"The hotel itself isn't bad; it's very green and has a pool. The room had everything: robes, disposable and reusable slippers, a radio, a mosquito repellent, umbrellas, and a safe. The shower kit included not just soap and shampoo, but also a razor, comb, toothbrush and paste, a shower cap, and body lotion. We only interacted with the staff during check-in, and we were actually checked in right away. Everything about this hotel seemed good on the surface, but we didn't enjoy our stay. Because the grounds are small and heavily vegetated, the rooms were dark. Anything that fell from the trees on the property wasn't cleaned up, and the sun loungers were dirty (dusty) due to ongoing construction on site. Our room had direct pool access, which might be why it smelled of mold and dampness. There were small lizards crawling on the walls, and mosquitoes were definitely an issue. We didn't go hungry at breakfast, but most of the dishes were spicy. The sea is nearby, but swimming isn't possible as there are boats lined up along the shore. There's a 7-Eleven just around the corner, as well as a shopping mall and an entertainment center for kids nearby. I don't recommend it ☹️"

"I had a wonderful time at Silver Resortel. My first night in Phuket wasn't here, but after seeing the room the next day, I booked it through Trip.com. It's super close to the beach, just a 3-minute walk. You can put on your swimsuit in the morning, leave your key at the front desk, and head straight to the beach for a swim – incredibly convenient! Downstairs, there's the Oasis bar and restaurant, which is excellent; I ate there two nights in a row. The lady at the front desk was fantastic, very friendly. She even told me the night before that she'd be off on my check-out day and wished me a pleasant trip. Overall, I was extremely satisfied and it offers incredible value for money!"

"The shower water was inconsistent, alternating between hot and cold, and the temperature couldn't be adjusted. It was also extremely hot, making it easy to get scalded. "I stayed at The Beach Heights Resort for 3 days and 2 nights and found it to be excellent value for money. The room was spacious, clean, and equipped with all the basic amenities, along with a large balcony. The hotel also offers good facilities, including a swimming pool, gym, and kids' room. The location is very convenient, with Kata Night Market, 7-Eleven, KFC, laundry services, massage shops, salons, and many restaurants all within walking distance. Overall, it was a comfortable and enjoyable stay, and I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the Kata area."

"An excellent hotel. Great hospitality, friendliness, comfort, and security. It's close to the sea and offers good value for money. I happened to catch the Kata festival and greeted friends while traveling around the island. I had a wonderful night, and they even upgraded my room. March and April are low season in Karon, with little shade and extreme heat. You can really only be on the beach early in the morning and late in the evening, at sunrise and sunset. The hotel has a lovely, cozy pool."

"We chose the hotel due to its cool location just 3 minutes to the Naiton beach. It is very nice and clean. When we stayed at the hotel they started to operate a lift, so we could take our things up and down to our floor (we lived at the 3d). All the necessary things are available: beach towels at the reception, beach bag, minibar, water, a small pool (we didn't try). The guys at the reception are very welcoming. Close to the hotel there are nice cafes, one sea food restaurant just at the opposite side is amazing, spent many times there. Tops supermarket is very close also. Can surely recommend (if you are worried about the noise ask for a pool side room)."

"Another wonderful stay at this beautiful resort with direct beach access. The service has been exceptional from start to finish. The staff have been incredibly helpful with both major and minor requests, and we truly appreciated the complimentary room upgrade during the low season. This was my fifth stay here, and I’ll definitely be coming back again. The welcoming atmosphere and consistently outstanding hospitality keep bringing me back. As the resort has been around for a few years now, it may be time to consider some room refreshes, particularly updating the mattresses and bedding. New, crisp, high-quality linens can make a noticeable difference to the overall guest experience. The neighboring Ibis Styles, being a newer property, naturally has exceptionally fresh, crisp bedding, and it would be wonderful to see this resort offer the same level of sleeping comfort while maintaining its own charm. My only other suggestion would be to install a few more fans in the lobby and waiting area, as it can become quite humid while waiting for a taxi or food delivery. I honestly don’t know how the staff manage to work through the midday heat—they do an amazing job despite the conditions. Overall, this remains one of my favorite places to stay, and I look forward to returning for my sixth visit."

"The hotel's location isn't bad, but if you're looking for action, it's better to stay closer to Karon Circle. The TV works intermittently, with only one Russian channel and no children's channels. There are six channels in total. Sound from the hallway is fairly clear, so you'll hear your neighbors as soon as they wake up. The staff is friendly and treated us to ant control (a common occurrence). They offered us a welcome drink (juice) and drove us to our building in a golf cart. There are three swimming pools. The one on the roof in Building 1 is nice, and there's a sauna (from which kind men jump into the water without even rinsing off in the shower), but it's not as clean as the one in Building 4. A 1,000 baht deposit was required upon check-in for one night. One of the downsides: all the linens were super damp and smelled musty, so I had to put a piece of blanket between my face and pillow to avoid the smell. The air conditioning in the room is good, but the lowest setting will blow you away, as the room, while deluxe, is small. There's no minibar—which might be a concern for some—but there are toiletries (soap, toothbrush, gel, and shampoo) and a great set of towels. Beach towels are also available."

"The location of the hotel is fantastic as it’s very close to the beach, felt like we were right on the sand with everything nearby. Shops, market, vibrant spots(like Bangla Street) , tuk-tuks were all conveniently close, perfect for easy exploration without hassle. The proximity to the beach added a relaxing vibe to the entire stay. Check-in Experience: Would have appreciated more flexibility on check-in; arrived exhausted at 9:30 AM after long connecting flights and requested early access (I told them I was happy to pay), but had to wait until 3 PM. Overall, a great spot"
