"We had such a lovely time. I’d definitely go back! My daughter was over the moon at their waterpark, and celebrating her birthday there made it extra special. The staff were wonderful, the service was great, and everything about our stay felt smooth and easy. The weather was perfect, and to top it off, when our original room wasn’t available due to maintenance, they surprised us with a free upgrade. It truly made the whole experience even better."

"The room decor feels quite dated, with the bathroom and various furnishings showing their age and a slight musty smell. The air conditioning automatically turns off when the balcony door is opened. The external environment is relatively good, with a park and a beach available. The pool is also well-designed, helping to distribute people. There's a 'naughty bag' (play area) suitable for different age groups of children, which requires a fee, though hotel guests receive a discounted rate. Breakfast gets very crowded, so expect to queue. Overall, it's suitable for a family vacation. However, if you have high expectations for the accommodation experience, you might want to choose a newer hotel."

"I had a pleasant stay at Savoy Hotel Mactan Cebu. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, making it easy to relax after a long day. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and quick to assist with any requests. The hotel facilities, especially the swimming pool, were well-maintained, and the location was convenient, with easy access to the airport and nearby attractions. The breakfast offered a good variety of food, although adding more local dishes would make it even better. Overall, I had a great experience and would recommend this hotel to both business and leisure travellers."

"We had a wonderful stay at Mercure Mactan and were very happy with our experience. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and conveniently located in Mactan Newtown, where there are plenty of food options, restaurants, and cafes, all just a short walk from the hotel. The staff were friendly and accommodating. We were also celebrating a birthday during our stay, and the hotel kindly prepared a simple cake for us, which we really appreciated. It was a lovely little touch that made the celebration more special. Another great thing is that guests can enjoy access to the pool and beach in Mactan Newtown, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The only area that could be improved is the breakfast selection, but it wasn’t a major issue and didn’t take away from our overall experience. Overall, we had a great stay and would definitely consider coming back!"

"My family and I recently stayed at Crimson for a night, and the experience was nothing short of exceptional. My daughter absolutely loved the place, and the only word she could repeatedly say was, “AMAZING.” The buffet breakfast was outstanding, especially the wide variety of options available for kids. It was thoughtful touches like these that made our stay even more enjoyable. The foam party at the infinity pool was also a big highlight and added so much fun and excitement for the children. What truly made our stay memorable was the hospitality of the staff. Everyone was incredibly accommodating, warm, and approachable throughout our visit. During checkout, a piece of luggage belonging to a guest from Room 619 was accidentally loaded into our car. As soon as we discovered it, we immediately contacted the concierge, and the taxi driver kindly returned it to the hotel right away. Overall, we had a truly wonderful and memorable stay at the resort. Thank you for the excellent service and experience — we would gladly return and highly recommend Crimson to others."

"Everything was great – the room condition, amenities, location, and service. Every staff member I encountered greeted me and opened doors for me. They even opened the car door when I called a Grab. I was so touched! I've been coming here for two years in a row, and I'll definitely keep coming back. Oh, and it's fantastic value for money compared to other resorts!"

"It needs a little bit of walk before reaching the main road, but it’s not that far probably 3-5mins depending on your speed. The room is very spacious! Even the cr, spacious! The staff - all accommodating! There is hair blower, mini ref, toilet bidet, water heater for coffee. Loved the stay"

"We returned after a year for my daughter's birthday celebration! 🎂 The hotel staff were all incredibly friendly and accommodating. 🤗 My daughter was thrilled when some staff members even remembered us, and she immediately said, 'I want to stay at this hotel again!' 🥳 The Allegro restaurant had been renovated and looked beautiful ✨. However, I was disappointed that the variety and grandeur of the dishes were not as good as before. 😢 (On our last day, we received a letter saying it would reopen on July 23rd… I hope it returns to its previous luxurious state.) My daughter was looking forward to eating puto bumbong, but it wasn't available this time, which brought her to tears. 😭 Our room was always kept impeccably clean, making our stay very comfortable. I absolutely love the sunrise and ocean views from this room. Sitting on the balcony provides such a healing and relaxing time. 🤗 However, this particular room doesn't have a bathtub 🛁. It's always a tough decision when choosing a room: should I prioritize the amazing view or a room with a bathtub? 😩 There are three pools on the property, which are a lot of fun! 😊 The fresh juice by the poolside was absolutely delicious. It's great that a Jollibee has opened within walking distance of the hotel! 😊 Tumalog Falls was also wonderful! This was my first time visiting a shooting range as well! We had so much fun and made some amazing memories. 🥰 We definitely want to visit again!"

"I had a pleasant stay at Plantations Resort Mactan and appreciated the peaceful surroundings and overall atmosphere. However, considering the price, I expected a little more in terms of room facilities and value. Some areas felt dated, such as the television, which was an older model and not a smart TV. The room windows also allowed quite a bit of outside light in, which affected the comfort at night. The games room was a nice idea, but having to use tokens for the games felt a little disappointing given the overall cost of the stay. The resort has potential and a lovely setting, but some updates and added value would make the experience feel more in line with the price."
