I didn't get the upgrade and stayed in room 601, which had two large pillars and a small window with no sunlight. I hope for a better experience next time!
