"We had a great time staying at Mercure Hotel. The room I’ve booked was spacious and comfortable. They have sauna and good hotel amenities. We enjoyed the pool area as well. Food selections was great too. It has lots of restaurants , coffee shops and stores so it’s quite convenient and enjoyable. Definitely would come back again! The rates at Trip.com were attractive. Definitely would recommend!"

We wanted to thank her again during check-out, but unfortunately, we didn’t get the chance to see her. She went above and beyond in hospitality, and you’re lucky to have her. Keep up the great work. As for breakfast—OMG, we loved it! Special mention to the one who makes the coffee. Just a small note: it would be nice to improve or change the chafing dishes so the food stays hot. Other than that, the food and service were great. I will definitely choose this hotel from now on, as we always stay in the city for a few days before heading to our rest house. "I enjoy my stay with Maayo Hotel. The amenities is great, thr location is good too. I can see the Mactan Bridge as well as the sea. They have a pool and I enjoyed my time swimming in there. 10/10 for Maayo!"

It has a great location; near airport and not far from the city proper and they have nearby beach. Their opportunity for improvement is perhaps the food. But overall we enjoyed our stay."

The omelette station deserves special mention: the chef was not only friendly and fast, but truly outstanding—hands down the best omelette experience I’ve had at any hotel. It sounds like a small detail, but it made mornings feel a little more special. We also tried the lunch and dinner buffets, and they were spectacular. The selection was generous, the presentation was inviting, and everything we tasted felt thoughtfully prepared. It’s the kind of buffet that actually feels like part of the vacation rather than just a convenient meal. What really stood out overall was how well the hotel works for both individuals and families. The atmosphere is relaxed and polished without being stiff, and our family enjoyed every bit of our time there. It felt easy to settle in, unwind, and just enjoy being together. Location-wise, it’s hard to beat. The hotel is right next to SM Cebu City Mall—literally just across the road—which was incredibly convenient for shopping, dining, and last-minute needs. We also found it easy to get to other major malls like Ayala Center Cebu and Robinsons Galleria, so getting around for errands or leisure was never a hassle. All in all, Radisson Blu Cebu delivered on service, food, comfort, and convenience. I’d highly recommend it—especially for families looking for a reliable, enjoyable stay in Cebu."

"Good hotel could work more on attention to details when it comes to cleanliness. It was not dirty but some things could be maintained and taken care of with more details. Staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast okay would add more options for European guests, roof top nice addition, nice spot at night, gorgeous view of the Cebu.During the day defo needs more attention when it comes to cleanliness."

"We stayed at the Waterfront for one night to attend the Hillsong concert, and our experience was absolutely wonderful! The room was stunning—I fell in love with its charming vintage ambiance. It was impeccably clean, beautifully scented, and wonderfully soundproof. To our delight, we were upgraded from a standard room to a Superior—thank you, Waterfront! The staff truly made our stay exceptional, especially the front desk team. Check-in and check-out were effortless, smooth, and welcoming. Breakfasts were a delight, offering a fantastic start to our day. The Wi-Fi was a bit congested, likely due to the concert that evening, but thankfully we had our backup ready—no worries there! A special shoutout to the Christmas tree—it’s absolutely breathtaking and added such a magical touch to our stay. Overall, a memorable one-night stay, and we can’t wait to return!"

"Hotel staffs were friendly however the hotel room was dim close to dark and glasses were not replaced even if we called for replacement since we've used all the available glasses on our first day. Food was great though!"
