"A nice, clean hotel with a pleasant atmosphere. The check-in process was quick and smooth, which was a great start to the stay. Pros: The area is small but cozy and well-maintained, creating a relaxing environment. There is a swimming pool, and the breakfasts are delicious with a good variety of options. Cons: The pool is only open until 6 PM, which might be disappointing for some guests. Also, if you are sensitive to noise, it could be difficult to fall asleep."

"So incredibly happy with this hotel! You can see the ocean right from your room, and just outside the hotel, there's a 7-Eleven and a night market, making food, drinks, and getting around super convenient. The hotel room was also very clean, and the staff were all wonderful. Eating breakfast by the sea was just so relaxing! I'll definitely be back next time."

"I stayed at The Beach Heights Resort for 3 days and 2 nights and found it to be excellent value for money. The room was spacious, clean, and equipped with all the basic amenities, along with a large balcony. The hotel also offers good facilities, including a swimming pool, gym, and kids' room. The location is very convenient, with Kata Night Market, 7-Eleven, KFC, laundry services, massage shops, salons, and many restaurants all within walking distance. Overall, it was a comfortable and enjoyable stay, and I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the Kata area."

"Excellent family hotel! Breakfasts are good until 10:00 AM; they keep replenishing and cooking until the very end, so you can linger. The grounds are large and well-maintained. The water park is super – great fun for both adults and kids; we couldn't get our child off the slides! There are two large slides, plus a small pool with slides for younger children. Plenty of sun loungers for everyone. The hotel cafe is inexpensive. There's a kids' playroom (schedule in photos). Not many Russians here. The beach is just across the road. Opposite the hotel, you'll find a 7/11, cafes, and massage places. Kata beach is about a 20-minute walk away. Honestly, no complaints at all; we loved everything."

"When we arrive around noon time, room is not ready, we wait for 3hrs and the receptionist said free ug to deluxe room, but after 3 hrs, we got the room with Twins bed (originally booked king bed)on the ground floor, room facing to the renovation site. Then, we change to a new room with King but without upgrade and no apologize. The ventilation of the toilet is not good. The water pressure of the showerhead is low. The housekeeping put our cloths on the lamp shade after cleaning. The room was noisy at midnight due to restaurant downstairs boardcast the music with the speaker. The people walk by the corridor also noisy. The pillows are not comfortable too."

"The scenery is absolutely beautiful, and the hotel food offers great value for money. Breakfast is extensive, and all the staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming! "The hotel's location isn't bad, but if you're looking for action, it's better to stay closer to Karon Circle. The TV works intermittently, with only one Russian channel and no children's channels. There are six channels in total. Sound from the hallway is fairly clear, so you'll hear your neighbors as soon as they wake up. The staff is friendly and treated us to ant control (a common occurrence). They offered us a welcome drink (juice) and drove us to our building in a golf cart. There are three swimming pools. The one on the roof in Building 1 is nice, and there's a sauna (from which kind men jump into the water without even rinsing off in the shower), but it's not as clean as the one in Building 4. A 1,000 baht deposit was required upon check-in for one night. One of the downsides: all the linens were super damp and smelled musty, so I had to put a piece of blanket between my face and pillow to avoid the smell. The air conditioning in the room is good, but the lowest setting will blow you away, as the room, while deluxe, is small. There's no minibar—which might be a concern for some—but there are toiletries (soap, toothbrush, gel, and shampoo) and a great set of towels. Beach towels are also available."

"I had an amazing stay at Chanalai Garden Resort during my birthday getaway. The staff were incredibly attentive and went above and beyond to make my trip special by preparing a lovely birthday setup on the bed upon arrival. It was such a thoughtful touch that made me feel truly welcomed. The room offered a stunning view overlooking the beach, and waking up to that scenery every morning was unforgettable. The location is also excellent — within walking distance to Kata Beach and Kata Night Market, with a 7-Eleven conveniently located right in front of the hotel. The combination of warm hospitality, beautiful views, and a convenient location made this a fantastic stay. I would definitely recommend Chanalai Garden Resort to anyone visiting Phuket and would love to stay here again in the future!"

"This hotel is situated at one far end of Karon beach, and is literally right on the beach! We loved the super quiet location although it's a short walk out to the shops if you want to buy anything. The beach on this side was clean, not quiet but not as crowded as Patong or Kata either. We liked the quiet of it all, away from the bustle, after having spent 3 days in Kata. We booked a Deluxe Room but ended up asking to be upgraded (at a fee) to a ground level pool side room. It was the best decision ever! We stayed at Room 101 and while it was next to the ”road”, it was very quiet. We loved that we could hang out on the beach all day and pop back to the room for the toilet easily, or for more cold water or snacks. We also ordered food and coffee via Grab app and our room made it easy to come out and pick up very quickly, and we can see the grab riders coming with our food too. The staff were nice but they don't speak English well so some patience is needed. There's a cute kitty cat at the hotel, and she(?) loves cuddles and is friendly and doesn't mind being carried. Housekeeping was neat and efficient and we always had fresh towels and a clean room after a day out. The hotel is a bit dated, very reminiscent of old beach hotels we used to go to while growing up. It's well kept and lovely, and we enjoyed our stay very much. It is true that the water smells a little bit but just leave the shower running for a while and the smell goes away. Aircon was cold enough, and if I had to pick on something, I wish the curtains were blackout! Personal preference tho. Thanks to the team for a great stay."

"Advantages: 1. They proactively upgraded us to a large, comfortable, and nice-looking deluxe room. 2. There are many shops around the hotel. 3. The massage environment was nice and the price was reasonable. 4. The breakfast selection was limited, but the quality was acceptable. Disadvantages: 1. There are three swimming pools, but the depth markings were inaccurate. It said 1.5 meters, but it was definitely deeper. A woman around 1.6 meters tall couldn't even stand on her tiptoes and almost had an accident. There were also no lifeguards. The rectangular pool had a lot of floating debris and was a bit dirty. 2. Room cleaning was slow and required prompting. 3. The hotel is 100 meters uphill from the beach, which was tiring. 4. The staff who helped with luggage didn't leave immediately after check-in; they seemed to be waiting for a tip. 5. There was no handheld shower head, only an overhead shower, which was inconvenient."
