"Everything was great. I really enjoyed my stay, and check-in was quick. The concierge helped me take my suitcase to the room. The room has air conditioning and a hairdryer. The bed linen is pristine white, and the mattress is incredibly soft. There are panoramic windows. The room also has a minibar with a price list. Breakfast is a buffet with a large selection of food, including fruits, sweets, soups, and porridges. I chose this hotel because of the airport transfer service. Upon check-in, the administrator asked if I needed a transfer and at what time. I was taken to the airport in a minivan. A deposit was taken upon check-in and returned upon check-out, even the exact same bill."

The staff were incredibly warm and attentive, always smiling and ready to help. Their hospitality truly made the experience more special. I also enjoyed the pool area and beachfront access, which are perfect for sunset views and peaceful moments by the water. The food was enjoyable, with a good variety for both local and international tastes. Overall, Mercure Mactan Cebu is a great choice for anyone looking for a comfortable beachfront hotel with excellent service, close to the airport yet far enough to feel like a getaway. "The views from the room were excellent, and the hotel itself was clean and comfortable. The staff were incredibly kind and attentive, even to us who barely spoke any English. In particular, the buffet breakfast and the pool were exceptionally good compared to other hotels. I would definitely consider staying at this high-quality hotel again the next time I visit Cebu."
